About: I'm 42 years old and have grown up with dogs my entire life. I have always loved animals and want to help those in need. I'm very loving, caring and detail oriented. I currently have three amazing pups, they are 11, 5 and 3 years old (miniature pincher and two german shepherds), they have been through training school and are very obedient. My husband and I live alone with our two sons who love dogs. I started sitting through Rover when I was laid off from the tech company I worked for, about a few years ago and I absolutely love it. I am now available for walks and drop ins, 12pm -2pm and 3pm- 12am. I'm glad to answer any questions you have. I look forward to meeting you and your pups! ( I am allergic to certain bulldogs, pit bulls, whippets and greyhounds) I am available from 12-2pm and 3pm - 12am Monday through Friday with the exception of Thursday afternoons which I’d be available from 5pm and onwards. I may occasionally bring my sons, they have grown up around dogs and are very respectful. Update: I am currently only available for walks and drop ins. My yard is fully fenced. Hank is kenneled if I leave the house. I also have two larger kennels and can accommodate kennel trained pups. My dogs will always be kenneled if I leave the house. For sleeping I usually follow what the client prefers but at no time would your dog be left unsupervised with mine. If your dog likes to sleep on the couch at night I will kennel my dogs. We are knowledgeable and aware of foods dogs should and shouldn’t have.
About: I have lived with cats since I was 14 years old and have looked after cats and dogs independently since I was 16. I am comfortable with administering medications from my time working at Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I typically work a week day that leaves me away from the house from the hours of 7am to 7pm. Please consider this when determining if I would be a good option for caring for your furry family! As I will be in your and your pets home, making sure everyone is comfortable with me in the space! My goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away. If you have any specific concerns about going on walks or interacting with other humans and pets please let me know so I can abide by what works best for your family. I have been trained on how to pill animals who are nervous about medication to ensure that your pet recieves their medication and remains safe and supported in the process. If you should ask me to take care of your home I make sure to grab the mail daily and follow the motto of leave it better than you found it! I want to have you to come home to a clean house.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Currently, I have two dogs (Great Pyrenees and pitbull) and two cats. I have experience giving medication (pill and liquid format), as well as giving insulin, and even subcutaneous IV fluids. Because my dogs are so big, you bet I’ll be able to walk your dog(s) no matter their size! I love going to dog parks or just chilling on the couch for some cuddles. I also have experience with spicier critters who just need a little time and space. No matter how big or small, how old or young, I’ll take the best care of your babies. I work from home with a flexible schedule so popping over for play/potty breaks or house sitting for you during the work week is no problem. I’m available 5pm onwards and on weekends for sitting or more extensive care. I am flexible with my availability. I am very good at following any instructions you have for your fur baby when I come to your house. Anything you need me to do I’ll do it. Joel provided an amazing drop-in service for us twice daily for 6 days for our 4 senior Dachshunds. He communicated with us each time he stopped by and sent pictures of the pups eating, getting some outdoor play time and settling down for naps until his next visit. They truly bonded with him because he gave them the kind of attention they crave—food, belly rubs and back scratches. One of the pups is blind and he helped her up and down the steps to walk in the grass. We could enjoy our trip knowing our pups were getting great care and attention while their needs were being met.
