Highly-rated overnight sitters - Dunlap
“Echo is an amazing pet sitter! She watched our cat and took exceptional care of her! Echo sent pictures of how Snow was doing and I know she was so happy to be there! Will definitely be rebooking with Echo in the future!”

“Lola seemed to really enjoy her stay with Tish. She had lots of sweet furry friends to hang out with while we were away. She came back to us calm and relaxed like she'd been at a spa. I highly recommend Tish as a sitter. She is clearly experienced with many different dog breeds and has a perfect demeanor for putting your pup at ease. You can relax knowing your best friend is in good hands.”

“Brandi & her family took great care of my pup over the holidays! Brandi was very communicative, sent lots of photos and was accommodating when I had changes in booking dates/times. I’d be happy to reach out for boarding needs in the future !”

“Crystal was so helpful during the entire process. She let me come by her house a week prior and introduce my dogs to her and see her home. She was quick to respond and VERY accommodating to our needs for drop off and pickup. We have not left our pups with anyone except family and were very nervous to go on our 6 day trip. Crystal not only eased our nerves but also was amazing to keep our puppies calm during their stay. Any time I reached out she quickly responded with an update. It was SO NICE to be able to go on a vacation and not have to worry if our dogs were okay. Blue and Molly will definitely go stay at her house again :)”

“Amazing sitter!! Communication was easy and Penelope was so at ease under her care! I had a great experience and I know Penelope did too! It’s so nice to know that she’s not anxious while I’m away!”

“Christina and Brent are absolutely wonderful! They are the ultimate dog sitters. They genuinely love dogs and treat their fur-friends as if they were their own. Mazie had a wonderful time at their house!!!! I received pictures and updates throughout her stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!!!”

“Pappy enjoyed his time at Megan’s and we got lots of picture updates during the 12 days we were away which was very welcome considering the long time away. They were also flexible on drop off and pick up. We will definitely be using Megan and Chris for our next Rover stay. Thank you for caring for our pup!”

“I feel so lucky to have found George S. and family. He and his home set me so at ease from the first moment. My dogs are 'middle aged' and Lizzie has delicate health. Huck's on a diet. George was so easy to work with and accommodating and attentive to my (pretty simple) requests. I know for sure that my dogs were treated as members of his household. He sent me photos and told me little tidbits about Huck and Lizzie that made me know they cared and his family had grown affection for my pups--which the pups can certainly can sense. Once back home, they seemed content and relaxed. I love Rover.com! George S. and family will be my go-to caretakers any time I need boarding.”
“Our dog loved staying with Rachel & her family!! So much so that he didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. 😂 Rachel was communicative and lovely and she took amazing care of our pup. We’re always a little anxious when we leave him, but it was clear from the many pictures and texts that he was well cared for, happy, and safe. We will absolutely be repeat clients.”

“I have used rover off and on over the years and have had plenty of experiences with different sitters, good and bad, Crista is definitely one of the best! She always sends photos and you can tell both her and her husband are true dog lovers. I know our dog is in good hands when she is with her.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 27 years and have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. As a nurse and lifelong animal lover, I am attentive, dependable, and comfortable administering medications when needed. I understand that every dog has unique needs and personalities, and I provide patient, loving care tailored to each pet. Whether your dog needs walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or extra attention, I will treat them like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m a full time stay at home mom with a very flexible schedule. I am free to care for your pet all day every day of the week. I currently have a 4 year old lab mix who is nervous around strangers, but he loves to play with other dogs. My daughter is currently 13 months old, so if your pet will be in my home, all I ask is that they are potty trained and can be good/gentle with kids, for my daughter’s safety. Our dog is an indoor/outdoor dog. He spends most of his time inside, but he likes to play outside in our fenced in yard during the day as long as the weather is good. We have a screened-in porch with a fan for him to rest in while he is outside, too. He is free to go in and out of it as he pleases. Our dog is free-fed, but we are also used to following feeding schedules from caring for our elderly dog who recently passed, as well as my family’s dogs. I provide a safe, supervised, and loving home environment with consistent care and attention. If desired, I can offer daily walks, whether your pets are boarding with me or receiving drop-in visits. I can also play fetch and provide medication administration, as I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Every dog deserves companionship and care. I can ensure they receive plenty of affection, attention, and individualized care from myself, my husband, and my daughter. She is very gentle with animals and absolutely loves interacting with them—it’s truly sweet to watch. I offer flexible care options to accommodate different routines and needs, whether your pet requires simple visits or more structured boarding care.
“Denita always does a great job. She watched our dog Barnabas and he was worn out from playing with her other dog. He had a blast. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable leaving your dog with her. She keeps you updated and sends cute pictures. Her and her husband and very friendly. We will definitely keep booking her for our trips in the future.”

