“Maureen took great care of Marsh and Mellow while I was away. My cats love spending time with her, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about them. She’s easy to communicate with and was incredibly accommodating, even when I had to make multiple changes to my travel plans. She sent plenty of adorable pictures every day and made sure to play with them, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Maureen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter!”

“I had a great experience working with Emma! She took great care of my kitties and helped give medication to one of them, while also monitoring her condition and keeping me updated every day. It really gave me peace of mind. The kitties are happy to see her again!”

“Piper loved having Sarah check in on her and feed her at lunch time! I appreciated all the updates Sarah provided me during her check in and will definitely be booking her again.”

“This is my second time using Lindsay to care for my two cats. She is transparent and thorough with daily updates. I can always relax when I know she is taking care of my cats!!”

About: I’m a big animal lover and have had pets in my life for as long as I can remember. My first job in high school was working at Best Friends Pet Care, where I cared for both dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments throughout my entire high school career. That experience taught me how to safely handle, feed, exercise, and care for many different types of pets. While I was in college, I continued gaining experience by working at Red Dog Pet Resort during school breaks when I came home. In addition to that, I now do pet sitting on the side and have cared for up to nine animals at once (five dogs and four cats), all with unique personalities and needs. I also grew up with two dogs and two cats of my own, who have since passed away. Having pets my whole life has made my love for animals even stronger, and I understand how important they are as members of the family. I always strive to provide safe, attentive, and loving care for every pet I look after. I work full time Monday through Thursday and am usually off around 4:30 PM on those days. I also have a hybrid schedule, so I work from home a lot of the time, which gives me additional flexibility for pet care visits during the day when my schedule allows. During the week, I’m typically available for evening visits and walks, and from Friday through Sunday I’m off, which allows me to be much more flexible and available for daytime visits, walks, and check-ins. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my main goal is to keep them relaxed, safe, and content in the place they know best. I do my best to stick closely to your pet’s normal routine—whether that includes meals at certain times, walks, playtime, or simply quiet companionship. I also ensure water bowls are kept fresh, litter boxes or potty areas stay clean, and your pet receives plenty of care and attention while you’re away.
About: I grew up with many cats and dogs but currently I have one dog and two cats! My pets are my world and I don't know what I would do without them. I have had three kittens that I found in my old neighborhood and took care of them until we found them an owner. I have pet sat for family and friends and love spending time with their babies. I had a dog growing up that had gotten older and needed extra care like medications and help with mobility so he stayed with me for a few weeks as I took care of him. I understand how important our fur babies are so I promise to treat yours as my own with plenty of love and attention! <3 I am currently changing my career goals so my schedule is wide open! I am available weekdays and weekends, and have a flexible schedule. I live at home with my parents so I have family members to take care of my pets while I am looking after yours! At home I live with 5 family members and three pets without a fenced in yard so it is ideal to work in your environment, but I do own a medium sized dog crate if you require one. My dog is an anxious girl so she likes to stay inside with her humans but we take her on walks and try to take her to dog parks to socialize. If I am working in your home I can accommodate to as many needs as you like! Whether you like a strict schedule, your pet requires medications, or your pet has any routines they are used to I will make sure they feel safe and comfortable!
“Mark was outstanding with my dog. He was punctual, attentive, and clearly loves animals. I appreciated his clear communication, quick updates, and the thoughtful care he provided, from long walks to gentle playtime. My pup was happy and relaxed. Highly recommend Mark for reliable, compassionate pet care. And even turning off your oven for you when you forget to turn it off like me.”

“Great communication, great with my TWO dogs. Walks them together better than I can myself ?. Highly recommend. Very flexible & has great availability for what I need right now.”

“Anna is wonderful! She took such good care of our Charley and was very patient cleaning up the occasional mess. 😊 We felt so comfortable knowing that our girl was in calm, capable, caring hands. Anna was great at communicating with us and we loved seeing updates of their adventures throughout the day. We would definitely hire Anna again!”

“We had Monica let our dog out a couple times while we were gone for an overnight. She was great! We didn't have a chance to meet before hand as it was a last minute request but I was able to leave a key and instructions. She was great with our dog, filled his food and water, let him out, took him for a little walk, and even sent us a photo/updates. Would definitely recommend her if you need someone to care for your dog!”

“Taylor was wonderful taking care of my kitties!! I got home late last night and was shocked and so grateful to see she even took out my trash that probably smelled like litter!!! Will definitely be reaching back out to Taylor if I’m ever out of town again!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have always relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. I also foster dogs through Cincinnati Animal CARE (CAC), which has given me experience with all kinds of personalities, routines, and needs. My parents own a miniature dachshund (The 2 time Cincinnati Oktoberfest Wiener Dog Champ 🏆), who I raised myself as a puppy during COVID. I lived with cats in college too and learned to love them just as much. Dogs staying with me get the full Barkingham Palace experience! I have a front and backyard, lots of toys and enrichment activities, a tether so they can safely run and play, plus time for plenty of walks and snuggles. I’m always the family/friend go-to for pet care, so I figured I’d finally extend the offer beyond my circle! I work full-time as an assistant commercial property underwriter. I usually get two work from home days but also have super flexible hours so I can work around most schedules! I love all animals. I will follow any and every instruction given. I can walk, crate, cuddle, and/or train your animal(s) whenever you need me to.
Dillonvale cat parents share their Rover experiences
Daniel recently provided drop-in visits for our daughter's cat Milo while we were on a family hiking trip. His pics of Milo showed how happy Milo was to see him, and when we returned home it was obvious Milo was much more at ease compared to other times we were away. We've also had Daniel pet sit for our dogs in the past, and he really creates a fast bond with them. We're so thankful to have someone as reliable and attentive as Daniel to care for our pets!

Ashley & Trinity are reliable and super communicative. They were very proactive when one of our cat litter box (automatic) stopped working. We are very thankful to have such reliable cat sitters like thyme that care to do a good job but that you can honestly feel they care for our kitties. They love them.

Konane did a fantastic job taking care of Bowie. From the start, communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. She paid great attention to detail, making sure all of Bowie’s needs were met and going above and beyond to keep us updated. Any concerns or issues were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and she provided helpful feedback throughout. We felt totally at ease knowing Bowie was in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
