About: Hi, I’m Alex! Your dogs, are my medicine. I don’t feel whole without one. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always believed that every pup deserves love, safety, and a cozy place to call home. I started out working for PETCO in aquatics and fell in love with animals. From 2012–2014, I served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Ukraine, where I taught English at the High School level in Dnipro, where I also co-managed an animal shelter caring for more than 150 dogs. During that time, I fostered Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, and other large breeds, gaining hands-on experience with everything from playful puppies to strong, high-energy dogs. Since then, I’ve continued caring for dogs of all sizes through fostering, sitting, and walking. Today, I mainly host small and medium sized dogs. I have a safe, fenced-in yard to play in, and plenty of cozy spots inside where pups are welcome on the couch (and yes, even in the bed if that’s what they’re used to!). I’m also happy to do drop-in visits for larger dogs at their own homes and walking. I treat every dog like family, tailoring care to their needs—whether that’s long walks, lots of playtime, or just snuggles and companionship. I also have multiple client references available upon request. Your pup’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities, and I’d love the chance to give them the care and attention they deserve! Right now, pet care is my top priority! I have a very open and flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate full-time attention to the dogs I care for. While I do have the occasional online doctor’s appointment or small obligations, my days are wide open for walks, playtime, and socialization. I can comfortably care for up to 4* dogs in my home at a time, giving them lots of one-on-one attention. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m available for up to 4 dogs* (depending on size). My flexible routine means your pup will never feel rushed; just relaxed, loved, and cared for like family. Daily routine is up for first bathroom break out back at 8:30, walks and or dog park every day and another bathroom break at 9 -9:30. In bed by 10-10:30. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my #1 priority. I live on a 1 acre property with a gigantic fenced-in backyard where pups can play securely and safely. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax wherever they feel most comfortable….on the couch, in bed, or by my side. Trust is very important to me. I know how much pets mean to their families, so I treat every dog like my own, with patience, kindness, and consistency. I keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you’ll always know your pup is happy, safe, and cared for. There’s no other animals* (possibly another dog boarding) or children in the home to distract or to become an issue. When caring for a clients home, I treat it as if it were my own and offer extra services like bringing in mail & feeding fish & basic general tasks etc. I’m also offering (external method)gland expression at a $30 additional charge. If you would like to see the property you can take a virtual tour here and see where your dog will be staying and to get a sense of the size of the property upon request.
“Amanda watched my high-energy dog, Buffy, for almost 2 weeks, and she did an amazing job! She seemed to bring my girl on so many adventures, and she made me feel like she really cared about Buffy and loved her like I did. It really calmed my nerves while I was away on vacation. I can’t thank her enough!”

“5 stars all around im so glad i found Tricia to watch my family dogs while we went out of town for the holidays. She’s amazing and the dogs LOVE her. She went above and beyond at every opportunity and treated both our home and our dogs with care and respect. So lucky to have found her. Highly recommend. Thank you Tricia!”

“She was super great! She answered us even on such short notice. She treated our new pup so well and was understanding with his potty accidents. Would have her come again!”

“Jaspers had a great time with Boning taking care of him on our vacation. She was a responsive and responsible house sitter who kept us updated with news and pictures throughout. Thank you!”

“Anna was wonderful! Kind, responsive, and clearly our dogs adored her, which was a huge comfort to us while being out of town for several days. We can't wait to use her again, and I know the pups will miss her until then!”

“Melissa was great! She watched our beagle last minute for an entire day, who is often shy and scared of strangers and she warmed right up to her. We felt good knowing our girl was in such great care. We would definitely recommend and book Melissa again!”

About: My family has had golden retrievers since I was born. I also love cats, and have been feeding friends and neighbors cats since I was young. I am a college student currently on winter break and have a very opened schedule this month. I have more flexibility during break, but have full availability on weekends year-round. Feel free to reach out with any scheduling requests or questions. NOTE: After Jan 25th I will be back at school and not in the area. I am available for walks, ensuring your pups get all the exercise they need. I can feed and administer any oral medication needed as well. I have lots of experience caring for animals with varying schedules, and will be able to tend to any of your furry friends needs! Feel free to reach out with any questions or meet and greet requests. I am a true animal lover and a long time pet owner myself. Thank you!
“Sara was amazing! Our 11 month old Violet loved her immediately. We asked her short notice, to stay a few extra hours and she was super accommodating and responsive. Can't say enough positive things about our experience. Will definitely use again!”

