About: I raised a stray German Shepherd/Akita pup from 3 months to 13 years. She taught me many lessons in behavior, training, food restrictions, special food regimines, medicinal application, and specific routines. I also understand giving someone mulitple pages of instructions when leaving my animal in someone's care. I aim to create a connection with the animal and make it as if they are home with their loved ones. I work in the schools on a hybrid schedule so I am out of town one week every month. I am also starting at a new district this year so am still learning what my day to day schedule looks like. Whether it be in my own home with a fenced in backyard or at your house, I will be sure to care for your pet in the way that you desire.

“Sarah has dropped in to care for our two kitties a few times now, and always does an excellent job! She sends us cute photos of them, communicates very well, and we can tell they are very well taken care of.”

About: I have worked at stables, vet clinics and volunteered with rescues. I'm a "human" Nurse, but my skill set transfers easily to animals. Care, patience and tons of love. I am capable of administering medications, and skilled at special needs for dogs. I work M-Th 6-4. I am available for overnight stays, primarily on weekends! Overnights on weekdays are for animals that can be home alone during my work hours. I have lots of energy to engage and play! I do need to be able to leave periodically to check on my doggo at my own home and go out to eat, so no separation anxiety pets please. I have an escape artist dog at home. My senses are keen. I am always aware and would be the same for your pet/pets at your home. A watchful eye!

About: I love animals! I am not a dog parent myself, but I have lived with several different dogs and cats. I often spend time with and take care of the pets of my family and friends. I dog sit for my cousins often. They have 2 dogs: an black lab and a Australian shepherd mix. I love animals but unfortunately I cant afford to have a dog of my own and can't have them in the house i live in currently. I can walk, play with and drop in to feed your dogs, or watch them in your house. I will love and cherish your dogs as much as you do. I would love the opportunity to help care for your dog. Thanks for taking the time to consider me.

About: I worked as a vet tech for two years and am currently a conservation scientist. I have owned and cared for my own dogs for 15 years and had many pets growing up. I have also been a pet sitter on and off for four years, including horses, chickens, and other farm animals. Finally, I fostered pets through college for two years! Photos include pictures of my foster pups! I prefer to bring my friendly, non aggressive and non shedding pup Zola with me! She’s very used to dog sitting with me :) I work M-F 8-4pm, so could not be with your pet weekdays during those times. I am available most weekends and will update my calendar accordingly. I can walk your pets, take them into the yard, or take them to the dog park. As a prior vet tech, I am comfortable with elderly pets and pets that need medication/injections as well.

I've cared for pets in a variety of settings, including walking, feeding, administering medications, basic grooming, and providing overnight care. I'm comfortable with large breeds, shy or anxious pets, and those with special needs. I always prioritize safety, routine, and making sure your pet feels happy and secure while you're away. I have flexibility around my classes in the morning and night, depending on the day, and I am free on weekends. Feel free to message me for specific days and times. In My Home: When pets stay with me, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and part of the family. I maintain their usual routines as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, walk times, play, and rest. I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of supervision, cozy places to relax, and a calm environment, especially for pets who may feel nervous in new surroundings. I also separate pets during feeding times if needed and ensure they always have fresh water, clean bedding, and enrichment through play, walks, or cuddle time depending on their energy level. In Clients’ Homes: When I care for pets in their own home, I treat your space with respect and follow all instructions closely. I stick to your pet’s usual routine, whether that means feeding at a specific time, administering medications, or keeping up with walks and playtime. I make sure your pet feels safe and cared for in their familiar environment. I also handle basic home tasks if needed—bringing in mail, watering plants, or adjusting lights for security. Dog Walking & Check-Ins: For walks, I ensure your dog gets safe, stimulating exercise suited to their age and energy level. I avoid crowded areas unless the dog is comfortable with other dogs and always use secure leashes and harnesses. During check-ins, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, and get potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention. After each visit or walk, I send updates and photos so you know exactly how your pet is doing.

About: I've taken care of animals over the last 20 years. I currently have 3 cats and a Rottie puppy. My animal companions are my world, so I understand the importance of finding a trusted person to provide your animals the love and attention they deserve. I'm happy to be that person. * I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a 20x20' dog run area on a 2 acre lot.* I'm currently home full-time. I spend a lot of time outside with my dog, caring for my chickens, gardening and DIY home improvements. I have a relatively open schedule to incorporate a routine that fits your needs. For check in visits, it will depend on your pet's needs. I'm a versatile person, so if you have a low energy dog that just wants love and attention, I'm happy to do so. If your pet is more high energy, I can spend time playing. I do have a rottweiler, so I am comfortable with larger dogs.
