About: Hey y'all! If you're looking for an experienced dog walker or sitter, you've come to the right place. I have years of experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities. I spent a few years working in a veterinary hospital before I went to college, where I became skilled and comfortable working with dogs of all breeds. I also have volunteered in an animal shelter for ten years, helping to care for hundreds of animals who need a loving home. I am very active and I am happy to take those energetic dogs on long walks. I am comfortable bathing dogs. I also have experience raising puppies. Please consider me to assist you with all of your doggy care needs! They deserve love and attention, even when you cannot be with them. My schedule is flexible, as I'm currently working from home. This leaves me with ample time to spend with your pets and give them the attention they deserve. I have a fenced in yard. I’m active and strong and can handle dogs that may be bigger/require more energy to care for. Heavy lifting is not an issue for me.

“Samantha watched our senior cat Jack for ten days during the heat wave. She was reliable and punctual and made sure Jack didn’t get dehydrated. She cleaned up after him when he threw up. He was persnickety for a few days at the beginning but Samantha persisted and won him over. She is a rock star!”

“Tony was prompt, communicative and took great care of Pickles. It’s clear he cared for her like she was her own, playing with her, snuggling and taking her on two walks to make sure she was taken care of after dinner.”

“Alyssa just took care of our 2 cats for about a week and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super communicative and we felt like they were in great hands the whole time! Super happy to have a reliable sitter in Big Bear!”

About: I’m still quite new to this but I have a few munchkins of my own to know how to handle them. I’ve done some pet sitting when I was younger and found it to be a lot of fun. I want to be more active so walking your pets is perfect for us both! I’ve lived with animals my whole life so I have so much compassion for them. I have a lot of patience and love for them all. I would love for you to have trust in me to do my best for your pet. I know I have little experience but a lifetime of caring for animals; big and small. I am currently a part time server so my schedule is always changing, I mostly work nights most days. The days i’m off and available I’ll be able to be around as many hours as needed. Weekends are unsure depending on my schedule, if anything I’d be available in the mornings and late nights. I unfortunately can’t board any pets at my home. My own pets are all inside pet’s except my dogs of course, my dogs have a fenced in backyard and go on daily walks themselves. My pups are 4 years old but aren’t fully socialized to other dogs so I wouldn’t feel 100% safe to board pets at the moment. I also have cats, they are my personal favorite, all whom I’ve had for many years. What can I say i’m a animal person. I have a few exotic pets; a snake and two geckos who stay in cages!

“Our booking went wonderfully, Elaine boarded my two cats for 7 days. Everything went well, Elaine is a very nice person, with a quiet home and surrounding area. Excellent communication before during and after the booking. Highly recommend Elaine, I will be keeping in contact with her for future pet sitting needs.”

About: I have been pet sitting for family and neighbors since the 6th grade, from dogs and cats to birds and lizards. I have worked with all different breeds and sizes of dogs and cats and can handle hard pulling dogs on leash. I have always enjoyed taking care of animals because I love bonding with all kinds of animals, they always put a smile on my face. I am currently not employed at the moment so I have open availability for scheduling on week days and weekends, during the day and night. I can not pet sit any animals in my own house because I have a dog and a cat of my own here and do not have the space here.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13 years old. Although I don’t own a dog of my own, I am constantly surrounded by pups, (as you can see from my photos) and wouldn’t have it any other way! What sets me apart from others is my mom is a wholesome dog food and treats manufacturer. I have worked alongside her, caring for dogs and getting them on track with a wholesome diet! I am very familiar with dogs behaviors and mannerisms. I have cared for dogs of all ages and sizes. I am in between jobs at the moment, looking for a fulfilling and rewarding way to make a living. I have always had a passion for animals, and I always dog sit and take care of family and friends’ pets, so I thought why not expand the playing field! I understand that every pet is different. I strive to ensure that every pet is taken care of accordingly, that being whatever the pet parents need from me. I have dealt with many dogs who follow strict diets, routines, or even strict medication schedules. I am doing this to help ease you pet parents minds, I am here to help!

About: I’ve taken care of my own and others pets for a majority of my life. From puppies to seniors. Administered medications. Continue training that owners previously administer. I work a part-time job so have large availability openings for pet sitting. Some mornings and most evenings I’m free. A week in advance works best for me. I have a fenced yard and two other fur babies. If needed, my dogs can be separated from your fur babies. I have different sized crates if wanted. I also live right next to a park for lots of play time.

About: I have four years experience in caring for pets in peoples homes. There are two of us both big pet lovers. My husband works from home full time and I work a three day work week. We have a fenced back yard with doggy door. No pool. Dogs are allowed to be with us whether it be on the couch or sleeping at night. We live in a community so great place for taking walks. We will work with what ever your feeding choices are. We feed ours the raw diet so have experience with it. Let your fur baby come and be pampered, play, and have a great time on their vacation. I am also the owner of Barkington Bistro a healthy alternative to dog treats.

