Patient, calm animal lover!
Currently, I care for my own cat and provide weekday care for another dog in my home. I also dog-sit for a neighbor’s dog who is fearful and aggressive towards others. I’ve been able to build trust with him by being patient and calm. Happy to build a relationship with your pet/s as well! I also grew up caring for two cocker spaniels and a cockatiel.

On drop in visits, I’m happy to take dogs on walks, give all the pets, get to know your dog and make sure they have everything they need (food, water, affection and clean space!) Enjoy meeting and caring for cats as well! Able to make sure they have the food, water, physical interaction and play time they might need while you are away.

So glad we found Madelyn on rover. She’s gained a permanent place in our pups hearts. Our special needs deaf Australian shepherd does not take to strangers often, but Madelyn has become the permanent exception. Our dogs are clearly loved and happy after every visit with her and we always leave feeling confident that our home and our fur babies are in kind and loving hands. Madelyn was wonderful and took great care of my fur baby even when my driveway was covered in snow and also helped us out over Christmas! Our cat is a needy boy and usually complains a lot when we leave but he didn’t seem to mind this time. Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
I work part-time as a farmers market sales person and also do remote website work from home. My flexible schedule allows me plenty of availability to care for and assist with pets. Whether it’s daily attention or occasional help, I’m ready to fit pet care seamlessly into my routine!
