So the only time we could meet up with the original host was the morning of (and we were trying to catch a flight). We showed up at the location only to realize that this person wasn't answering their phone at 730am for our prearranged drop off time. Of course we were in crisis mode at this point, going through all of our options. We contacted Dogvacay and told them what had happened, and that we need to catch a flight in the next hour. They were super helpful in sending out emergency requests seeing if anyone in the area could help us. Luckily, Sonia came through and responded right away! She's a life saver! She sent us lovely pictures of Mia while we were on vacation. We are so grateful she responded on such short notice. Highly recommend!”

My older dog, Pippin, has separation anxiety, so he can get a bit upset when we leave him, especially in new environments, but George and Ludmila were able to handle his anxiety well and shared photos with me to show that he had calmed down shortly after I left. They are very invested in the well being of the dogs they care for, and took Pippin on long walks to help with his anxiety and give him the exercise and stimulation he needed.”