“Faten was amazing with my girl, Skye. She messaged regularly, sent pictures, and updated on how Skye was doing overall. I highly recommend this sweet kitty cat sitter; she's wonderful!”

About: Hi! I’ve spent the last four years caring for and maintaining the training of a service dog. I’m experienced with feeding, walking, grooming, and reinforcing positive behaviors. I treat every dog with patience, love, and respect, and I’m excited to care for yours like my own! I’m currently in school, but I have plenty of free time throughout the week to dedicate to pet care. I enjoy having dogs as part of my routine—whether it’s walking, playtime, or just keeping them company. A $7 travel fee applies for locations over 15 miles, which can be sent separately via Venmo. I follow their usual routines closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I’m gentle, attentive, and always keep their well-being my top priority.

Whether it’s a playful puppy, an energetic large breed, or a gentle giant, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each pet under my care. Why Choose Me? Experienced in Puppy Care • Nurturing Newborns: Successfully hand-raised and bottle-fed orphaned puppies, ensuring their health and well-being through attentive care every two hours. • Socialization & Training: Dedicated 100+ hours to helping puppies adapt to various environments, sounds, and other animals. Expert in positive reinforcement techniques, ensuring faster housebreaking and basic obedience training for over 30 puppies. Specialist in Large and Giant Breeds • Large Breeds (Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd): Familiar with their energy levels, I create tailored exercise routines, provide behavioral training to curb jumping and leash pulling, and ensure regular grooming for their comfort and health. • Giant Breeds (Great Dane, Mastiff, Saint Bernard): I handle their size and strength with care, focusing on safe interactions, breed-specific nutrition, and health monitoring for conditions like bloat and joint issues. Commitment to Safety and Well-being Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I am skilled in reading canine body language, ensuring secure environments, and addressing breed-specific health concerns. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, a play session, or bedtime cuddles, your pet will be in experienced and loving hands. My Approach to Pet Care In My Home • Safe Introductions: Neutral territory introductions and supervision to ensure peaceful coexistence with other pets. • Comfortable Spaces: Dedicated areas with beds, toys, and feeding bowls to reduce stress. • Routine Maintenance: Adhering to regular schedules for feeding, walks, and exercise. In Your Home • Routine Familiarity: Following your pet’s established routine to minimize stress and ensure consistency. • Clean and Secure: Tidying up after play and double-checking gates and doors for safety. • Regular Updates: Providing daily pictures or videos so you can stay connected and reassured. Your Pet’s Needs, Prioritized To provide the best care, I ask for detailed information about your pet, including: • Medical history, dietary restrictions, and exercise requirements. • Behavioral traits, training commands, and special preferences. • Emergency contact details for added peace of mind. With this preparation, I ensure that your pet receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their unique personality and needs. What Sets Me Apart? My care doesn’t end at meeting basic needs—I strive to form a genuine bond with every pet I look after. By combining professional expertise with heartfelt affection, I create a loving environment where your pet feels safe, happy, and truly at home. Rest assured, your furry friend will be treated like family while they’re with me. Let’s work together to give your pet the care and attention they deserve. I look forward to meeting you and your furry companion! For many, pets are cherished members of the family, and their care seamlessly integrates into daily life. For me, this sentiment holds even truer. Here's how pet care fits into my routine: Morning Rituals: Just as I begin my day with a cup of coffee or a morning stretch, tending to my fur babies is a non-negotiable start. Whether it's feeding them, taking them for their first walk of the day, or simply spending quality time together, my mornings revolve around their needs. Work-life Balance: During work breaks, I often find myself playing with my pets or engaging in short training sessions. These moments not only provide them with mental and physical stimulation but also allow me to destress and refocus. Exercise and Play: My evening routines include longer walks, play sessions, and sometimes even visits to the local dog park. These activities are not only beneficial for my pets' well-being but also ensure I stay active and connected to the pet community. Dinner Time: Just as I prepare meals for myself, I also ensure that my fur babies receive nutritious and well-balanced meals tailored to their needs. Sharing meal times solidifies the bond we share and emphasizes the parallel lives we lead. Continuous Learning: I constantly educate myself on pet care, new training techniques, and health tips. Being a responsible pet parent means staying updated on the best ways to ensure their overall well-being. Night-time Cuddles: My day concludes with bedtime snuggles and ensuring they're comfortable for the night. This quiet bonding time is a gentle reminder of the unconditional love and trust we share. In essence, my life is interwoven with the care of my fur babies. They're not just an added responsibility; they're a part of my daily existence, bringing joy, purpose, and unconditional love. So, when I say I understand the significance of pet care, it comes from a place of deep personal experience and genuine affection. Caring for pets varies based on the location, whether it's in my own home or a client's residence. Here's a breakdown of how I approach pet care in each setting: In My Home: Introduction: If I'm hosting pets in my home, it's essential to introduce them to my own pets (if any) in a controlled manner. This usually involves neutral territory introductions and close supervision until I'm certain they can coexist peacefully. Safe Spaces: I ensure that each pet has its own comfortable space, equipped with their bed, toys, and feeding bowls. This helps reduce stress, especially during the initial adjustment period. Routine: I aim to maintain the pet's regular schedule. From feeding times to walk durations, sticking to their routine helps in a smoother transition. Exercise and Play: A well-exercised pet is a happy pet. I provide adequate playtime, ensuring they are mentally and physically stimulated. This includes walks, play sessions, and even basic training exercises. Diet: I strictly adhere to the diet and feeding instructions provided by the pet owner. If a pet has specific dietary needs or restrictions, they are always respected. Safety: I make sure all potential hazards, such as toxic plants or accessible trash bins, are out of reach. I also ensure that my home is escape-proof with secure fences and locked doors. In the Client's Home: Familiarity: Pets tend to feel most comfortable in their own environment. By caring for them in their own home, I eliminate the stress of adapting to a new place. Home Inspection: On the first visit, I usually do a quick walkthrough to identify where all the essentials are, such as food, toys, leashes, and cleaning supplies. Routine: Maintaining the pet's regular routine is even easier in their own home. I follow their regular feeding, play, and walk schedules as instructed by the owner. Cleanliness: After feeding or play sessions, I make sure to clean up any messes, ensuring the house remains tidy. Security: Before leaving the client's house, I double-check all doors, windows, and gates to ensure the pet is safe and secure. Updates: Depending on the client's preference, I often send daily updates with pictures or videos. This keeps the pet owner informed and reassured about their pet's well-being. Regardless of the setting, the pet's health, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities. I aim to provide a nurturing environment, respecting the trust both the pet and their owner place in me.

