About: Hi! I’m a dependable and caring animal lover who has been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with a yellow lab, so I’m very familiar with the daily routines, energy, and love that dogs need. Since then, I’ve also spent a lot of time around friends’ and family members’ dogs, helping out with walks, playtime, feeding, and giving them attention. I work full-time as a nurse, but my schedule is only three days a week, which gives me four full days during the week and weekends to dedicate to pet care. On my days off, I have the time and flexibility to provide reliable walks, drop-ins, playtime, and lots of attention to make sure your dog feels comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a townhome complex, so I believe the best setup is caring for dogs in their own familiar environment through drop-in visits or picking them up for walks throughout the day. About: I’ve been working at Camp Bow Wow for two years, but even before then, I was a huge dog lover. I love taking care of dogs of any age or breed, and working at Camp Bow Wow has only made me love it more. I’ve been dog sitting my aunt’s two dogs ever since she adopted them, and I also dog sit for a coworker and a close friend. I am a senior in high school, so I’m not available during the day on weekdays, but the summer will be very open for me. I’m going to RMU in the fall, so I won’t be far at all and I have my own car, so I’d be able to make it anywhere to care for dogs. I adore both dogs that love to cuddle and dogs that just want to play! When I’m not in school, I’m usually working, but I get off at the latest 8pm. If I’m house/dog sitting, I’d come straight from work. If your dog eats lunch, I would come straight from school (I get out for work release either 12:50 or 1:40 depending on the day) and I’d feed your dog before I go to work. Fridays are the days I’m the most available. I am free after 4:30/5pm and I feel that is perfect for if you are going out and need someone to watch your dog until you get back home. I am unable to have other dogs in my home, as I have two dogs that can be territorial, and I don’t want that to affect your dog. As a Camp Bow Wow employee, I’m required to be certified in pet first aid, so I have the ability to perform CPR on dogs. If your dog has any medical conditions or needs special care, I’d be happy to help them with that, whether it’s giving them their daily medications or helping them up the stairs. Working at a dog place, I see all sorts of accommodations, so I will help in whatever way your dog needs.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life. My childhood goal was to be a veterinarian. I have been involved in animal rescue since 2018. I have five rescue cats of my own. Three are special needs. Ask anyone, I treat them exactly like they are my children. I have a very flexible schedule. I work from home five days a week and am able to move my schedule around as needed. Your cat will get lots of love and attention I have a spacious upstairs bathroom I do not use as a bathroom, but a cat sitting room. There is a cat tree in a window with a great view. A comfy cat bed and lots of toys. I’m happy to provide pictures. I will start your cat off in my bathroom, but If they become comfortable enough, I will let them out with my animals. Typically this looks like them spending a few hours a day roaming my house, and sleeping in the bathroom at night.

About: I've cared for various kinds of pets over my whole life and at one point was able to become an AKC trained dog trainer! I've since changed jobs to a patient sitter at a nearby hospital and miss the new animals being in my life. I'd love to get a chance to meet your pets and help care for them! I work 3 inconsistent days from either 630am-pm or 630pm-am throughout the week but can make changes as needed to work up to 3 days a week for a client outside of that! I feel that all pets have a wide range of personalities and needs but the important thing is to work with them to achieve their physical and emotional needs! I have 2 cats with vastly different attitudes and I make sure to tailor my care for them in specific ways like being a safety person for my cat while she's eating or training my partners cat to ask for attention and treats more politely. When it comes to dogs I have a training in positive reinforcement and dog behaviors and will try to engage with breed specific enrichment on top of whatever schedule the pet parents have for their dog.

About: I am a former teacher who left the profession. I am building my pet sitting business one sweet creature at a time. I have had my own dog that had to be put down at 8 for medical reasons and it was the worst day of my life. I have sat small and large dogs, cats, and have helped a friend with chickens. I am by no means a chicken expert though. I take pride in what I do. I also have my clearances from teaching, until they expire. I an currently a full time sitter, so I book sits ahead of time. I'm also available for check ins and walking at times as well. I want your pets to not miss a step just because you are not there. We'll do their routines and I would absolutely treat your pet and home with the respect as if they were my own.
