After many years working as a software engineer, I’m now retired and finally able to focus on something I’ve always loved — caring for animals. I’ve spent a lifetime around dogs, cats, and even chickens, and I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, they’ll receive patient, attentive care in a low-stress environment — not a crowded kennel or chaotic setting. At my home, pets enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, outdoor space, and even access to a private trail for safe, supervised walks and enrichment. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind, and to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for — just like family. Being retired allows me to dedicate a lot of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m home most of the day, so they are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, consistent environment. I naturally build my daily routine around their needs—regular feeding times, walks, playtime, and rest. I also adapt to each pet’s habits and energy level, whether they need more activity or a quieter pace. Because of my flexible schedule, I can provide close supervision and make sure each pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay. I provide a safe, clean, and calm home environment where pets are always supervised and treated with care and respect. I take time at the beginning of each stay to understand your pet’s routine, habits, and any special instructions so I can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. In my home, I ensure the space is secure and pet-friendly, with no access to anything unsafe. Pets have a comfortable area to rest, fresh water at all times, and a clean environment. I closely supervise interactions and never leave pets unattended in situations that could pose a risk. I follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions carefully, and I monitor behavior to quickly notice any signs of stress or discomfort. If needed, I can separate pets to ensure everyone remains safe and relaxed. My goal is to create a trusted environment where pets feel at ease and owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician that has grown up with pets all my life! I take pride in understanding animal behavior, health, and safety. I would love to be a part of your pets journey! I am comfortable with both cats and dogs, basic grooming care, and administering certain medications. Starting in March 2026 I am opening up boarding and doggy daycare services. We bought a spacious home with a fenced in back yard! Request your booking for spring/summer now! :) I will take up to 2 dogs in my home at a time, depending on personality. If you pet does better by themselves (plus my dog) please let me know. I prioritize safety and comfort of all pets over making the extra money :) My husband Alex works from home and I have flexible work scheduling - if your pet is extra anxious we are able to be home with them and spend more time with them! *must be ok with cats, and on flea prevention* My schedule is very flexible & my husband works from home full time. One of us can be home with your pet at all times if needed :) we want to make their stay as comfortable as possible! We have a dog who has separation anxiety, so we understand pets who may need a little more comfort! In my home, I do have a dog of my own who is very well mannered and matches other dogs energy very well - a beta dog for sure. We have 2 cats that can be in a separate area if needed, but they all LOVE dogs. My husband works from home so he is able to have an extra eye on your pet as well. We have a spacious home with a fenced in yard for your pet to hangout in, and we go on daily walks! If I am in your home, your property will be respected and I will communicate immediately if there are any issues. I am very good at following directions if you give them to me!

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10. I am a student in college for Vet tech degree. I have volunteered at animal shelters. And I have worked at vet offices in the past. Right now my schedule is flexible and I can easily work with yours. Let me know how I can work with you to care for your pup! I can come to your home to let your pets out to potty as well as play with them inside or outside. With your permission I could take them out on walks thru your neighborhood, Greenway, or the Riverwalk to get their exercise.

About: We're a homeschool, pet-loving family. Your furry friend is going to have an awesome and FUN time while you're away! We do plenty of walks and outdoor play. Our house is large and open as well. We do ask that pets are kid friendly and house-broken. We've pet sat for friends and family for many years and would love to give your pet a fun stay! We're hoping to create long-term relationships with pet-parents. I'm a homeschool mom and love to spend time at home snuggling furry pets! I have an awesome neighborhood with sidewalks and other friendly, neighbor dog-walkers. I have a large house and welcome pets that want to be petted, walked and loved on. For independant cats, there is plenty of room to roam. Note, my yard is not fenced, but we have a huge lot to explore and sidewalks for long neighborhood walks.

About: I love playing with fur babies and doing everything I can to make sure he or she has everything they need. I will walk him or her play inside or outside and I don't have a problem cleaning up any accidents that may have happened. I have 2 young kids that make play time even more fun and love trying to help take care of our house guests. Every pet needs care when unexpected or even planned trips happen so we are happy to board all kinds of pets. We have a 2 year old cat, 20 week old puppy, a bearded dragon, and ball python. About: I've owned a dog since I was six years old. I've often cared for neighbors, friends, and families dogs as well as cared for my own. I have some training experience and will work with your dog if you would like me to. I don't work outside of the home so I am able to be with the dogs all day if needed. We have our two dogs and they are seldom left alone. On the occasion that they might be, we make sure the environment is safe and they have water etc. I have a unfenced yard in a rural setting, plenty of room to run and play, dogs are only outside when attended and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog or our dogs if needed. Dogs sleep inside in the mud/wash room. I’m a stay home wannabe mini-farmer. Outside most days working in the yard. Getting a barn set up for mini-donkeys. The acreage is a work in progress. I don’t have a fenced yard at the moment, coming soon, but I will not let the dogs be outside unattended. Their safety and comfort is my number one priority.

I work from home so I’m almost always home (unless I need to run out to handle a couple of errands, etc.) I can take your pup out for frequent potty breaks and to play and run around frequently in our large backyard. Your pup’s safety is my number one priority. We have a large unfenced yard where they can run and play. If your pet is best suited to be kept on a leash we will do that to ensure that he doesn’t run off or get lost. Either way we’re going to have a great time playing.

I will send pictures and videos if you want. I have a huge dog, he is so kind and friendly. We walk every day for one hour. My dog is very friendly and he loves to play with other dogs.