“Joseph was amazing taking care of Trixie, we recently got her, so he gave me a few tips on how to train her properly which I really appreciated. He is an excellent sitter and if I ever need to board Trixie again, I will definitely be asking him to take her again. He also sent daily updates with photos and videos and I really loved that because it lets me see from the distance that she is happy and well taken care of. Thank you so much!”

“I'm so thankful to have found Christine and her family to keep our black lab while we were away for a few days. Chrisitine was easy to communicate with and sent regular updates. It was obvious that her kids had a big part in taking care of our dog, and he received lots of love and attention. When I picked him up, he was more calm and relaxed than he has ever been after being away from home. I would not hesitate to book with Christine again in the future.”

“Marluce took excellent care of our little Stella! She sent pictures each day and treated our up like a member of her family. We had good communication and pick up and drop off were a breeze.”

“Emily took such good care of our fur baby. We could see how happy he was in the daily photos she sent us. Great communication before and during our trip. When we had a last minute change in travel plans, Emily was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely be asking her to care for Bear again.”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Dunlap
About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. My earlies memories include dogs as my companions. I have trained several dogs, raised puppies and tended various farm animals for the last 25 years. We are very much a dog loving family. I work from home so your dog will get plenty of attention and time outside. The dogs will be outside every couple of hours for some sunshine and some playtime. I live in the country on 7 acres with a partically fenced yard. If the dogs are used to being in the house with people, they are definitely welcome to just hang out where we are! I have a huge covered back porch with gates as well as well as a dedicated room for down time. We have lots of different places the dogs can safely hang out without feeling confined, but mostly they hang out here we are. We spend a lot of time outdoors, so when we are out the dogs can be out with us and when we come in, they will come in with us. I will not leave your dog outdoors unsupervised. We can also accomodate outdoor dogs as well if that is where your dog prefers to be.
“Sara is amazing with Leo! He is so happy when he gets to go to her house and I always know he is well taken care of and has a blast. Will definitely keep asking Sara to hang with my boy!”

I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each dog’s personality and needs, and I want every pet to feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. Since I’m a teacher, I have a very open and flexible schedule during the summer. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m excited to spend my extra time staying active with walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. I’m available most weekdays and weekends and can be flexible with different schedules and routines to help pets feel comfortable and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their normal routine consistent so they feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, walk routines, medications if needed, and making sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m very responsible, respectful of people’s homes, and attentive to safety during walks and visits. I also like to send updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.
About: I love animal behavior and training. I personally trained our service dog, Crew. He goes just about everywhere with us- trails, stores, restaurants, hotels, airplanes. In my neighborhood growing up, people would call me whenever they went away and wanted animal care. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and rabbits. I had my Siberian husky for 16 great years. I loved training her. I considered stuffing pillows with the volume of fur I brushed out of her coat! I can help with puppy and obedience training. I can help with advanced canine skills, including scent work, service work, and public access. I can administer medication. I can bathe and brush. I can play and have a great time with your pet! Something else? Just ask me! My wife and I keep a remote work situation which enables flexibility. Let me know what your specific needs are and I’ll be happy to coordinate with you. Consistency is key for animals. I aim to maintain the status quo that your pets are used to in their home. I welcome owner instructions and preferences. If crating a dog, I prefer to do so after exercise and potty.

