“We wanted our pup to get more socializing during the day while we are at work and Maegan turned out to be perfect. She is very responsive, flexible with our drop off and pick up times, and very trustworthy. Her and her family are also very kind and sweet and they make a great home for our pup to enjoy during the day. They have a dog of their own and she watches other dogs on occasion as well and everyone gets along great because of Maegan. We can’t thank her enough for how she cares for our dog.”

About: Freedom is my actual birth name (preferred btw) So here at Freedom Cares 🫶🏼 I believe all animals have their own unique level of care needs. I grew up with a variety of furry friends from a very young age. I remember being 3 and hiding in my Nanas room with Kittens and snuggling them trying to feed them with my (dolls play baby bottle) and. My experience with animals Includes dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, donkeys, ducks, turtles, cows, fish and more. Animals are always drawn to my calming energy, regardless of where I am. Farm, fair, friends house, walks, etc. I Firmly believe my Biological mom named me Freedom for a reason. I am a private caregiver to those with disabilities. Therefore my schedule is quite flexible. I can do drop inns, boarding, overnights, walks and more. Some of my clients even enjoy pet therapy. As long as the pet owner is up to that. 😊 As a kid I had many animals and experience with farm life. Including 4H training for dogs. I most recently have experience at a dog daycare. Where we practiced techniques from The Dog Guru. More importantly each animal/client/prospect is different. Therefore, I will follow the clients/animals routine. Whether the animals need long walks and extra attention. Or just a quick drop in and some fresh water. Or extra lovings while their owner is away. Your animal/animals will surely be taken care of.

About: I am able to care for pets full-time, in my home. My home is equipped with a fenced in backyard for dogs to play. Our living area is pet-friendly, with a dedicated pet couch and plenty of toys to play with! I am home full-time with 2 dogs and 2 cats, while my husband works from home 1 day a week. We do not have children. We are able to board pets overnight, any day of the week. I have a fenced in backyard for my 7 year old goldendoodle, and 10 year old bichon/papillon mix. Both dogs are friendly and love making new friends. Our dogs are not crated, but they are house-trained. Our 2 cats and 2 dogs get along well.

About: I’ve only been dog sitting for a few years but I make sure to treat them well. I’ve been teaching this stubborn 2 years old dog new commands and he’s learning well, I can try to train your dog new commands too. I still have school to go to but in the afternoon noons I’m free most of the time like starting at 3 pm. Taking walks on my own is a regular thing I do so taking your dog is no problem. I don’t have a crate at my home so if you’re fine with your dog not being in a crate then great. Dogs are allow to roam around whenever they like.

I'm passionate about improving the lives of dogs. In addition to dog training and pet care, I am offering in-home enrichment services focused on mental stimulation. With years of experience in dog training and care, I understand the needs and individuality of each dog and strive to tailor my services to meet their needs. I have developed important skills including safely handling dogs, managing playtime scuffles, redirecting behaviors, and enriching play. Additionally, I am educated about canine health ensuring that all dogs receive the best care possible. I finished my coursework at SUNY Cobleskill in canine training and management. I provide a structured routine that helps maintain a sense of normalcy and ensures your pet feels loved. I try to replicate the dog's routine as much as possible. I use a variety of techniques to manage playtime and scuffles; I learned these skills at a large dog daycare. I have baby gates, playpens, and crates to manage dogs.

About: I walked dogs professionally for Philly Fit Dogs for two years and have an additional six years of pet sitting experience. I have walked every type of dog, from super shy and timid to happily rambunctious to Gizmo the chihuahua who deserves his own category. On a typical day walking your dog, I will obviously follow any directions laid out, carry my travel doggie water bowl and water, get any goodies allowed for the walk (if they are allowed). I’m a big proponent of, this is the doggies’ walk, not mine so I will let the goodest boy or girl lead me in whichever direction they like, so long as it’s safe and not into oncoming traffic (Gizmo, I’m looking at you). I will also do my best not to allow strangers to just approach them. I know it can be difficult with how absolutely adorable your furbabies or in Gizmos case his dictator level charisma. Safety is always first and foremost. I am a professional cleaner and manage my own schedule so as long as i have notice I can work any set of hours you need. I am also available for pet sitting. I do not board yet but I will make the safety of you furbabies top priority. A lot of it is just being mindful and aware of your surroundings and potential issues.

Katie M.
“I am very happy to write this letter of recommendation for Katie. Katie was my dog walker for my goldendoodle (Lucy) last summer and she was a huge help. Katie was punctual and conscientious. I could always count on her arriving when she said she would and taking time the time with Lucy that she needed. When I arrived home the house was always clean and orderly, the doors were locked, and my dog was happy and tired! Often times, Katie would bring Lucy to a neighbor’s house to play with another dog for an hour or two, which was quite a treat for them. Lucy once hurt her paw during play and Katie was quick to let me know so I could pick her up to go to the vet. She ended up being just fine, but I was so appreciative that she called me right away and was calm during that call. She always made the right decisions and I felt 100% comfortable to have her as Lucy’s caregiver that summer. Katie is a serious-minded and intelligent young lady, but she is also a very pleasant person and has a welcoming smile. She can maintain a conversation with adults and has a winning personality for all ages. I give her my highest recommendation”

Amy T.

“Great communication, photos and videos throughout the day. Chico had an absolute blast. Will definitely continue to use her services. Very friendly and caring, genuine personality. Thanks Amy!!! You are great! :)”

Keira R.
“As a dog groomer I spend a lot of time getting to know a lot of different people and how they care for their dogs and my standards are very high on what I think is proper. That being said, Keira is a great person who will treat your pup like her own child. 5 stars, highly recommend.”
