About: I’ve had animals in every corner of my life, throughout my whole life! I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats all with various needs such as medications, appointments, and mobile assistance. I have also volunteered with Wisconsin WildCare and local humane societies. I am a passionate & fearless animal advocate with speed dial access to a large animal vet and a retired DNR officer. I will treat your pet as my own whether it’s in my home or your home. I work a full time job only seven minutes from my home. My job is incredibly flexible and understanding of my need to let animals out or even leave work early for pet care! I have a balcony that animals can hang out on and a large grassy field that I take animals for walks on. I always keep them leashed. If I want them to be unleashed, I can take them to the local dog park five minutes from my house! I am comfortable with animals on furniture and sleeping in bed with me. I have access to my own crate if the animal is crate trained.

At home, I share my life with two wonderful dogs and a cat, who keep me on my toes and remind me every day why I love animals so much. I have extensive experience with puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, including dogs with mild special needs. I’m very comfortable administering medications (oral, topical—whatever your pup requires) and have done so many times with calm confidence. One of my own dogs struggles with reactivity, so I’ve developed strong skills in managing reactive dogs safely. I work a full-time job Tuesday through Thursday, but I’m mostly available Mondays, Fridays, and full available most weekends for house sitting, drop-ins, or walks. Your pets will get plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles, and personalized attention during those times—I treat every pet like family. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or feathered!) friends and give you peace of mind while you’re away! I work full time, but am able to work from home Mondays and Fridays and am usually home for weekends. During my work from home days I can occasionally slip away from my work to check in on your pet. It doesn’t matter to me if you have a fenced yard, I will gladly take your dog for a long walk to get all of their energy out. I have never believed letter a dog out in a fenced yard is enough exercise. Dogs need physical and mental stimulation.

About: Hi! I’m Kasi and I live in Mineral Point, WI I've grown up with pets my entire life. After losing my dog Lacey in 2021, it's felt quite strange not having a pet close by. I've taken care of both dogs and cats for over 4 years. Neighbors family and friends have counted on me to walk, feed, and make sure they go to the bathroom. I also work part time at a local pet daycare center so I've gotten to know pets very quickly. Each pet I've cared for has left their pawprint on my heart in some way shape or form-and forever will! I currently work remotely in Mineral Point, and also work full time for a non profit organization. I am able to stop by if you ever need me to. I have stayed at family homes to provide care for pets. I adhere to any instructions provided by each pet owner to ensure they maintain the same schedule before, during and after my stay. I ensure to maintain constant communication with pet owners, and let them know how their pet is doing.

About: I've been taking care of pups for 10 plus years now. Dogs are truly the best family members, and I would do everything in my power to help them be comfortable and happy. I have a fulltime job, but with the extra time on weekends and evenings, I want to use that time to do what I love, and make people's pups happy! I live by a dog park and have plenty of areas to walk around! I live in a one-bedroom spacious apartment that is very dog friendly.

“Kimberly was AMAZING. She stayed at our house and watched the dogs 7days/6nights and was a total success. Not only did we get daily updates & pics, but she also sent a pic and informed us of a lump she found on one of our pups to let us know. She went above and beyond minimum pet care and even cleaned up and poop scooped. I felt stress free during our trip seeing the pics of our dogs having fun with her. Our flight was also delayed 6hrs and she was so supportive during a stressful time—Totally jumped in to say she was flexible to be standby should a longer stay arise to make sure our dogs were cared for and got any needed meds as the day went on. I currently have 4 dogs and live out in the country with lots of room to run. I am very familiar with different behavior issues as well as how to work with your pets to get through those issues. This experience comes from fostering many high risk animals over the years. Your pet will be treated the same in my home as he/ she is treated in your home. If they go on your furniture, they are welcome on mine, etc. I am always willing to go the extra mile, if your pet needs a bath or a nail clip, I am happy to do that. I have experience with training, CPR, Giving Meds both by mouth and shot. Some of my friends lovingly call me the crazy dog lady because of my deep love for dogs, they have feelings and emotions just as we do and I always take that into consideration when caring for them. Given the opportunity I will show you that you can trust me to care for your baby while you are away just as you care for them when you are home. I currently work part time at my own small business so my schedule is super flexible and can be easily worked around your needs. This gives me the flexibility to give your pet all the time and attention they need while in my care. I have four dogs that are the sweetest babies. They get along great with all animals as well as kids. I do not have a fenced yard as we live on 80 acres out in the country, but I do have a portable temporary fencing that can be put up for outside time. We have a large area in the lower level of our home for inside play time. As I said earlier, when your pet is in my home, they will be treated just as they are when they are with you. I know how important routine is to their little minds. If you feed at a certain time, I will follow that routine. I know mine have a very set routine, they surely know when dinner time is. :o)

About: I have raised and cared for many animals throughout my lifetime ranging from dogs, cats, kittens, cows, raccoons, guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish! There is no animal too big, small, or sassy for me! I love them all! About: I’ve constantly been surrounded by all kinds of animals throughout my life. I especially love cats as I have 2 of my own but will spread the love to even reptiles! My past experience includes years of dog sitting for a family friend, for stays up to 2 weeks long. The dogs were also older so I had to accommodate their needs as well. I walked, fed, pet, and played with them all while maintaining as similar of a schedule that I could for their comfort. I am unemployed until the summer, when I will be working full-time, so I’m constantly home! My cats are fed around the clock three different times so I’m here for that. I just go to classes for a few hours in the middle of the day and come right home. About: I think something, I can proudly say is that I have people meet me once and trust me to watch their pets. I’ve had pets and I have taken care of friends and families pets since I was 12. Truly bonding with my pets was the highlight of my childhood, an experience that I know not every child is fortunate to have. I’ve seen my dog from puppyhood to his frosty senior days. The care is different of course, diets and lifestyle routine slow down and more careful attention is needed. Love is another key, all animals are deserving of being treated with respect and kindness. That includes the animals in the forest, since I work outdoors I see a lot of birds and critters and each one’s life is valued and admired. Like my job, the environment of the pet is important. The initial meeting with your pet, getting familiar and making sure the pet feels like they can trust their caretaker is crucial. That establish trust between caretaker and pet, allows me to ensure the best case scenario for your pet. Whether it be, trusting you on a walk or worse case scenario luring your pet from under the bed or loosing the lead for a second. About: I lived on a farm when I was a little one. Later, I was a trusted house sitter for relatives when they traveled (watching the home and taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats). I owned my own cat for 15 years. I've taken care of farm animals but not on a regular basis. I'm competant with delivering meds and being really careful with senior pets and those needing special care. I'm one of those people who talk to pets like they are people. I can be there for the extra play and snuggles puppies need, but I think the initial potty training should be by their owner. I carefully listen to the owners and what their schedule is like. Then I morph my schedule to be very close to that so the routine is similar with me and their pet. I adhere to the pet owners instructions. I make myself available for the pet so we learn to trust each other. I show lots of affection, if the pet wants to receive it. If not, I can give them space.
