About: For years I have been surrounded by animals and taking care of them. I am here to help owners who don’t have the time to give their dogs a walk or even needing pet sitting! Currently this is my only job, I only will be doing sitting or walking during the week. My routine basically depends on the animals and what client's wish me to help with or do during my hours with the animals. I can take care of lizards, dogs, and cats. I always first make sure what allergies or restrictions are needed for the pet at their home. I offer walking and pet sitting. I can come at certain times the owner needs by request to make sure the animal is safe and cared for.

“My partner and I are first time Rover users and I am so thankful to have had Megan drop in for our two cats for six days. Long story short, Megan is good at what she does and made our vacation worry-free knowing our kitties were under her attentive care. Our older cat recently had some medical difficulties and she was very knowledgeable about medication administration with our older cat and kept him calm, safe, and well medicated during our vacation. Our younger cat had some behavioral issues and she was communicative and very professional in dealing with negative cat behavior previously unknown to us. She took good care of our little stinker and was great at problem solving. PS: she took some excellent model shots of our cats and that was always a joy to see. 🥰 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: I’ve taken care of pets in all shapes and sizes all my life. This includes pet care for animal therapy organizations, animal shelters, friends, and family. As a previous pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone who can give your pet the best they deserve, and I would love to be that person! I am a current PhD student at MSU so my schedule is pretty flexible outside of my classes, making most of my mornings and evenings available for booking I live right next to one of the entrances to the Northern Tier Trail, so I have easy access to a safe and fun walkable area for your pups!

About: When petsitting, I go beyond basic pet sitting by tailoring care to each pet’s personality and routine. I’m reliable, a good communicator, and can keep you updated via pictures! I also have experience administering medications and handling anxious pets as I have one of my own. My goal is to prioritize your pets safety, and keep them happy and comfortable. I am on the MSU women’s rowing team, and only have practices 6:30-9:30am daily. Aside from that, I have a part-time job with a very free schedule. I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment whether pets are in my own home or yours. I don’t like to get them off routine as I know that can be a bit overwhelming for some animals, and love to give lots of attention! I’ll also be attentive to any needs of the pet, and keep you updated with photos/texts so you know your pet is in good hands!

About: We offer extensive experience with both cats and dogs throughout their lives. Our qualifications include basic puppy training from Petco, as well as completion of the Delta Therapy Dogs program which utilizes Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) to improve well-being in various settings like hospitals, mental health facilities, and more. Furthermore, we have years of firsthand experience caring for senior dogs, including managing pain, assisting with mobility, administering medications, and dispensing chemotherapy drugs. We want you to know that your pet will have company for the majority of the day. I am a stay-at-home mom, and my husband works from home two days a week. Plus, our kids are excited to spend lots of time playing with your pet. Following the loss of our beloved dog of 18 wonderful years, we're eager to open our hearts and home to your furry family member, and dedicate our time and affection to your pet. Our home includes large, grassy areas perfect for running, and we also enjoy long daily walks around the neighborhood should your pet need extra exercise and outdoor activities.

About: I’ve had many pets from a young age and take great joy in taking care of them. I have experience with dogs, cats, small pets, and reptiles and love learning about care for all other sorts of animals! I work four days a week leaving me available after 6 pm on weekdays and anytime on the weekends. As well as a varying day throughout the week. About: Ever since I was little, I have loved all kinds of animals and hope to one day have a career working with them. I have been helping care for my own dogs since I was around six years old and have experience with both large breeds, like Labrador Retrievers, and small breeds, like Chihuahuas. I have also cared for the dogs and cats of friends and family while they were away. In addition to dogs and cats, I have owned and cared for two hamsters, a Canadian goose, three ducks, and have experience helping care for horses. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience and attention they sometimes need. Currently, I have two Labrador Retrievers named Annie and Delta, and I love spending time caring for them. I am also comfortable administering medications, as one of my dogs requires seizure medication three times a day. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I am committed to providing loving, reliable, and attentive care for every animal I look after. I am a junior at Hope College home for the summer so my schedule is fairly open and I am very flexible. I am usually busy weekends and Tuesday and Thursday nights when I am coaching lacrosse. I can care for your dog in your home just as you would care for your dog if you were home. I could easily crate your dog if needed, take them for walks, feed them, and take them out to use the bathroom.

They were spooked with someone new, but she was so patient and calm with them. She also stayed to socialize and not just scoop and run, which we really appreciated as they're used to having someone in the house all day (working from home). Misty needs medication with her food and Tesa was sure to feed them apart so TJ wouldn't eat it. (Way above and beyond, she even washed the bathroom rug when one of the cats had an accident!) We definitely recommend Tesa and would love to have her watch our cats again!! 11/10!!”
