Isabell was friendly and communicative, and did a great job of taking care of my two cats while I was traveling for work. This care included giving pills to one of the cats who was pretty unhappy about being given medication by a new human. I appreciated that Isabell was transparent with me about difficulties she ran into around those pills, and thought she did a good job of working around that. I also appreciated all the photo updates! Both cats seemed happy and well care for when I got home.

She paid great attention to detail, making sure all of Bowie’s needs were met and going above and beyond to keep us updated. Any concerns or issues were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and she provided helpful feedback throughout. We felt totally at ease knowing Bowie was in such capable and caring hands.
