About: I’ve had all sorts of pets growing up but I have the most experience with dogs and cats. I’ve been around many different dogs with all sorts of training and personalities. I have two dogs that we got when they were puppies and I helped train them. I taught them all sorts of things like the basics but also secret hand shakes and hand signals. I currently work full time and my hours vary. Sometimes I am available any time after 3 pm or any time before 12 am. But my schedule is completely free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I care for pets by sticking to their feeding schedule, spread out times of play/interaction, walks, grooming, bathing, and light training. I do think it’s very important to make sure dogs are socialized with people and other dogs if able to. And for cats i know it is especially important to have activities for them or interactive play time to decrease the chance of boredom.

About: I have taken care of others’ pets from a young age. Growing up with an interest in animals, I moved on to my academic career, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Animal Science. During my time in school, I had the opportunity to train service dogs, sit and train pets from many different families, and even adopt two pets of my own! Following my academic career in Animal Science, I moved on to a position in Veterinary Pharmacy. I have since moved on to be a dairy cattle embryologist.
