About: Your pet’s happiness is my main priority. I have experience with big dogs and small dogs. I've grown up with Mastiffs and Great Danes. I have always been an animal lover of all kinds. I have had dogs all my life! I currently have 3 dogs and 1 cat of my own. I am married so when I’m away taking care of your pets my husband is home taking care of ours. I used to use Rover briefly years ago to help care for pets as a fun side job but working another full time made my availability difficult to work with consistently. I recently decided to start being active on Rover again now that I have more availability because working with animals is something that truly makes me happy and I’m passionate about. Daily walking (if requested) and playtime are included with house sitting. I can make adjustments to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I want to do whatever I can to be their advocate out in the world. My pets are my babies and I will treat your pets the same. I enjoy training animals and encourage proper leash & obedience training. I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! 🥰🐾 I’m currently working part time as a personal trainer so I have plenty of time to play with your pets. I’m currently very flexible for pet care. I treat your pets like my own! I make sure they are always well taken care of and happy! We play as much as they want and will go on plenty of walks if requested. Can’t forget about the endless supply of pets and cuddles as they please! I also can understand and respect a pet that appreciates their space and has healthy boundaries.

“Tony takes such good care of my girl when I’m working long days. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s getting loved on and lots of playtime, and she recognizes Tony’s name with a pitty smile and thumping tail.”

“Xinia has been a blessing in my life! Bingo is so lucky to have an amazing walker that goes out of her way to ensure my bingo is well taken care of and most importantly she makes sure my bingo is loved! Xinia has been very patient with my bingo as it takes her time to trust new people, but Xinia has done and outstanding job being patient & caring towards her. I would recommend her to anybody that’s looking for a a sitter, or a walker! 12/10 from me!”

“Ashely is great. She has wonderful communication skills, is punctual and you can tell she is passionate about animals. She is very punctual and I would definitely have her take Norbu for a walk again.”

“Drew thank you for coming on kinda short notice and taking Winston out for a walk he definitely needed it. He took to you from the start. I’m glad I met you and Winston just made a new friend!!”

About: My first German Shepard, Sheeba, trotted into my life when I was 4, and my intense, burning passion for dogs ignited. I’ve had them throughout my life and have yet to meet a dog I didn’t adore. Basically, I’m the guy at house parties in the office alone smooshing your pup’s face and giving them belly rubs. I’m comfortable with all sorts of breeds and temperaments. I work remote in a deadline based job that offers me some excellent flexibility. I’m able to be on site with your dog throughout the day, ensuring they get plenty of attention and outside time. When I’m caring for your dog, I’m caring for your family member. I know firsthand the amount of trust it takes to allow someone to be responsible for your loved one(s) and respect your property, and I don’t take that lightly.

“Oliver did great with Jessica! He has been anxious with other walkers in the past, but had no issues with Jessica at all. She is easy to work with, flexible, professional, and of course, gets along well with Oliver :)”

“We would give Elizabeth 10 stars if we could!!! She is amazing. Elizabeth is a fantastic communicator as well as being very kind considerate and always on time. She walked out dog during some very inclimate weather while we were away. Her amazing work ethic gave us great piece of mind while our dog stayed with my 80+ year old parents. She is great with our dog and she immediately became fast friends with Elizabeth and eagerly awaited her arrival each day🙂.”

About: I am a UMN grad student and proud pet parent of a goofy dog (Scout) and sassy cat (Artemis). I am currently available for overnight stays and am free to hang with your furry fam as much as you want! As a remote student who works from home I promise to spend quality time with your pets and limit the amount of time they are left alone. I have 10 years of experience as a pet sitter and dog walker, and am comfortable around all breeds, ages, sizes and personalities! My remote work and remote school schedule makes me flexible and available whenever needed! I’m a pretty early riser so can do early morning walks too! I review all safety and trust concerns before I care for your pets so they are treated just as you would treat them while you’re away :)

About: My kids, dogs, and I enjoy caring for dogs. We've cared for friends' dogs for years, and now that we have our own, we very much value home based services for dogs while their owners are away! We have weekends available to board and entertain dogs and certain weeknights or afternoons for walks in the the neighborhood. Our puppy loves to play and enjoys the company of other dogs. I have a fenced yard and two mini goldendoodles. We enjoy long walks. We are home a lot and can offer a lot of breaks.

