“Sammy is the only person I trust with my two dogs! I was worried about finding someone to watch them because my youngest dog isn’t neutered yet. Sammy was great with communication and held a meet and greet with her dog, Coy, and her sister’s dog, Nova. It was clear that she understands dogs and has a ton of knowledge. Not only that, but she’s so sweet! It’s good to know that somebody’s taking care of them as if they’re their own dog. Tank and Teddy are both labrador retrievers and Tank is about 90 pounds while Teddy is 70 and not full grown. I have used her for boarding now probably three times and have at least two more times planned before this year is up. I can go on vacation or take an emergency trip without having to worry about my dogs. With Sammy, I know they are getting the best care possible. She also sends adorable little updates with a ton of photos so I’m never worried about them and I can see that they’re having so much fun. The last time we drop them off, the dogs ran right into her house and didn’t even turn back so it’s safe to say they’re also so happy to be there. We’ve taken to calling their stays with Sammy “Camp Coy” after her dog Coy who is their best friend.”

“Please read! I will be there first to admit I was skeptical of using Rover. I carefully scanned through profiles of those willing to watch the two dogs we have, a Great Dane and a boxer. Cilyr was so much more than we could have asked for! She and I agreed having a meet and greet prior was a great choice to make sure the dogs would have an easier transition. Cilyr went to every length to ensure she had asked questions we may not have thought of: do the dogs have allergies? Require specific routines? But I was really blown away when she brought to my attention that she does not have a truck large enough for our Great Dane in the event he would need to get to a vet emergently however, she has already arranged with a friend and neighbor that she could borrow theirs should an emergency arise. I knew at that moment She was that absolutely perfect choice to watch our dogs. This was not just a” side gig” for her, she genuinely cares so much for animals and helping others! When I brought the boys back for their week long stay they took about a day and a half to fully adjust. I know this because Cilyr went above and beyond to make sure I knew the boys were doing well and sent pictures! It was so heartwarming to get those little messages and pictures and know our boys were in great hands. Through those pictures you could see our dogs easing into their day and feeling safe and loved. Before we had even returned from our vacation we had discussed that we will hands down take our dogs back to her any time we need to leave them. The personal touches are unmatched to anything we’ve experienced in the past and we will absolutely recommend her every chance we get! Thank you Cilyr!”

It is obvious from the moment you meet Jodi that she Loves dogs and that she is a gentle and kind person. Her home and garden is designed for dogs comfort and safety and would make any dog feel at home. While we were away Jodi sent photos and movies several times daily and we could see how happy and at home our buddies were. I knew they were being treated like part of her family. She sent videos and pictures to keep me updated. My big dog ended up having some stomach issues and Candi didn’t skip a beat. We called my vet and she picked up some meds and got her back on track. Her four dogs were great with mine - they had such a blast. Not sure who enjoyed the vacation more, me or the dogs. I don’t have a dog myself yet, so I’ll love and care for your pup as though they are my own! I work full-time, so I am outside of the home 8+ hours on weekdays. I can provide care in the morning before work and in the evening after work, and on weekends. I am available most holidays as well. I make sure to earn the trust of every animal I work with, which includes respecting their boundaries as we are getting to know each other. That being said, I’ll make sure your pet gets the food, exercise, and attention they need to feel safe and happy while you are away.
