Over the years I’ve developed a calm, patient l approach to training and have successfully worked on manners and basic cues with every pet I’ve owned. I recently finished my master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University and now work in the entertainment industry, which gives me a flexible, creative schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and communication. I share my life with a 3‑year‑old beagle named Patti LuPup, and we love spending time in nature together exploring trails and parks. Because I’m so used to reading different animal personalities, I’m comfortable with shy, energetic, or quirky pets and always focus on making them feel safe, engaged, and loved. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, active playtime, or quiet company, I’ll treat your pet like part of my own family. I am currently in between work after finishing my masters program, so my availability is flexible as I am working freelance at the moment. I am very happy to coordinate to best service you! I have a calm beagle of my own, and we have a large fenced in yard. Many parks are close by with trails and dog parks.

“I reached out to more than eight dog walkers, and Stephanie was far and away the most reliable, punctual, communicative and considerate. She walked our dog Mia twice a day for an hour for two weeks straight (one weekend excepted, as she was at a wedding). On at least one occasion, she came early (with notice) to get the walk in before some rain, and on another, she heard popping sounds at the park (which scare my dog), and drove 15 minutes out of her way to another park. My mom, who worked with Stephanie for the pick ups and drop offs, can't say enough good things about her. We will definitely work with her again and likely be setting up weekly walks if she's available.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I grew up with cats and because we were never allowed to have a dog, I would take care of dogs in the neighborhood. I would dog sit, walk them constantly, and would even bathe them. When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian. However the thought of having to put an animal to sleep, kept me from fulfilling that lifelong dream. With two Golden Retrievers of my own Duke 7 years old and Enzo 7 months old who I adore more than life itself, and a cat my life is full. Looking forward to adding more fluffy friends to my life, and maybe even adding some excitement to my dogs life by adding new friends. I currently work full-time, but the majority of my days at work are spent working from home, so my schedule is flexible. The more dogs the merrier ! I will do whatever is necessary to provide the best care when someone else’s baby is in my care. About: Ive always had a pet my whole life every single one of them has been my best friends! I currently have to animals of my own and they are my babies! I love staying active and being on the move so your furr babies wont get bored! I usually get off work around 12-2 it varies every day! I start work at 7:30 am. I have my whole day so filling in the time with my favorite thing sounds amazing! I have a fenced in yard, I have 2 kitties but they will be put away if another pet is in my home just to keep the stress down for all animals! In your home I will respect every rule you have and make sure your fur baby has company!

About: Animals of all kinds have always been drawn to me. for as long as i can remember, i’ve wanted to take care of animals in some fashion. Rover is the perfect way to do that while i’m still in college! I work part time at Getgo on south pike rd, while also going to school full time for Psychology. I’ll be able to spend time with your fur baby after work, after school, and in my free time thursday - saturday. we have two golden retrievers who are the sweetest boys around. we have a front and back yard, neither are fenced in due to their size.

I recently lost my senior bulldog Junior so Im new to this site but figured it would be a good idea to try and fill my time when i’m not at work since all my free time was spent with him. I work at night so morning/afternoon walks and/drop ins are ideal. Can be flexible on my off days too and am open to caring for pets while you take a short trip if needed Love to take walks and/or keep your dog company while you work or travel. If you are taking a trip or a vacation; I’m open to stay with your pet at their own house because that’s where they feel most comfortable but am flexible since I’m dog less.

About: Hi, I am an avid animal lover and used to volunteer at animal friends. I dog and turtle sit for a family friend when their away and I also used to cat sit for a lady with several cats and watch my friends cats when she's away. When I pet sit, I'd go and give the animals clean water, play with them, give them food, for cats change their litters, for turtles let them walk around outside their cage for enrichment for dogs I either let them out in the backyard or take them on walks. I am a firm believer in staying and giving as much of my attention to all animals for as long as possible and treating them as if they were my own pets. Pay rate is flexible. About: I've taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. There's just something so heartwarming about animals that I love.
