About: I have had a 4 legged companion nearly my entire life. Dogs and I tend to have a mutual understanding and respect for each other. I have worked with teacup sized to extra large dogs with complete comfort in my ability to communicate with dogs I work from home currently with my own attention seeking dog, he would love a friend and I may as well take care of more dogs since it's second nature to me. Depends on what the client wants. I play chase, tug, fetch, "what's that" with my dog. If the weather is nice I will leave the back door open so he can come in and go out as he pleases. Water is always down, treats and food are given by me. I don't have a kennel but if you want your dog to have one I welcome them in my home.

About: I have been relied on by my friends and relatives to take care of their dogs for 15 years. They have trusted me to watch their home and their dogs when they need someone. I have some experience administering oral medicine (pills) to dogs. Currently, I am available most times and days for pet care. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am possibly not available from about 11:30am-2:30pm because I walk my sister's puppy then, but it is only when she needs me. I will happily visit or stay at your home to care for your pet. I am great at following directions and will happily do whatever you need me to do to care for your pet how you want me to or how your pet is used to being cared for.

About: My schedule is very flexible besides Monday’s where I attend class all day. I had an English Lab for 10 years and now have a family dog who is a Lagotto Romagnolo. Now I’m just a burnt out ICU nurse who is looking for a fun job while attending graduate school! I love all kinds of dogs, and I’m excited to give your furry family member the love and care it needs while you’re away! My schedule is super flexible. The only days I won’t be able to provide care is Monday’s completely and Tuesday’s once a month. Other than that my schedule is open and able to drop in or stay with your pets if needed. I am very active and love getting my steps in so I would take your pets on walks very frequently and for at least a mile or two depending on the dog’s tolerance. I would feed your dog according to their schedule in a timely manner. I can provide baths if they become dirty/muddy from the outdoors. Finally, I can provide love and attention to them!

About: I have taken care of all ages, but my specialty is seniors. I am great with furry friends that love a strict schedule as well as those that go with the flow. I am great at hiding icky medicine in their favorite foods. I am also active and would love to go on walks or play fetch with the energetic babies. I truly enjoy pet care, and at this time I am available on the weekends and an odd Friday. I am able to pop in for check-ins and potty breaks or stay full time. I am great at following instructions for your pets care. I always clean up after watching fur babies and try to leave the place better than I found it. I bring my own food most often as well.

About: While growing up on a farm, I have always loved caring for dogs, cat, and horses with various needs. Friends and family have trusted me with their four legged companions of all sizes for many years. Whether your dog needs to burn some energy on a fun walk or your cat needs a friendly drop-in visit, I can't wait to meet them! 🐾 I currently have a very sweet Australian Shepherd, an extra fluffy cat, and four gentle horses and two donkeys - all with unique personalities and needs. I work remotely from home, so my schedule is relatively flexible. I'm more than happy to spend time with your pet, ensuring they receive proper care and attention. My backyard is fenced in, with plenty of room to play ball or practice agility. I respect other pet owner's space and home, as well as rules for handling or caring for their pets, ensuring I am both assertive and friendly.

About: I have taken care of all pets, big, small, and even on their way to the rainbow bridge. When it comes to a pet, they're not just a pet, they're family and should be treated as such. I have taken care of my family's pets, friends pets, and even my own for 10+ years, and have always enjoyed giving company to pets in need. They all have their own personalities that have spoken so deeply to me throughout the years, and I sincerely enjoy their love and company, and I am willing to go above and beyond for each and everyone of them, even if they're not mine! In the morning I usually check food and water, fill that based off of schedule per pet-parents request, I then proceed to play with pets, even my own for a long while, I then will either take then for a walk, do some training with treats and lots of reinforcement. I will comfort pets in need, as well as give them the proper attention and care needed. I have an open area for my pets to run freely, and have been trained for such an area. For other pets, I do understand how different that may be to some, which is completely understandable. I will care for pets in mine or their environment based off of the pet parent's needs and wants for their pet.

About: Growing up on a farm we always had animals. Horses, cows, chickens, dogs, cats. I have been around all breeds of all animals! I have relatives and close friends who would rely on me to take care of their farm animals and house animals while they were away! I currently work at Boot Barn in Lake Orion so I try to keep my bookings in between Romeo and Auburn Hills. I prefer not to stay overnights but can do late night and early morning check ins, if it is needed I am available to stay it’s just not preferred! I’m pretty flexible all around. Although it would not be preferred I can host animals at my house. I don’t have a lot of yard space but we do a lot of walks around our neighborhood! I’m someone you can trust to follow the rules of your home and pets! I’m an active person myself so I do enjoy talking walks or runs while having a furry friend with me!

About: Hi there! I am new on Rover, but I have been an avid animal lover my whole life. Growing up doing 4-H taught me how to be responsible taking care of different animals, as well as my family pets! Looking forward to working with you! I’m currently working part time during the week. I am available anytime after 4:30PM on weekdays and anytime on the weekends for all of your pet needs! I always enter and exit carefully, making sure gates and doors are locked. As well as following any care instructions. I am respectful of the home, cleaning up after the pet and leaving the house as I found it. On walks I do not go near unsafe areas and double check leash or harness fit. Lastly, I will keep emergency contact information on hand and will notify Rover if anything unexpected happens!

About: I am a stay at home mom with 2 school - aged boys. My kids love dogs almost as much as I do and are very good at helping out with them. I have been a dog owner for 30+ years and our dogs have always been treated like family, including having their own Christmas stockings. Unfortunately, we had to put both of our girls (black labs, ages 14 and 15) down, so we are currently a pet-free home. I will only care for dogs in my home that get along with children so everyone will feel comfortable. If your dog plays well with others, (s)he will be treated as family! I work from home, so I spend the majority of my day at home. Your pet will not be alone for long, if at all. We live on 3 acres and while we don’t have a fenced yard, your pet will spend plenty of time outside (on a leash) and be walked around the yard every few hours. I currently work from home. I will be able to take your pet for multiple walks daily and attend to their needs consistently. Even though I work from home, my time is important. Last minute requests will have a $25 charge added to the booking. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a good amount of property and will walk your pup throughout the day. If they need more exercise, I do have a long lead I can put them on to play fetch or just run around. I do not allow the pups to be outside unsupervised or unleashed at any time.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! Grew up on a farm with horses, chickens, ducks and dogs! I have a golden retriever, Donnie, currently! I have had cats before as well! I am currently working tues-Friday full time as a dental assistant but am available all day Saturday and Mondays! I can do drop in visits or walks! I have a golden of my own and we love going on long walks and is well trained! I am confident in saying I can help take care of your special fur babies

About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes and care types! As well as raise my own puppy into a well behaved and happy dog I work from home 4 days a week and am also caring for my own dog so yours will fit into my schedule easy peasy I have a playful dog who loves all other animals! Her favorite thing to do is run in our large yard with her doggy cousin :)

About: I have had dogs since I was little and they have always been a staple in my life as well as volunteering at animal shelters I work indoors and love getting outside when I can with my dog including hiking and dog parks. Love making dogs feel loved and exercised. I will not be boarding dogs at my home. Walking only and pick up at customers door only. Will be able to take dogs to park.