“Rachael took great care of our dogs and house. We got frequent updates and pictures, and the dogs seemed happy and well taken care of when we got home. I’d highly recommend booking her for house sitting!”

“Charlene stayed almost two weeks in our home with our two senior pups, one who requires twice daily insulin and pills. I highly recommend her!! She is professional, communicates thoroughly and just the right amount, she is knowledgeable, and had great suggestions on handling concerns when they arose. Our little one required a vet visit and she willingly took her, conferenced me into the visit and provided great follow up. In addition to being a wonderful pet caregiver, she is a lovely human being!”

“Jeff did a great job with our cat. He was attentive, friendly, followed directions and gave us timely updates. Our cat has some special needs due to his age and health and it didn't phase Jeff in least -- he has an older cat of his own and he knows how to work with cats. Please don't hesitate to contact him for your cat's needs.”

“Georgia was amazing! She made sure to keep us updated and send us pictures of our babies. Our kitties seemed comfortable with her and she was great at making sure they got their medications daily!”

About: My mom is a dog trainer, so I grew up around dogs (and cats and other beings) and learned from her training. Not just how to work with them, but how to build their trust. Just like with humans, care is built on relationship. I'll always take the time to get to know your pet and am a gentle, steady presence. For the past four years, I was so lucky to have an incredible service dog by my side. Sully, a Labrador retriever, was with me 24/7 and we both learned a lot about how to communicate with one another. Sully passed away from kidney disease and cancer this past December, and I miss him tremendously. I'd like to honor his memory by being there for other animal families when they need it. Throughout his illness, I became proficient at giving pills, doing subcutaneous fluids, and adapting our playing to what Sully was up for. Families can count on me to take good care of animals who need extra help. I'm in graduate school Monday-Thursdays, but can offer care first thing in the morning and after 5 pm on weekdays. Most weeks, I can be available throughout Friday-Sunday When caring for pets in their homes, I start by asking their humans to describe their daily routines, what causes the animal stress or delight, and how they'd like their homes to be used. I'll leave things just as I found them. My apartment is small, but we have a big fenced yard. I've got plenty of toys, comfy beds for dogs and cats, water bowls, and treats at home, but I encourage folks to bring over anything that will help their pet feel at home in my place.
“Isabella is amazing! She got back to us so fast and was willing to watch Cali last minute for us for 6 days. This was our first time leaving Cali with someone other than family and you could tell by all the photos Cali had the best week! She was so loved and cared for! Isabella sends photos/updates daily that gave us confidence Cali was in the best hands. We already have plans to have Isabella watch Cali again soon! Highly highly recommend Isabella, would give 10 stars if we could!”

“Becki went and above and beyond while house sitting and taking care of our beloved tripod. She took such good care of our pup. She followed all instructions and requests and even took her out on additional walks. Becki is the best!”

“She provided the best service for our dogs! They loved her, and I felt they were safe and cared for while I was away. She regularly checked in with photos and messages. I would book her again in a heartbeat!”

About: I have a 15 year old senior cat with hyperthyroidism and chronic kidney disease so I understand the need of taking care a cat with medical need. I also own a 3.5 year old 90lb GSD so I understand the responsibility of taking care a big and powerful dog. I am looking to extend my love for pets to help other pet parents taking care of their fur babies when they need it. I work remotely, which gives me a highly flexible schedule throughout the day. With some advance notice, I can easily adjust my availability to accommodate your needs and ensure your pets receive plenty of attention, engagement, and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my top priority is maintaining their normal routine and environment so they feel safe, calm, and comfortable. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and rest, and I take the time to understand each pet’s habits, preferences, and personality. Being in their familiar space helps reduce stress, especially for senior pets or those with medical needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and enrichment—whether that’s walks for dogs, interactive play, quiet cuddle time, or simply being a calm presence. I keep food and water areas clean, handle litter box care, and ensure your home is left tidy and respected. I’m attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or energy, and I’ll communicate promptly if anything seems off. I also provide regular updates with photos and notes so you can feel connected and confident while you’re away. My goal is to care for your pets as if they were my own—making sure they feel loved, secure, and well cared for in the place they know best.

Samantha did a great job taking care of our cat, Sasha! She was on time for the meet and greet and cat sitting start date. She sent lots of photos of Sasha and updates on her eating and litter habits. Sasha sometimes gets lonely when we leave on vacation and has not eaten in the past but ate and played fine and seemed very comfortable with Samantha. Would definitely recommend Samantha for cat/dog sitting!