About: Hello! I have 10 yrs of experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. I have training experience as well as administering any medication/food. I’ve worked as a Kennel Tech and in a grooming salon so I’ve just about experienced it all! I am currently working from home so I am always here! I work 2nd shift so the pets under my care get plenty of playtime in the mornings along with the evenings during my breaks! For clients dogs I keep them on a lead when outside as a safety measure to make sure no pet gets lost or hurt. They will also be crated when not being watched.

About: I've always been the neighbor to care for neighbors pets when they are out of town. I've owned various breeds of dogs for 42 years and cats for 40 years. I love animals! I can help with the needs of your bird as well. I love overnights. Being retired, my schedule is flexible just let me know when you need me! The schedule is flexible I try not to work with animals after 10pm I can board pets in my home or yours. Wherever the pet is more comfortable. Pets are more "relaxed" in their own homes, but mine is available.
About: I have had dogs in my family since I was born and I absolutely love all dogs great and small. I have cared for dogs from puppies to seniors and even a cat (shocking I know)! I currently work from home and I am able to give great attention to your pet. If you need any urgent care, just let me know. I like to let pets warm up to me, I don’t like to try and pet them or hold them - I think it’s better to let them learn to like you. Once they’ve accepted me, I’m their best friend!

About: I love all living beings - even bugs and reptiles I’m a bit afraid of. I will risk life and limb to ensure their safety and give them the love they so freely give us. I will do what I can to make accommodations to help care for your babies. They are family and deserve nothing but the best. They deserve to be loved unconditionally like they love us. I can accommodate at client’s homes as I have several special needs cats in my own home and I do not want to disrupt their routines or make them uncomfortable and also I do not want to make your baby uncomfortable.
“Rex loved Abbi and his walks She is totally dependable and never let us down We are so happy we had Abbi take care of Rex She is wonderful Thank you so much and hopefully we will have you take care of Rex when we come back to work here at Sequoyah”

About: Hi I have lived with pets my entire life and have worked for many years in Germany doing dog sitting. Pets are becoming more and more important parts of our lives and I'm happy to ensure that yours is as comfortable as possible. I am currently working piecemeal for an AI company, which leaves my schedule extremely flexible and I can work in any place that has WiFi. (I'm very used to cleaning dog hair out of my laptop) I have a basic sense for how pets should be treated (basically making their life as comforting and stress free as possible). This means being dominant in unusual situations and relaxed in normal ones. I love to watch animals explore and be happy. A dog sleeping after a good play session is the best experience
About: I have 15 1/2 years experience working with animals professionally and caring for them. I am very familiar with the different personalities and needs that come with pets. I love to let dogs be dogs and live their best life! I offer baths and nail trims/nail grindings. I also have plenty of experience administering medication. I have 3 dogs of my own and 3 cats. I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds. I have lots of love and patience and understanding. My children may be with me sometimes but they are very good with animals and I’ve worked very hard to teach them all about dog body language and how to approach pets they are not familiar with. I look forward to loving your pet like my own! I just left my pet care related job of 15 1/2 years. I am now a stay at home mom and I homeschool my children. I’m always ready for a new client 🙂 We are very much animal people. Our pets are allowed on our furniture and my pets have their own space. Two of my dogs are in their senior years and can be a bit cranky at times but they are used to new pets coming into the home as we have had lots of rescues and fosters throughout their lives. My fenced backyard is connected to my garage which is open during warmer seasons and my pets love to spend time there. So if your pets likes outside time they will love it! You are welcome to bring bedding and toys to help your pet feel at home 💞 but it is not required. I would recommend bringing a crate if your pet is accustomed to using one, as it can often serve as a comfy safe place. Please do provide food from home 🙂

“Brandy was so sweet to my pup and sent daily updates! She was very responsive as well. He came back to me in awesome spirits and seemed to have a great time! I would definitely re-book with her!”

“Dominique and her family welcomed our two dogs with open and loving arms. The dogs clearly had a great time. Great communication. Lots of photos and lots of walks. We really appreciate it!”

“Will & Jillian were great with Rosie and were great about sending pictures and communicating with us while we were away! We will definitely use them again in the future!”

“Stephanie Was wonderful. I loved all the pictures she sent and My Winston was having a blast. I would definitely book with Stephanie again and highly recommend her. My Winston was so worn out when he got home which means he had a blast.”
