I can easily accommodate feeding schedules, medication routines, exercise needs, and extra cuddle or playtime. I enjoy keeping pets active, comfortable, and feeling at home while their owners are away. I have one friendly dog at home and a secure fenced-in yard where pets can safely play and get exercise. I can provide supervised outdoor time, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. If needed, I am also able to crate dogs for safety, comfort, or to maintain their normal routine. I always work to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and as stress-free as possible while they are away from home.

About: I love taking care of animals. Animal energy is something I love having in my life. I have had dogs and cats since I was born. Now I have my very own Border Collie named Iris who I love with all my heart. I was always interested in animal care bathing walking cooking my own dog special food. I recently made the decision to leave my place of employment after 25 years. So now I can commit to animal care as much or as little as I can. I don't have a routine yet but hopefully I will establish one soon. I have done numerous overnights with up to 4 dogs. I ask the owners for a printed copy of each dogs habits, routine and exercise preferences. Also if the dog has any leash or food aggression.

My focus is overnight, in-home sitting so your pets can stay in their normal routine—sleeping in their own beds, in the place they feel most comfortable (no boarding stress). While you’re away, I also treat your home with respect and care: bringing in mail/packages, rotating lights, watering plants, and keeping things tidy. Expect reliable communication, photo updates, and calm, steady care—walks, playtime, enrichment, snuggles, and support for separation anxiety/routines. I work full time for a nonprofit with some remote work flexibly as needed. My schedule is an 8 hr work day and start and end times can be adjusted as needed. I am experienced with crate training, basic obedience, special diets, walking, mental stimulation and calming techniques and lots of love, affection and snuggles. I have a reliable car to get me to a residence to dog sit I have dogs I walk and take care of on a daily basis and can add your dog to my daily routine as well. About: I have taken care of close friends and families pets for years and I have decided to expand and see if anyone else needs care for their animals! I have plenty of experience working with animals. I started out as a farm aid at Turtleback zoo a couple years ago and left to go work with marine mammals in Florida. When I came back to NJ I went to Cape May and worked as a full time seasonal animal keeper. After my 6 months were up I went back to Turtleback zoo as a Relief Keeper. I left the zoo field December 2021 and started working part time at a local vet clinic where I work with all size dogs and cats. I know how to give medications also if your dog or cat have any special needs! I currently work full time, first shift for a laboratory. I also work part time at a vets office but when I am dog sitting I do not just do that your pets have more of my attention and are my priority. If I were to stay at your house I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them on local hiking trails! Whatever works best! I am here to care for your animals just as I would my own. My dogs Cooper and Ginger are very spoiled and I can guarantee yours will be also! Depending on the needs of your pet will be the deciding factor of our daily routine. About: I have had dogs all my life . I enjoy taking care of animals and the best part is walking them a training them . Im a mail carrier who sees dogs all day long and there is not a dog out there who doesn’t love me! I am currently working full-time, but have time in the evening and early morning to walk or Stop And to take care of your pet I have a fenced in yard But I walk my dog every day my cat stays inside. I do let her out in the backyard in the fenced in area.

About: I've taken care of dogs for my friends and family for over 10 years. My sister, my bosses and different friends all trust me for a few reasons. First, I love animals and have a good rapport with them. Second, I am clean and keep my word when I agree to show up at a certain time. People recognize this and trust me to show up. Lastly, I am a calm person who brings a tranquil energy. Each animal has their own personality which I respect and learn to work with, and some have more challenging behaviors then others. Some are not good with other dogs or cats, some aren't good with kids, some are timid and need a lot of warming up to and some are pretty much good with everyone. I have worked with animals who have their own quirks and special needs (like medicines at meal times). I have been a traveler for many years, so house sitting/pet sitting for friends around the country has become a part of my life. These days I run a business that has been picking up, so I am not always available, but I keep my calendar open incase I can work it out to spend time with some animals. I currently work several jobs and try to fit Rover requests in when I get them. My girlfriend suggested Rover because she's noticed when I pet sit for people, I really love being around the animals. We can't have animals where we rent so this is a fun and rewarding job. I can be strict or loose with animals depending on what the owners perfer. I've worked with pets who owners never really train the animals, they just love them to bits. I've also worked with pets who have a more strict approach. I enjoy working with all situations! In the past I lived in my friends house while they were away; they left me a lot of notes on how to care for, feed, walk, give medicine to their 4 animals and watering dozens of house plants. It was a great time. Since joining Rover I've met some great animals, and even though I have a busy work life, I keep my profile open because I really enjoy animals and hope to meet more through here when I can.

About: I am currently in training to become a certified dog trainer. I am able to offer basic and puppy training at this time. I have around 18 years of pet care experience. I have cared for dogs and cats in the past, including elderly and ill pets. I can administer any necessary medications, both oral and injectable. I have also worked for a prominent doggy day care that has locations across the country. I have an acre of fenced in yard for the dogs to run around and get out all of their energy, so you can rest assured they'll be having the time of their life here! I work from home, so I am available whenever you need. I love to spend time with dogs and can be there when you can't!

About: I have been house sitting since I was 14 years old. From homes with 2 large puppies to homes with 4 dogs and 7 cats ranging in ages.
