About: I have had pets my whole life and cared for my own for the past 20 years. I've had all creatures small (hamster) to large (St. Bernard). I currently have 2 dogs, a hamster, and 4 chickens. My family and I have also fostered pups through a local rescue for the past 5 years. We have aided in puppy training to senior care through both personal pets and fostering. I also work at a vet clinic with regular interaction with all sorts of animals. Outside of all the experience, I love animals. I love playing, snuggling, training and treating all animals as if they are my own. I have 3 children who have also inherited my love of animals and love to interact with any pet that comes through our home. ❤️ Both adults in the home work. My hours are part time allowing more availability to spend with your pet. Our resident dogs have free roam of the house for up to 6 hrs unattended, but can be crated if need be. There is typically someone home until 10am each day and home by 3. Potty breaks and cuddles in the morning and then walks, and lots of cuddles in the afternoon and evening. 1 weekday and weekends there is someone home all day to give all the attention. Our resident and foster pups have a basic schedule of eating and morning, afternoon and evening potty breaks in our backyard. Dogs that are trained well on a leash, or new puppies that need training, will get 2-3 walks a day. We have cozy places for naps and all pets are allowed on furniture. Depending on the pet we are happy to let them free roam or crate, whatever the preference is of owner for times we are not home. Between the adults and kids in the home, your pet will get lots of cuddles and playing, treats and mind stimulation.

About: I have a Lab/Golden Retriever mix, an Australian Shepherd, and two Ragdoll cats, so caring for animals is a big part of my everyday life. I have experience with both high-energy dogs and calm indoor cats, and I understand that every pet has different needs, personalities, and routines. I regularly go on runs and walks with my dogs and am comfortable handling energetic dogs that need extra exercise, structure, and attention. I also have experience with leash reactivity, which has taught me the importance of patience, awareness, and reading dog body language during walks and outings. I put a lot of attention, patience, and care into every animal I watch. Whether your pet loves playtime, long walks, cuddles, or just having a calm and steady presence nearby, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also appreciate knowing important information about your pet ahead of time, including routines, triggers, medical needs, and favorite activities, so I can provide the best care possible. I am not available for drop-in visits or walks on Wednesdays from 3 pm. to 11 pm. This summer, I have a very open and flexible schedule since I’m home from college and not currently working another job. That allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care during the weekdays. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day, and I enjoy building pet care into my routine because spending time with animals is something I genuinely love. When caring for pets during drop-in visits or walks, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their usual routine. I can provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention and companionship during each visit. I always take time to understand each pet’s personality and needs, whether they are energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. I also make sure owners stay updated with communication and photos so they can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was little, in my household I was responsible for, feeding, bathing, walking, and caring for them. I will be freelancing over the summer so I have lots of time to care for your animals! I am free on the weekends and during the weekdays later in the day! I have experience crating dogs and keeping an eye on them to make sure of their safety. I have walked all different sizes of dog as well.

In addition to my professional experience, I’ve been extensively involved in rescue work as a foster home and running a shelter behavior group of volunteers so I’m especially patient with reactive, anxious, or higher-needs dogs. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and tailoring care to what works best for them. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight care, you can count on me to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care—just like I would for my own. I’m currently a stay at home mom and so I am able to be flexible in most cases. Evenings and weekends will be my most available times! I have two dogs of my own who are very used to new animals coming and going. I don’t have a fenced backyard, but do have tie outs or can leash walk any pets at my home. Every animal has different needs, so I will do my best to figure out what sleeping arrangements make them the most comfortable during their stay (I have kennels of every size so people do not need to bring theirs back and forth unless they prefer to). I’m well versed in methods of calming for pets that might be nervous. I do have a 6 month old infant at home who is very used to dogs, but any pets coming in to my home would need to be safe and comfortable around her.

Please don’t be afraid to reach out for anything at all! •I always allow meet-and-greets for a quick 10 minute appointment (free) prior to any drop-ins or walking services so that I’m no stranger to you or your pet before I stop by for the first service. This also allows us to establish what needs your pet may have and your expectations for me. These aren’t mandatory to be able to book with me, just solely a comfort thing! •I remember the way pet items were stored in your home and return them back to the way they were after I’m done using them. •I always message you and ask for permission prior to entering any other part of the house that’s not necessary to the service. This rarely happens, but for example: a dog I came to walk was sleeping in the master bedroom so I messaged the owner first prior to retrieving him for our walk😂

Recently had my dog of 15 years pass away and am just looking for some animal atttention! *Update: got a new golden doodle puppy! So as long as your dog is friendly they can play! I do a lot of work from home but would be busy Tuesday’s and thursdays. Some weeks vary. But as long as it’s planned I have some leeway with my schedule. I have a dog friendly neighborhood with an electric fence that was for my dog. The yard is pretty big. And we have ropes leashes and collars for all shapes and sizes of pups 🐶

I used to live with a couple of dogs in thr past but they wasn't mine. I used help take the dogs for walks though and fed them as if they was my own dogs. I love walking them. I love playing with them. Like balls, freezbie. I live in a apartment building and am only allowed to have to pets that live me anyways.
