Hi there! My name is Lena, I'm 38 years old, and have been pet sitting professionally on and off for the last eighteen years. I started officially petsitting out in San Francisco and after moving back east, I professionally pet sat for a local company in the DC area for two years. I have experience in taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, turtles, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, and pigs. I love animals and enjoy taking care of them, so your pet will be in very safe and capable hands! My wife, who also works remotely full time helps me on occasion with taking care of your pets. I require meet and greets before confirming bookings with new clients. At the moment, I’m not accepting boarding clients. When I do stay at your home, I follow whatever routine your pet is used to. I know animals tend to stick to routines and try to be mindful of their daily schedules.

I really can’t express my gratitude for Lena and Sheii. My senior dog has been struggling with change after a cross country move, and having two expert sitters stay in our home was an absolute game changer. The communication and coordination was easy and professional. All of my little or big concerns/requests were acknowledged, followed up on, and discussed. The check ins were regular and reaffirming, making my time away much more relaxing. I came home to a calm dog and pristine house—I will definitely be rebooking. Thank you both so much for putting my mind and heart at ease!
Lena & Shea were AMAZING with our little guy Oscar. For six days they stayed with him at our place and kept everything perfectly clean, sent lots of updates & pictures too! Highly highly recommend!

Lena stayed in our house for a week to take care of our 5 year old lab and 10 week old lab puppy — she was fantastic! We got daily pics & updates, she handled any house-related things we needed, and was relaxed despite several power outages in the neighborhood 🤦🏼♀️. We came home to super happy pups and a clean house! Would definitely recommend and will plan to have her come again ❤️.

Lena is absolutely awesome. We are so grateful to have found Lena and she did a wonderful job pet sitting and house sitting. Her communication is great, and she kept us posted with thoughtful updates. We were extremely comfortable and confident while out of the country.

Schedule
I currently work as a freelance videographer/photographer and live in Edgewater. I have a very flexible schedule and mostly work remotely. I currently have three cats, so I’m used to having fur babies by my side 24/7.
