About: (UPDATED 07/25) Hi there! I'm Jess. I've been working through Rover for 7 years now. Presently, I offer house sitting, drop-ins, and walks. Previously, my days were filled with doggy day care (3 repeat, regular clients) and overnight boarding. For the safety of my cat and your animal, I can no longer offer day care and boarding. I work remotely in media management for a television streaming service which provides me the fortunate flexibility throughout the day to watch and care for your dogs. Your dog (or dogs!) will be in quality hands, as they are my number one priority while you enjoy your vacation, business trip, or just need a last minute sitter! I get it! You will receive timely updates as requested. As a pet owner myself, I empathize with the need to have someone reliable, trust-worthy, smart and caring. I exercise a level of care no less than I would expect for my pet. I work remotely (Monday - Friday) for a job where I can devote ample time to your dog(s). Able to walk/take out every 2 hours, if necessary. In the nicer weather, I work outside with them. No matter what, I always ensure your dog(s) are comfortable, safe, and their needs are met as if they were my own. I feel grateful to be in a flexible position in order to help you! On the weekends, I can definitely be more adventurous with your dog. I gather information from you (if not already provided), especially before staying in your home (behaviors, feeding, outside/walking schedules, training, sleeping, kenneling, restrictions, emergency care, etc). I'm extra attentive to your dog's behavior if I am new, since they're just getting to trust me. I keep their routine as normal as possible and provide a safe, playful environment while you are away.

“I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Sarah. an exceptional dog sitter and walker. She was not only friendly and compassionate towards my dog but also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and reliability. She was always on time, and her flexible scheduling (weather etc) made Toffe’s life significantly easier for a week. The way she interacted with my pet showed a deep understanding and love for animals. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring individual to look after their pet.”

About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember—from fish and lizards to cats and dogs. My wife and I are proud cat parents to S’mores (who, despite my best efforts, isn’t too keen on training). I helped train both of my family dogs and still love visiting them at my parents’ house. After a busy year teaching high school, I’m looking forward to a summer with less talking and more time playing with pets. I’m happy to work on basic training or reinforce commands while you’re away—whatever helps keep your pet happy, safe, and loved! I am a full time school teacher so I have a great schedule with plenty of time for your furry friend! Available most days and times and willing to work on your pets schedule Comfortable handling all walking, litter box cleaning, feeding, and certain medications for your pet. I have over 15 years of personal experience with pets and over 5 years experience with pet sitting for hire. I can’t wait to meet your pets!

“i had a great experience .. The dog walker arrived on time and took my puppy for a full 30-minute walk, ensuring he got the exercise he needed. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use it again!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was the neighborhood dog walker and feeder. Now having my own dog for 11 years, I’ve experienced everything from puppy training to ER visits to prong collars and more! I’m a middle school math teacher so I am VERY free during the summer months for pet care. During the school year, I am free after school hours and on the weekends. As a teacher, I can follow directions VERY well! So anything needed for walks or drop in visits, I can do! My two dogs have lots of needs, so I understand how complex pet care can be.

About: I have a natural connection to pets. If a dog gets out of hand, I make sure to remain patient so that they have a chance to reciprocate calm energy. Not afraid of accident attendance. Big time walker. I'm currently using this to fill in some time while I'm looking for another part-time position. In the meantime, I have a lot of time on my hands. Even so, once I secure one it will not stop me from taking care of pets. I take my dog on walks and make sure he gets a good play session in our fenced-in backyard so he isn't restless. Also a great lounger if you just need a live eye on the furball.

“Meghan had a family emergency on Friday January 24th, so she was unable to walk Foxy. Please credit that day to my account. If Meghan is able & available this coming Friday then then she can let me know if not I totally understand. And we can reschedule. No worries.”

About: Hi, I’m Olivia – a lifelong dog lover, mom, and future Certified Dog Trainer. Nice to e-meet you! I grew up with my beagle Wictor, and that early bond sparked a lifelong passion for dogs. After relocating and starting a family, I stayed connected to the dog world by helping care for friends’ pets, and now I’m excited to return to offering services through Rover. I'm currently enrolled in the Certified Dog Trainer (CDT) program at CATCH Canine Academy, where I'm expanding my skills in behavior, training, and canine care. I’m also certified in Canine First Aid & CPR, so your pup’s safety and comfort are always top of mind. I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your dog with someone new—I’ve been there too. That’s why I always recommend a meet-and-greet before the first booking and ask clients to fill out a pet profile. This helps me learn your dog’s personality, preferences, routine, and any special needs to ensure personalized care. **Why book with me?** * Currently enrolled in CATCH’s CDT (Certified Dog Trainer) program * Canine First Aid & CPR certified * Hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments * Calm, confident, and knowledgeable in reading dog behavior * Walks are a full 30+ minutes for proper stimulation and exercise * Trustworthy, responsive, and treat your dog like family * Flexible scheduling and reasonable rates Whether your pup needs a reliable walker, enrichment-focused care, or a calm and experienced presence while you're away, I’m here to help. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet! I currently work and study part-time, which gives me a **flexible schedule** and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care throughout the week. Whether your dog needs a midday walk, overnight care, or weekday playtime, I can adjust my routine to meet their needs. I also keep weekends open for added availability and longer stays. My goal is to ensure your pup receives consistent attention, exercise, and love, without you having to worry about timing or coverage. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities when they’re in my care. At my home, dogs enjoy a calm, structured environment where they’re treated like part of the family. I have a **spacious, fully fenced-in yard** that’s perfect for safe outdoor play, sniffing around, and getting that extra burst of energy out. Inside, the space is dog-friendly, clean, and cozy—ideal for naps, enrichment, and snuggles. I only host a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure each pup receives plenty of attention. All meet-and-greets are required to provide a good fit and smooth transition. I'm also **certified in Canine First Aid and CPR**, and I always keep a detailed pet profile on hand for routine care, medical needs, and preferences. Whether it’s fetch in the yard or quiet cuddle time indoors, I create a safe and trustworthy space that your dog will love.

About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I’ve taken care of many of my family and friends’ pets. I love walking and playing with animals so much. They always make life better. I am currently off from school and will be working part-time for the summer, so I have plenty of time to spend taking care of pets. I make sure to create a warm and loving environment for my pets at home and any animal I come across. Callan M.
“Hi, I highly recommend Cal as a pet siter through Rover. Cal cares for my two dogs (a dachshund and a Cheweenie) while I travel, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. From daily walks and playtime to feeding and general care, everything was handled with attention and love. It was clear from the start that Cal has a natural rapport with animals-my dogs were comfortable, happy, and well-exercised during my time away. In addition to being great with the dogs, Cal was always respectful of my home and property. Communication was excellent throughout, and I returned to find everything just as I had left it-plus teo very content pups. If you're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and professional, I can confidently say your petd and your home will be in great hands. Jenn Fox”
