About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. My earlies memories include dogs as my companions. I have trained several dogs, raised puppies and tended various farm animals for the last 25 years. We are very much a dog loving family. I work from home so your dog will get plenty of attention and time outside. The dogs will be outside every couple of hours for some sunshine and some playtime. I live in the country on 7 acres with a partically fenced yard. If the dogs are used to being in the house with people, they are definitely welcome to just hang out where we are! I have a huge covered back porch with gates as well as well as a dedicated room for down time. We have lots of different places the dogs can safely hang out without feeling confined, but mostly they hang out here we are. We spend a lot of time outdoors, so when we are out the dogs can be out with us and when we come in, they will come in with us. I will not leave your dog outdoors unsupervised. We can also accomodate outdoor dogs as well if that is where your dog prefers to be.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 27 years and have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. I currently have a 4 year old lab mix who is nervous around strangers, but he loves to play with other dogs. My daughter is currently 13 months old, so if your pet will be in my home, all I ask is that they are potty trained and can be good/gentle with kids, for my daughter’s safety. Our dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. He spends most of his time inside, but he likes to play outside in our fenced in yard during the day as long as the weather is good. We have a screened-in porch with a fan for him to rest in while he is outside, too. He is free to go in and out of it as he pleases. Our dog is free-fed, but we are also used to following feeding schedules from caring for our elderly dog who recently passed, as well as my family’s dogs. I provide a safe, supervised, and loving home environment with consistent care and attention. If desired, I can offer daily walks, whether your pets are boarding with me or receiving drop-in visits. I can also play fetch and provide medication administration, as I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Every dog deserves companionship and care. I can ensure they receive plenty of affection, attention, and individualized care from myself, my husband, and my daughter. She is very gentle with animals and absolutely loves interacting with them—it’s truly sweet to watch. I offer flexible care options to accommodate different routines and needs, whether your pet requires simple visits or more structured boarding care.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10. I am a student in college for Vet tech degree. I have volunteered at animal shelters. And I have worked at vet offices in the past. I can come to your home to let your pets out to potty as well as play with them inside or outside. With your permission I could take them out on walks thru your neighborhood, Greenway, or the Riverwalk to get their exercise.

About: I’m a professional dog trainer who apprenticed under Kevin Behan founder of Natural Dog Training and author of Your Dog is Your Mirror. I have worked with all kinds of dog, both in terms of breeds and behaviors. I was also the head trainer and a manager of one of the largest boarding facilities in Vermont, Oh My Dog. I have plans for a small kennel and training out of my house long term. Available all week days and possibly weekends with reasonable notice. I have six acres of wooded land that backs up to hundreds of acres of state owned land. I have a fenced in play yard, and two side kennels that get all day shade. Also have space to accommodate crates as well!
