“Lindy & Seth took good care of my two cats while we were away. They were responsive and attentive to providing me updates. Appreciated the clean litter boxes when I returned home!”

“Heidi watched my two cats when I had to be out of town on short notice for a funeral. She was amazing. One of cats needs a daily medication, and she jumped right in and made me feel super comfortable about it. I think what I also really appreciated was that she gave me honest updates. For example, the first night Binx was kind of a goob about letting her get into his ear, but then he got better after she was around a bit. I think I prefer that as opposed to "everything is great!" I was also mortified when I didn't get my hungryroot box canceled, and she graciously put everything in the fridge for me. I felt so comfortable with them under her care, I could even relax on the day of the funeral and not be constantly checking my phone for a rover card! When I got home, my cats were chill and well cared for. I will definitely use her again.”

“Katja was great at caring for our kitty. She kept us up to date and sent lots of pictures which we appreciated. We loved her enthusiasm and will definitely ask her to care for Willow again!!!”

“Katharine (and her daughter) did a fantastic job caring for our cat. She did a great job at communicating and took care to understand and follow through on all my instructions. It is evident that she loves animals. In the meet-and-greet, her calm, confident demeanor impressed me as our large dogs gave her a very "barky" welcome. I highly recommend Katharine!”

“Amanda was great at communicating, providing updates when she dropped in on our cat. She let our cat warm up to her and I knew she was in great hands. Will book again with Amanda!”

“Stephanie was an absolute dream cat sitter for Murray. She was attentive, responsive, and most importantly, loved on Murray so much that I could feel it even when I was far away! Murray is a senior kitty and she handled all of his medical needs like a champ. I can't recommend her enough! 🐾🐾”

“I highly recommend Kate for your pet sitting needs. She took excellent care of my two beloved cats while I was out of town for my sister’s wedding. I was provided with updates and pictures and it was clear that my cats were well taken care of and enjoyed her visits. Thank you, Kate!”

About: My wife and I have had paws in our house almost from day 1. Over the years we have had 6 dogs and 7 cats, all of which came on board as puppies or kittens, and they all lived long and happy lives. Currently we have 1 dog and 2 cats. I am now retired, so I have maximum flexibility to schedule sitting/walking times. The biggest competitors for my time are the grandkids, and the lawnmower in the summer and snow shovel in the winter. Our cats are indoor cats with access to a screen porch to satisfy their outdoor desires. We have used the Invisible Fence for our previous larger dogs. The client would set the requirements for care at the pet's home. I also have walking shoes and a leash for doggie exercise. I have not signed up to care for client's animals at our house.

“Sarah helped us for a few weeks and she was extremely professional, on time, courteous and friendly. Our dog is old and didn’t require playing (she wouldn’t even if you tried) but Sarah was definitely willing. I’d use her again without question.”

About: I’m available for your animals’ needs - whether that’s caring for them at my house, staying at yours, or just swinging by for walks and pets. I have a sweet dog, two cats, and a 22-year-old ball python I’ve had since grade school. I’m experienced with traditional pets, rodents, and reptiles. I am a full-time remote worker, so I am around throughout the day! Whether your pet is energetic, elderly, or a little shy, I’m happy to follow their routines and give them lots of love. I’m also comfortable with medications, special diets, and senior pet needs. I treat every home with respect, and every animal like family. ⸻ 🐶 Dogs I love all dogs and am happy to hang with your pup at your home or visit for long walks. I do 3+ miles with my own dog and look forward to having different buddies with me on my walks. Boarding: I have an old-time Scotch Collie. She’s a well-trained, responsive, dog-friendly pup, but personalities don’t mesh, I keep dogs separate in our open-concept/split level house. If your dog is older or more reserved, I can easily separate the pups in our space. I live just off a bike path and walk or run daily with my collie. I’m happy to meet whatever cadence of walks your dog prefers. I also have a small fenced area where I offer potty breaks or I will walk them around our 1 acre property. My two long-haired cats are incredibly mellow. In past dog-sitting experiences, they’ve remained totally unbothered by barking, sniffing, or attention-seeking dogs. ⸻ 🐱 Cats If I’m sitting for your cat, I will provide a private room in the house, complete with their own litter box and space to climb, lounge, and settle in. I don’t believe in forcing intermingling with my resident pets—I want your cat to feel safe and relaxed. I will check in regularly for play, attention, and cuddles. —Unique Family Members— 🐭 Rodents I’ve had 6 pet rats in my life and think they’re some of the most wonderful animals—smart, affectionate, and full of personality (I even broke a toe playing tag with one when I was little!). I’m happy to care for any small critter and always consider them part of the family. I also have experience with hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs. ⸻ 🦎 Reptiles Although I only have Rex right now (my 22-year-old ball python), I’ve also cared for a variety of lizards and feeder animals. From bearded dragons to leopard and crested geckos, I’m familiar with preparing collard green salads, dusting crickets, maintaining humidity and temperature, and ensuring overall habitat health. I’ve ordered crickets in bulk—so I know they require care too. While Rex is currently fed frozen rodents, I’m also comfortable managing live prey if your reptile/s require them. As a full-time remote worker, I’m available throughout the day. I take regular breaks to go for walks, give attention, or check in on animals staying with us. My mornings and evenings are flexible, so I can match your pet’s normal schedule—whether that’s medication timing, playtime, or feeding routines. Animals are never left unsupervised with each other until we know everyone is comfortable. New pets are introduced slowly and calmly, with plenty of space to decompress. Sometimes personalities don’t click, in which case we easily keep them apart so that everyone is happy.

