About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed being around all kinds of pets- from cats and dogs to farm animals. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve dreamed of having the opportunity to spend more time with them. My husband and I moved to Wilmington about 10 years ago, and for much of that time, life kept us so busy that having a pet of our own didn’t feel fair. Since I haven’t had pets of my own during this time, I’ve happily gotten my animal fix by pet sitting for friends and caring for their cats and dogs whenever they’ve needed someone they trust. I work away from home (Registered Nurse since 2016) just one day a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and love they deserve. I have a fenced in yard, a nice neighborhood for walks and no other pets to care for. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover whose always had dogs and cats throughout my childhood and adulthood. I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day. That experience taught me how to handle dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs while making sure every pup feels safe, happy, and loved. At home, we have a good sized fully fenced-in yard where your dog can run, play, and get plenty of outdoor time. I also love staying active myself, so going for walks with the dogs is one of my favorite parts of pet care. I recently moved to North Carolina from Massachusetts with my fur babies and husband for my husband’s career and to continue his college career at UNCW. About: I have experience with loving and taking care off my family pets. Our current household is at 1 dog and 5 cats so I am no stranger to multitasking. I am able to handle dog walking, cleaning a litter box, and maintaining a consistent meal time schedule. All while making sure to get a healthy amount of play time in. My goal is to make you feel at peace knowing your babies are taken care of properly and loved the way they should be. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether your pup needs a good walk, lots of playtime, some extra cuddles, or your kitty just needs someone to keep them company, I’m here for it! I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax knowing they’re being loved on. I work 6-hour shifts, 5 days a week, so I have flexibility before and after work as well as on my days off. I am off my actual job Sundays/ Mondays. Tuesdays I work 10-4. Wednesdays/ Thursdays I work 8-2. Fridays I work 2-8. My Saturday schedule varies! I’m also a mom, so my daughter may occasionally be with me for walks or drop in visits. I’m happy to work with each pet parent to find a schedule that works well for everyone! Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, love, playtime, and care based on their individual routine. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, and anything else they need to feel comfortable. In your home, I’ll respect your space and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. In my home, I’ll provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can relax and feel at home.
About: I grew up being the one primarily responsible for taking care of my family’s labradors. I’ve always been an animal lover. My family has both a Boykin Spaniel and a Russian Blue cat. I have also taken care of family friends and neighbors cats and dogs. I love going for walks and playing with furry friends. I’m currently working a flexible part time research job on weekdays so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I live in a 2 story townhome with a small fenced in yard. My neighborhood is very pet friendly including a dog park. Although I have a cat and dog, they do not live in my townhome, and stay at my family’s house. Your pets would be receiving my full attention! I am very accommodating to any and all requests for your pet needs!
About: *Please Read* Hello! My name is Kaylah. I have been pet sitting for over 15 years and love all types of animals. I have experience with large dogs and small dogs, as well as cats and small animals like hamsters. When your pet stays at our house they are allowed in bed and on our furniture. The only thing I ask is that your pet is kid, dog, and cat friendly :) If you would like to bring your animal to my house I would be more than happy to watch them here, but if you would rather me come to your house that is fine too! I do offer drop in visits at your house but am unable to stay there while you are away. When your pet is at our house they will be loved and spoiled like one of our own pets :) *Updated 11/01/2024- I am a stay at home mom of 5 kids and a full time pet sitter. I will send pictures of your pet while you are away but I do only send pictures every other day unless it is a one night stay or Doggy daycare. (you'll get pictures that day!) If you are interested in having pictures sent to you every day or are interested in any additional services, I do charge an extra fee which can be discussed and added on when booking. :) Also, I do usually send my pictures and updates in the evening. When they are outside one of us is always out there with them. :)
About: I’ve always been an animal lover and thought this would be the perfect part-time position to be able to work with them! I use to house sit with 3 dogs and 3 cats when I was younger and also have 4 dogs myself so I am experienced with taking care of animals, I would love to start to build my clients so I can do this more! About: Looking for someone who loves animals more than people? I have been surrounded by all types of pets and animals since I was a child. I have mastered the Shiba Inu and bonded with Catahoulas. I love lap dogs and high energy dogs, big dogs and little dogs. I am trying to make this a full time job because I love dogs so much. About: I have four cats and a german shepherd. I grew up having dogs and cats my whole life. I have raised kittens and bottle fed them and have experience with small dogs and very large dogs. I currently work full time monday- friday. I am available early mornings, I have an hour lunch break, and I am available after 3pm most days! I am free all day on the weekends. I can easily travel to care for your pets and do whatever is necessary to provide proper care! I cannot bring your pets to my home however I can transport them!
About: I've been around well trained and untrained dogs alike for most of my life. I am capable with strong dogs, aggressive dogs, and dogs who just have tons of energy! I am currently doing gig work in the film industry, so in between gigs I have plenty of time to care for our furry friends. I care for other people's pets same as I care for mine at home. I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day.
