About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and two cats, sometimes we do have a dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I have experience with small dogs, large dogs, all different breeds and ages. Same with cats and other small animals. I am also stronger than I look, and have had a lot of experience with very large, very strong dogs... even with walking a few of them at a time. I trained my own dogs since I was about 10 years old, so I know how they think, and a lot about their behavioral functions. We also bred a few of my cats and dogs growing up, so I have a lot of experience with new born pups and kittens, all the way up to senior. I love doing fun activities with dogs and cats, so I don't mind making sure they stay active and have a lot to take their mind off missing their parents!
