About: I had the privilege of caring for my rescue dog for 14 years and have spent years pet sitting for friends. I’m comfortable with a variety of personalities and always provide dependable, loving care so your pet feels right at home. I’m a teacher so my afternoons and summers are mostly free! I’m home around 3:45 every afternoon and have weekends, holidays and summers off. I would love to take your pet with me on my daily walks/hikes, or pet sit when needed. I coach soccer in the fall, so my afternoons are less available September - November. I’m open to all situations. Happy to house sit, or just pop in for regular walk breaks. I’ve fostered 60+ rescue dogs and have years of experience helping anxious pups feel safe, calm, and cared for. My focus is overnight, in-home sitting so your pets can stay in their normal routine—sleeping in their own beds, in the place they feel most comfortable (no boarding stress). I am happy to send photos and updates of your pets while you're away so you can enjoy your travels knowing they are safe, happy, and receiving plenty of love. While you’re away, I also treat your home with respect and care: bringing in mail/packages, rotating lights, watering plants, and keeping things tidy. Expect reliable communication, photo updates, and calm, steady care—walks, playtime, enrichment, snuggles, and support for separation anxiety/routines. I work full time for a nonprofit with some remote work flexibly as needed. My schedule is an 8 hr work day and start and end times can be adjusted as needed. I am experienced with crate training, basic obedience, special diets, walking, mental stimulation and calming techniques and lots of love, affection and snuggles. Services can be modified for the specific needs of your dog(s) or cat(s).

About: I have been around animals since I was very young and loved every minute of it. I am lucky to have over 7 years with my Belgian Malinois, Cooper, in my life! Nothing bring me more joy than taking care of, feeding, walking, playing, and simply sharing the same space of all sorts of pets! I have many years experience taking care of Dogs, Cats, Birds, and Small Rodents and look forward to meeting all of your fuzzy family members! I currently work from home where I set my own hours so I am flexible on both Weekdays and Weekends and can be available early morning throughout the afternoon. I will follow all of your current routines and guidelines for all of your pets to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. I require a meet and greet with the pet beforehand to make sure we are a good fit, I would not want your precious pet to be stressed or anxious!

“I have a senior dog and I have a cat that hides every time Tammie comes to my house. Which is, uh, fine, because the cat always hides. However, she is so wonderful with my senior dog. She lets him out as many times as he asks. She makes sure that he is OK outside. She never lets him be alone. Uh, she's always checking his food and. Is water. She's also always checking the food in the water for my cat that hides all the time. She is a wonderful caregiver. Compassionate. Absolutely thorough. Wonderful. With my dog. I can't tell you more wonderful things about her because she is fantastic.”

I cannot care for pets in my home because I have pets of my own and other household members, but I am available to care for pets at the clients home.

About: I love taking care of animals. Animal energy is something I love having in my life. I have had dogs and cats since I was born. Now I have my very own Border Collie named Iris who I love with all my heart. I was always interested in animal care bathing walking cooking my own dog special food. I recently made the decision to leave my place of employment after 25 years. So now I can commit to animal care as much or as little as I can. I don't have a routine yet but hopefully I will establish one soon. I have done numerous overnights with up to 4 dogs. I ask the owners for a printed copy of each dogs habits, routine and exercise preferences. Also if the dog has any leash or food aggression.

About: I've had cats my whole life and a dog for a little over 4 years. I love animals and will play with and hike with your dog (or cat) anytime! I'm familiar with prong collars, whistles and clickers and will use training techniques laid out by you for consistency I spend a lot of time with my animals daily, depending on my tasks, but their health and joy is a priority for me. I try to ensure I spend an hour focused on them each, every day. I'll follow any training requested, and use your queues and signals. I am familiar with prong collars, muzzles and most leash types and have even walked cats before. We'll have adventures and stay healthy together.