“As both a human and dog mom, I can honestly say...there’s no one I trust more with our boys... than our daughter, Maddie. She’s been caring for animals for over a decade, and it shows in everything she does. From the tiniest details of their routine to the way she genuinely connects with each pup she meets, Maddie has a heart for this. Slater and Sullivan adore her...and we do too! When she watches them, we know they’re not just being looked after… they’re being loved. She treats every dog like they’re her own, with gentleness, patience, and a deep understanding of how much they mean to their families. Whether it’s a quick drop-in, an adventurous walk, an overnight stay, or a long weekend, Maddie brings peace of mind every time. She’s responsible, communicative, experienced...and the kind of person who instinctively knows when a dog needs a little extra comfort or fun! If you’re looking for someone to trust with your fur baby, look no further. Maddie’s the real deal...and your pups will feel it the moment they meet her! She comes from a family of extreme dog lovers, so it's in her DNA! Book her on Rover...you’ll be so glad you did! Christina (aka Maddie’s proud mom )”

Gabrielle & Steven C.

“Gabie and Steve are the Mary Poppins of pet sitters. I've never had to worry about coming home from vacations and having empty or dirty pet dishes, empty water dishes, or any other nightmare scenarios by using a pet sitter that isn't top notch. Their love for animals is recognizable because they both light up when they're around animals. I've never had scheduling issues or them not being available to pet sit. They are always very flexible. They are aware of animal resources in our community such as vet clinics, pet stores, pet-friendly parks, etc. They are knowledgeable about different threats to pets. .”

“To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Jesse for any pet care service. Our dog, Bailey, had the privilege of being under Jesse’s care for over two weeks, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the outset, Jesse showcased unparalleled professionalism and a genuine affection for animals. Bailey, who is typically shy and takes time to warm up to new people, was instantly drawn to Jesse, which speaks volumes about his ability to connect with pets. One aspect that particularly stood out was Jesse’s commitment to keeping us updated. We received daily photos, videos, and reports about Bailey’s activities, meals, and overall mood. This not only gave us peace of mind but also allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing our fur baby was in excellent hands. Furthermore, Jesse introduced Bailey to skatejoring, a fun activity we hadn’t explored before. Bailey absolutely loved the experience, and it’s something we’re excited to continue with him in the future. Upon our return, it was evident that Bailey was not only well-taken care of but also truly cherished. Jesse’s home was immaculate, and Bailey seemed healthier, happier, and more vibrant than ever. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Jesse highly enough. His dedication, expertise, and undeniable love for animals make him an outstanding choice for anyone seeking top-tier pet care services. Warm Regards, Alex Richardson”
