In my home, my collie-pit bull mix enjoys a comfortable routine, sleeping with me and getting ample outdoor time in a secure backyard in addition to walks and park visits. In clients’ homes, I follow the owner’s guidelines and the dog’s preferences, respecting rules for sleeping arrangements, dietary needs, or special instructions. I’m diligent about maintaining a safe and clean environment, promptly cleaning up messes or pee-pads and securing items that could be chewed or ingested. Regular outings ensure dogs stay comfortable and reduce accidents. In case of a health issue, like vomiting, I’d immediately contact the owner and their vet for guidance. And of course, I build trust with plenty of scritches, tummy rubs, play and attentive care, ensuring every dog feels safe and loved.

About: I've always loved animals, and several dogs have "owned" me over the years. I lost my bestest girl about 2 years ago and I still mourn her. Now that I'm retiring, I can't think of a better way to spend my time than helping care for your furry family members. I have experience with senior dogs, as well as giving meds. I've watched pets for friends and family for years. I'm currently retired and only working for a few hours on Tuesdays - and am home by 1:00 on Tuesdays, so I'm able to give long walks and snuggles. I'm able to stay in your home any day of the week. I live alone so your pet/s will have all my attention. I live in an apartment and will walk your pup several times a day with at least one long (@2 miles) walk if weather and their health allows. I allow pets on the furniture and on the bed if they are used to that. I'm happy to send update pics during the day. I admit that I have lots for my favorite pet friends, but I don't often do selfies, so the pics on here show pets that I've cared for doing activities, but don't include me.

I also have 10 years experience caring for a cockatiel and I love parrots. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I can host pets in my home and can also visit your home for pet care during the day and in the evening. I live in a townhome neighborhood with lots of room to walk and a green space in the back. I work at a computer and take regular breaks to move around and check on my cat and other pets that I am hosting. My space is clean and calm with room for pets to move around freely or rest on a comfy couch or pet bed.
