Most dogs that I have cared for have been geriatric, and I am extremely patient with them, and strong enough to even lift the larger dogs when they can’t lift themselves. Before coming to MD, I worked on a farm and interacted with dozens of dogs every day. I have never met a dog that hasn’t liked me, or one I haven’t liked. I work from home and so can easily step out for a drop-in or house sit and work from your home. I can do early morning or late evening according to need. I am unable to board your dogs. However, I am more than able to watch your dogs in your home. When in a client’s home, my philosophy is to only touch what is needed. The client’s direction and privacy is key to a good relationship, as well as my discretion.

I almost canceled my trip because I was very worried about leaving my elderly dog who had just been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. But after speaking with Ava, I was confident she could handle the medications and take care of my old girl Georgia. She did a wonderful job and even did some cleaning which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. Thank you, Ava for taking such good care of Georgia. We’ll be calling on you again!
Julia was amazing with Barker! She was really quick to respond to our request, she communicated clearly and was very punctual. She sent updates regularly during her stay in our home which gave me so much peace of mind, she took care of Barker following all our detailed instructions and we came back to a very happy pup. Lacy is amazing. We trust her implicitly! She takes care of our “babies” as if they are her own. This last time, Camden wasn’t doing well. She immediately called me and worked with me to get a plan in place should things worsen. I love this sweet girl so much! She laid on the floor with Camden and gave him so much extra love.
5 stars! We are are new dog pawrents to a rescue pup. He’s a Pyr mix and is pushing 60 lbs and still growing! He has some separation issues and we feel more comfortable leaving him with someone while we are gone. Henriette was great and we will absolutely use her again. We chatted a few days prior to the appointment so that we were all on the same page. She is very easy to communicate with. Einstein, our pup, took to her and they had a great time. She kept us informed on how he was doing and what they were up to. They went on a lot of walks (he was conked out by the time we got home!) and kept busy! We definitely recommend Henriette and will will use her in the future.
My two cats are still adjusting to a recent move and Renea was wonderful despite one of my cats being a total peeing nightmare! Renea was very communicative and sent lots of updates which was super helpful as I was away on a stressful trip. She is very knowledgable and patient if you’re looking for a great sitter she is it!
Maddi did a terrific job staying at our house to take care of our Princess Penny 🐶☺️ She went above and beyond by not only coming to meet Penny, us and get a tour of the house, prior to reservation, she came a second time to understand Penny’s usual walking routine. Over the weekend, Maddi sent numerous updates and pics about how Penny was doing. Maddi is compassionate, good with animals, responsive, prompt and easy to get ahold of. When we returned, Penny was happy, calm and our house was exactly the way we left it! You won’t regret choosing Maddi for your fur family’s care.