“Courtney was a wonderful caregiver for Buddy while we were out of town for a long weekend. Buddy had clearly been well looked after. Calm, mellow and happy when we returned! We look forward to having Courtney look after Buddy again.”

“Ella was amazing with our cats! One of our cats is very shy and the other has a sensitive stomach. We were very reassured to know she was taking good care of them and understood their needs. We really enjoyed the pictures too- the kitties looked so happy! We will definitely book with Ella again in the future!”

About: I have a German shepherd who is amazing and also dog reactive so Ive gotten good at walking her and learning how to deal with her reactive behavior I have to take care of my puppy and adding another dog to the schedule isn’t very hard for me to do. I will always make time to hang out and take care of animals I have my dog in my house with me and if there is an issue with my dog not getting along with yours I’m able to keep them separate. I will be around pretty much the whole time while I’m caring for your dog.

About: I have been dog and cat sitting for over 10yrs. I usually stay at the owners house. Experienced with dogs with medical issues, and high anxiety. I have given medications and have done some training. I have done just overnight stays, but have also done 3month long stays. I am also a Hairstylist and Skin care specialist. I rent a chair at a salon and make my own schedule, so my hours are flexable. I enjoy spending time with pets, but just don't live in a place were I can have one. I am not married and have no children, so I am completely available and focused on your pet. I usually like to meet you and your pet/pets about 1week before the scheduled appointment, so I can get to know you, your pet and your pets routine, feeding times, walking, medications if needed, etc. This also helps the dog recognize me when I show up, when you aren't there.

“Pat was flexible with some unforeseen changes and willing to help out if she could. Good communication, even crawled next to the bed where one of my cats was hiding to give her some love. My other cat wasn't as shy and Pat gave her lots of love and belly rubs.”

About: Retired engineer and animal lover. High level of empathy and compassion for others. I look forward to taking great care of your animals. Thank you. I am a retired mechanical engineer and I have plenty of free time. I am able to assist for short and long periods of time. I will follow any and all rule you have with your animals. I do not have a fenced yard but would take multiple walks per day.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire adult life. I grew up with dogs and raised three of my own. I was a foster parent for Secondhand Hounds before adopting two of my own rescues. I’ve also raised animal lovers and my daughter is currently attending Cornell to become a veterinarian. I’m an awesome photographer and you’ll likely come away from the experience with some great photos of your furry family member. I currently work full-time, until June, when I am retiring from owning a daycare. Until then, I’m available evenings and weekend. Starting in the summer, I will be wide open for extensive pet sitting. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs, but am familiar with invisible fence dog security and love long dog walks around the neighborhood.

Dave M.
“I've known Dave for over 40 years, watching him love and care for several generations of family dogs and cats including mixed breed terriers, pure bred goldens, and stray kittens who were lucky enough to find their way to his garage! He's the kind of guy who always stops to talk to dog owners, scratch their pups ears, and savor wags and kisses. When an original pet sitter fell through for me, I was lucky enough to know that Dave would step in and care for my dog until I could get home. I don't know any pet lover with more patience, kindness, and "animal connection" than Dave”

“Deb is our go-to for our anxious pup! We have a dog who is reactive and anxious with new people, but has always been really comfortable with Deb. You’re getting a reliable and caring sitter with Deb - wholeheartedly recommend her!”
