About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have house sat for at least three different people and took care of their pets! I’ve worked with senior dogs and puppies. I also have a part time job at a pet store so I have a decent amount of knowledge on pets and am more than happy to get things from the store for you! I have also administered medicine to a dog with health issues so I am comfortable administering medicine. I work part-time at a pet store! But I have time in between these things to drop in on pets and walk them, play with them, and even feed them. About: I worked full time for a shelter and loved working with every animal there. Meeting them at their level so that their needs were completely fulfilled was my passion. Whether they were high or low energy, dim or bright, friendly or not, I thrived on figuring out what would make the the most adoptable and what would make them most comfortable in the harsh shelter environment. It was a difficult and demanding job at times especially when I needed to provide first aid or medication/therapy for ailing animals but I always enjoyed coming home knowing I did something that meant something to those parent-less pets. I also had the lovely opportunity to work the social media for the shelter and take photos and videos of each animal to best display their personalities to the wider public who wouldn't normally see them otherwise. I currently work part time with very flexible hours so I am frequently available to provide service to both my own pets and others. I find it very fulfilling to be able to make time for my own furry friends! Working in a shelter environment I often met many animals at their lowest when they were beyond scared and upset. I got exposure to many dogs and cats that were horribly unadapted to life around people and had personalities on either end of the spectrum. I am more than comfortable with animals that are more aggressive in both appearance and personality and was frequently tasked with retrieving abandoned or lost animals using the company van.

About: We have a grumble of two pugs, two kids (8 and 9) I work from home so I have the time to take them out all day. We have had our pugs since they were babies, except for our late rescue who became paralyzed and needed our help with both urinary and fecal expression, as well as medications administered. I have experience caring for some large animals under the supervision of a professional, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, alpacas and pigs. Some minor experience caring for poultry including, Guinea foul, hens, and geese. Pet Care has always been on the top of my to do list since I was a young child through adulthood.
