About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life - both young and old. I also have experience working with both cat and dog rescues and fostering. Most of my experience is with sporting dogs and toy dogs, so my expertise runs the gamut! I currently have a 5lbs senior Maltese named Minnie who is with me when I pet sit. She mostly keeps to herself but gets along with all animals. I live in a house with a backyard and am available most days for sitting at my home - or drop ins or walking in the Lawndale/Torrance/Hawthorne/Gardena area. I will take care of your pet in my home as long as you need. I am good with puppies, senior dogs, giving medication, basic health care and also certified in pet first aid. At my house I have a lovely grassy yard and spacious backyard for the dogs to play in a comfortable environment for your pet. I am happy to give a tour of my home prior to your booking - so you can see inside and out.

About: I’ve had a dog my whole life and have been an animal lover for just as long. I studied animal science at Tuskegee University so needless to say I’m definitely an animal person. I love all animals and understand the care that goes into taking care of them. I look forward to meeting you and your pet and most of all looking forward to providing quality care. Give me a try, you’ll be happy you did! I will prioritize my dog care responsibilities but i also run a small business daily. I’m home mostly but may leave out for a few hours each day depending on what I’ve scheduled. I provide exercise in my backyard and lots of attention, love and care based on the needs of the dog. I have a fully closed in yard and 360 cameras for extra security.

About: I’m new to Rover, but I bring years of experience and a heart full of love for our furry friends. I’m a lifelong animal lover with a colorful heart and a calm, patient spirit. I share my home with five rescued cats, so I know firsthand the joy—and occasional chaos!—that comes with caring for animals of all kinds. I’ve worked with multiple dogs at once and have a special place in my heart for shy, reactive, or even aggressive pups. I take the time to build trust at their pace, always with gentleness and respect. I love getting down on the floor to connect, observe, and honor each animal’s unique personality. I’m also trained and confident in administering medications, including injections, and I always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. Whether it’s a sunny stroll or quiet bonding time, I bring attentiveness, empathy, and a whole lot of love to every visit. As an independent designer, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the day. I love balancing my creative work with time spent walking, playing, or simply being present with furry friends—it’s the most rewarding part of my routine. This flexibility means I can easily adapt to different pet needs, last-minute bookings, or specific time requests. In my home, I have a safe and cozy “catil” (cat patio) where my five rescue cats can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and freedom. They have access to come and go through secure doors whenever they like. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always start by checking harnesses, leashes, and collars to ensure safety. I give each furry friend the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me, moving at their pace to build trust and connection. My approach is calm, respectful, and centered on their comfort.

About: I have experience working with disabled pets, senior pets, and neonatal pets. I also offer services for exotic pets, including cage cleaning, feeding, and medication administration. I work two jobs, both of which are very flexible. They allow me to request days off or switch shifts as needed. Additionally, both jobs permit me to step away for check-ins or bring the pet with me to work. I stay close to the pet at all times. I change their water bowl at least twice a day. If they are house-trained, I pick up their pads regularly. Make sure their toys or areas are cleaned. I also check their coat at least once a day to look for any obvious signs of illness.

About: I have worked in the animal care field for nearly 4 years, I worked full time at a popular small dog daycare for 3 1/2 years in Manhattan beach. From puppies, senior pups, shy pups to outgoing pups i have experienced them all. I also took a vet assistant class and learned basic medical care such as oral medication, how to cool a pup down in the hot weather. I’m currently not working full time due to my job unfortunately closing its location, I will be available nearly full time for dog boarding, daycare, walks etc. I have many fur parents from my prior job following me for in home sitting and my schedule is filling up quickly! Please try to book ahead as much as possible to be able to be squeezed in I make sure the area whether indoor or outdoor is fully secure of escape or even the possibility of having a stray dog coming in, make sure anything toxic or dangerous to pets is out of reach

About: I’ve been a dog lover all my life. I’ve yet to meet a pup that I don’t like. I’d love for you to allow me to walk, play with, and feed your pup when you can’t. I currently have open availability to care for your furry family member. I’m a huge fan of walking, so caring for your pet is beneficial to us both. I am very flexible and will try to accommodate your pets needs. I can offer varying lengths of walks, 30 minutes to an hour. I am available to care for your dog in your home. Whether it’s a quick drop in for a bathroom break, or an extended walk and playtime, I’m happy to take care of you and your dogs needs.

About: I've been caring for pets since childhood, everything from dogs and cats to parrots and fish. I have hands-on experience with senior animals and understand the patience, love, and attention they need. I’m also experienced in administering medicine to pets that require it, ensuring they stay safe and comfortable. What sets me apart is my lifelong passion for animals and my commitment to treating your pets like my own, with kindness, reliability, and genuine care. Whether it's a playful pup or a gentle senior, I provide thoughtful, personalized attention to keep them happy and relaxed while you're away. As a freelance professional working from home, I have a flexible schedule that lets me provide attentive, consistent pet care throughout the day. Whether it’s a midday walk, medication, or extra cuddle time, I’m available to check in often and follow your pet’s routine closely. Because I’m home-based, your pet enjoys plenty of attention, companionship, and care, that is never rushed or overlooked. I genuinely love spending time with animals, and I’m dedicated to making sure your best friend feels happy, safe, and loved while you're away. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I'm happy to care for them wherever they feel most at ease, typically in the comfort of their own home environment. I believe familiar surroundings help reduce stress and keep routines consistent. I’m reliable, respectful of your space, and committed to creating a calm, caring environment during every visit. If you’re considering other options, I’m always open to discussing what works best for you and your pet to ensure a smooth, happy experience.

About: I’ve had over two decades of experience raising and caring for pups of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’m currently the proud owner of a 1-year-old chocolate lab named Pepper, who I’ve raised since she was just 8 weeks old. Pepper is full of energy and has her fair share of medicinal needs, so I’m well-versed in administering medications and managing high-energy dogs with structure and patience. I’ve cared for everything from senior dogs to puppies, including those with behavioral quirks like aggression or overexcitement. Whether your dog prefers solo time or loves a playmate, I can tailor the experience to meet their needs (Pepper can stay home if a one-on-one environment is preferred). I’m reliable, responsive, and happy to keep you updated with photos and messages as often as you'd like. I’m currently self-employed, which allows me the flexibility to adjust my schedule around your pet’s needs—whether that’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or extended overnight stays. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment tailored to each dog’s specific needs. I have one dog at home, a playful and well-trained chocolate lab, so I always consider whether your dog would thrive better with a companion or in a solo setting. I’m highly attentive to routines, energy levels, and any special requirements like feeding schedules, medications, or crate training. In a client’s home, I follow your instructions closely to maintain consistency and make sure your dog feels secure while you’re away. My goal is always to provide the same love, structure, and attention you would.
