I’m incredibly loving and attentive, always making sure your pets feel secure while you’re away. I also believe communication is key—I’ll keep you updated with detailed messages, photos, and check-ins so you never have to wonder how things are going. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between, I meet them with calm, compassionate care tailored to their needs. My husband and I are both retired and just moved back to Leland, NC. We both have completely open availability to accommodate any needs or schedule. I have a spacious, fully fenced backyard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. My schnauzer especially loves to play and is always excited to make a new friend! My husband is also at home—he’s a true animal lover (and a bit of a dog whisperer). Our pups are our kids, and we treat all animals like family. They’re welcome on the furniture, in the bed, and anywhere else that makes them feel safe, loved, and comfortable.

About: Lifelong animal lover, happy to take care of your fur babies. Pets are family, i know how hard it is to leave your pets with just anyone. My goal is to make you feel at peace knowing your babies are taken care of properly and loved the way they should be. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether your pup needs a good walk, lots of playtime, some extra cuddles, or your kitty just needs someone to keep them company, I’m here for it! I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax knowing they’re being loved on. I work 6-hour shifts, 5 days a week, so I have flexibility before and after work as well as on my days off. I am off my actual job Sundays/ Mondays. Tuesdays I work 10-4. Wednesdays/ Thursdays I work 8-2. Fridays I work 2-8. My Saturday schedule varies! I’m also a mom, so my daughter may occasionally be with me for walks or drop in visits. I’m happy to work with each pet parent to find a schedule that works well for everyone! Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, love, playtime, and care based on their individual routine. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, and anything else they need to feel comfortable. In your home, I’ll respect your space and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. In my home, I’ll provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can relax and feel at home.

About: I’m an animal loving former teacher and I'd love to put my time to good use doing what I love. I love walking and running and would love to take your dog along! I’m a huge cat fan as well! I have many years of experience taking care of the pets of friends, family and neighbors. References available upon request. I’m extremely responsible, neat and energetic. I have had a dog with diabetes so I'm experienced and comfortable in administering insulin and other medications. I am extremely trustworthy as any background check can prove. About: I grew up being the one primarily responsible for taking care of my family’s labradors. I’ve always been an animal lover. My family has both a Boykin Spaniel and a Russian Blue cat. I have also taken care of family friends and neighbors cats and dogs. I love going for walks and playing with furry friends. I’m currently working a flexible part time research job on weekdays so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I live in a 2 story townhome with a small fenced in yard. My neighborhood is very pet friendly including a dog park. Although I have a cat and dog, they do not live in my townhome, and stay at my family’s house. Your pets would be receiving my full attention! I am very accommodating to any and all requests for your pet needs!

I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, amphibians, chickens, sheep, goats, cattle, and some pigs. I currently work Monday through Friday 8-5, so I’m available for pet care on weekends. I’m happy to coordinate visits around your pet’s needs and routine, and I’ll always communicate clearly about my availability! I’m occasionally available before and after work and I’m always available on holidays! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities! I’ll follow your care instructions closely, maintain their usual routines, and make sure they’re safe and comfortable in their own home. About: I have grown up around animals my entire life and have always had a strong love and respect for them. With years of personal experience caring for pets, I provide safe, reliable, and compassionate animal sitting. I treat every animal as if they were my own, making sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I do currently work full time M-F but I am able to stay overnight as well as provide ample time with your babies in the afternoons when I get off. Ideally I would be a perfect fit for someone who needs care in the evenings and weekends! I provide a safe and welcoming environment in my home where pets can feel comfortable and cared for. About: Hello! I have been dog sitting on Rover for several years now and I absolutely love it. Some facts about me are that I’m active in my church, love exploring, being in nature, and drinking coffee with friends! I grew up owning dogs and I love them! I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, and staying overnight and taking them on walks. I am a timely person who will be careful to remember your specific needs and instructions in taking care of your dog. I have experience in staying alert around other dogs and either making sure they will get along before approaching or crossing the street. I’m happy to take your dog for walks and potty breaks throughout the day, and most of all give your dog lots of love, cuddles and good company! I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you and your dog(s)! My work schedule is flexible and I’m not usually gone for longer than 3 to 4 hours. If you have any questions or requests, don’t hesitate to ask! I will care for your pets by giving them lots of pets and taking them on walks. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 5, growing up my street had so many chihuahuas. I will take care of your pets like they’re my own. Right now I’m in college so I’m doing this for a little extra money and for something to do. I would love this extra time to care and love your pets as if they are my own plus it would give me something to do.
