A typical day
My two cats keep me company as I work from home! I love to keep them on a schedule with feeding and playtime it’s important to them. They each like to play in different ways and I know that play time is special and mentally stimulating for them. I love to play with my clients pets as I know it helps them feel more comfortable by getting enrichment when pet owners are away

Pet care experience
I have lived more of my life with pets than without. I have cared for all types of animals -- I grew up with dogs, and small animals. Currently I have cats of my own and often foster with rescue groups. I have cared for birds, fish, and reptiles as well. My animal care experience peaked while in high school, as I got my first job working in the boarding kennels at a vet clinic. I have always loved animals, but it was there that I got really good at learning how to care for a variety of dogs of all shapes and sizes with various medical needs. I am extremely comfortable with pets that may need special diets, medications, even insulin. I promise to treat you pet exactly like I would treat my own -- with love and respect. I treat my pets like they are my family, and I will absolutely feel the same way about yours.
