House Sitting in Rawhide

About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have two very friendly dogs. They have both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: I got my first dog when I was six, and growing up he was my best friend. I also had lizards, birds, fish, frogs, hamsters, and cats! Ever since then, I have always been passionate about helping dogs and other animals. I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years of all sizes and ages, and now I want to make this passion my work. My favorite part about taking care of dogs is walking them. I have a Border Collie and know how to handle hyper and active dogs. I have experience taking care of disabled pets as well- I had a small dog that used a wheel chair for years and lived a happy life. In addition, I always like to know what treats or activities their pets enjoy. For example, during an appointment, I will often greet pets with their favorite treat, check if they need water, take care of any potty or medical needs, and stimulate them with their favorite activity! Before leaving, I make sure I have performed all required tasks requested by the client.

About: Since childhood, I have been surrounded by an array of animals, which created a deep respect and love for all animals. Currently, I live on my mother’s farm with two cats and have hands-on experience caring for animals of all sizes and ages, from newborns to seniors. While I work in dentistry, my true passion lies in wildlife rehabilitation. I treat every animal as a precious gift; whether yours or mine and I am dedicated to providing attentive and compassionate care while pet sitting your loved one! I work Monday-Thursday as a lead dental assistant. Monday-Wednesday I work 8am-9pm. However, Friday-Sunday I can very flexible. Hopefully my schedule can fit with the days you’re looking for. Pets are my #1 priority. I care for them a great deal. My pets at home are cared for with love, attention, food and reliability. I treat my clients pets as my own.

About: My love for animals began as a child and while I’m a nurse in profession my true passion is caring for our furry friends! My home is warm and safe. I’m physically capable of and used to walking dogs of all sizes. I understand that pets are family and it is my top priority to keep them safe. In addition, I also respect ones privacy and home. Your home will be treated as such and protected by ensuring doors shut and locked completely. I mind my business and give your animals the love and attention they deserve. I get to do what I love and get paid for it, your animals are happy and you have peace of mind....it’s a win win situation :-) I am a stay at home mom. So I am present majority of the time. A typical day would consist frequent potty breaks, water/meal, walks and socializing at the dog parks. I provide loving attention, direction and care. I have two dog parks in my apartment complex to enjoy as well as a trail. Animals are always treated like family in my care.