About: I have experience caring for pets in multi-pet households, pets of different sizes and temperaments as well as some with special needs. I also have experience with medication administration. I am a part time Etsy Seller so have a very flexible schedule to fit in walks and drop-ins at any point during the day! When caring for pets in your home I am focused on making sure your pet is safe. This includes crating if requested, removing hazards, etc…

About: Hi! New to Rover, but I’ve had so many pets throughout my life—dogs, cats, and even smaller animals—so being around them feels natural to me. I’ve also fostered cats through the ASPCA, including kittens and seniors, and I’m comfortable giving medications when needed. While new to Rover, most of my experience comes from caring for pets of friends, family, and neighbors, including feeding, walking, playtime, litter box cleaning, and just keeping them company. I’m good at reading body language and adjusting to what each animal needs. I treat every pet like my own and always make sure they feel safe and loved. Available at request! Tues-Thurs 2:30 pm - 8 pm are the only times that don’t work for me. Every other Sat I’m working, but can be flexible. I create a safe, calm environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. Whether I’m watching dogs or cats, I stick to their usual routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I take time to build trust, especially with shy or nervous animals, by using gentle body language and giving them space when needed. I keep the home clean, secure, and pet-proofed, and I always keep water fresh and watch for any changes in behavior or health. I also send regular updates so pet parents feel at ease knowing their pets are in good hands.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, which is why I’ve cared for a variety of pets over the years, including a parrot, two dogs, and even a crayfish! My hands-on experience with different species has given me a well-rounded understanding of their unique needs and personalities. I frequently pet sit for friends and family, and they trust me to provide the same level of care that I give my own pets. My reliability and attention to detail have earned me recommendations to others, and I take pride in knowing that people trust me with their pets. Whether it’s cuddling with a dog or cat, caring for exotic pets, or ensuring every pet gets their daily exercise and love, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional care in a safe and loving environment. I am currently working on getting my master’s and work full time at a higher education institution downtown. My work environment is great in the sense that they allow me to flex my schedule as needed. Whether that’s coming in a little later in the morning, leaving during lunch, finish the day from home, etc. My current classes are in the evenings and they are both hybrid models (if I can’t make it in person I can log in online). I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I do meet and greets with animals I will be caring for. I want to make sure they have met me, smelt me, and are comfortable with me, and that their owners are comfortable with me. I ask a lot of questions around feeding schedules, medication, routines, etc. When staying in your home, I make sure to keep a clean environment and leave it cleaner than I “found it.” I have helped with taking out the trash, letting cleaners in, and package delivery services.

Haley S.
“Haley has taken care of my Maddie for 2 years. She takes her for walks, feeds her and spends quality time with her. Maddie was a rescue dog that is very shy and Haley has taught her to be more social. Not only does Haley take care of Maddie but she stay in my home and watches it while I am gone. I would not feel comfortable about leaving Maddie or my home if it wasn't for the fact I know i can count on Haley to take care of things.”

Kerri A.
“Kerri took care of my golden doodle when my family went out of state for vacation. She sent regular pictures showing my dog having fun which my kids loved to receive. My dog was walked more with Kerri than she usually gets from my kids. To this day her tail wags like crazy whenever she encounters Kerri.”

Gina M.
“I can’t recommend Gina enough. From the moment she met my dogs, it was clear how much she genuinely cares for animals. She is reliable, kind, and has calm energy which my dogs loved and trusted. She follows direction and went above and beyond every single walk. My dogs came home happy, tired, and loved—and that gave me such peace of mind, both dogs had health issues and that was no issue for her. She moved just recently and we miss her so much. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our lives! 1000% recommend her.”

Rachel S.

“Rachel is a wonderful dog walker and we rehired her! Our dog Odin is always so excited to see her, and seems to get tired out from their walks.”

Laura G.
“Archer is always so happy to see Laura. I’m happy too. I know he will walked, loved, safe, engaged and well cared for when he is with Laura.
