Travis works from home which allows us to offer constant companionship and supervision. Roberta is a teacher nearby, providing the ability to come home early for extra cuddles. We have a friendly 9 year-old German shepherd mix named Marshall that we adopted from a rescue at 8 weeks old so we have the ability and patience to host puppies. Marshall is our first family dog, Roberta grew up with multiple dogs caring for them from pups through seniors. Additionally, our 4 year-old daughter has enough energy to provide tons of additional fetch and chase time. We are also able to (and love) having pups with special needs. Marshall's best friend is blind and we have cared for him on many occasions. We can also administer medications and prepare specialized meals when needed. We have a large backyard that allows for plenty of jaunts and potty breaks. As well as plenty of space in the house for quiet time and naps. Your pup will have full access to make themselves comfortable in their home away from home. Travis works from home allowing for full time care. Roberta is a teacher nearby and is home early to allow for additional time and attention. We are able to fit your pup into our daily feeding, potty, play schedule or can adjust to meet their needs. In our home, your pets are treated like family. They'll enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of playtime in our large yard or indoors if it's too hot/cold. They'll have plenty of play time with our pup Marshall if they like or space to chill if that's what they prefer. Your pet will have access to our home to nap and play wherever they feel comfortable, and we also have the space to crate if, that's your preference.

About: I’ve been so lucky to have had multiple dogs to care for over the years, caring for them from the puppy stage through their senior years. I met my husband a few years ago because of the dogs I’d rescued as he is a veterinary doctor with over a decade of experience. Together, we have rehabilitated multiple dogs and found good homes for them. We are animal lovers and have our own fur baby, but there is always plenty of love to go around for these angels on earth. 🩷 I am home everyday and available to provide quality care for your fur babies. I have an 8-year old terrier who is very friendly and loves dog friends. I walk him everyday for at least 30 minutes in the park behind our house, and I would be happy to walk your dog with him. Walking is a great physical and mental workout for dogs! However, I understand that each dog has its own lifestyle and I am happy to cater to it in accordance with your instructions. My backyard is not fenced in, but my parents’ house is 4 minutes away and I use their big fenced-in yard to let my dog run freely and play fetch, as well as to play with his pup friends. If you authorize it, I could use the space for your pup too, otherwise, on-leash walks in the park are great!

About: After raising kids, dogs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, strays etc- I am at a point in life to travel freely. So after my last dog crossed the rainbow bridge I decided to help care for other people’s loved pets! It is truly a win win! About: I grew up with my trusted and beloved lab Lily and even had a dog walking service when I was a kid. I’m happy to be back with on rover with even more expertise in animal care. I now have two wonderful cats and an energetic beagle. I’m currently working free lance. So my schedule is wide open. I will however still need prior notice for bigger job like house sitting or boarding requests. When I wake up in the morning my first thought is the pets and making sure they are fed and have had potty breaks. I always prioritize pets before myself.

I had my beloved dog for 15 wonderful years, and though he passed away last year, I now find joy and fulfillment in spending time with other pups. They truly exude unconditional love. I primarily work as a massage therapist and am planning to pursue canine massage, which will open up even more opportunities to spend time with dogs. I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available all day on Mondays and Tuesdays in Croton-on-Hudson, 9am-4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Manhattan, and every other weekend for boarding. I have housesat for over 15 homes and am very respectful of both the space and the dog's needs. If I host your dog in my home, it will be very comfortable in my spacious apartment, with frequent walks and playtime in the courtyard.
