About: I’m a friendly, dependable pet owner who understands just how much pets mean to their people. I am the primary caretaker of my own dog, Freddy, he’s 3 years old with lots of energy, friendly with other dogs and loves people. I regularly care for my sisters dog and 2 cats while she is out of town, maintaining their normal routines and care. I live in a condo in Mandeville which means I have become extremely familiar with the dog parks, walking trails, dog friendly nature areas and state parks. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, I treat every animal as if they are my own while providing photo and text updates so you can feel confident while you’re away!😊 Currently I am the office manager for a primary care clinic in Covington, M-F I am available before work, on my lunch break, and after work for drop ins or dog walking. My weekends are always changing and very flexible. I like caring for pets in their own home because that is where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine and offering attention and companionship. On walks, I focus on your pets safety, energy level, and making sure they are well hydrated.

About: Ever since I was Itty bitty I have always adored animals. I was the kid bringing home strays every chance I got to make sure they found a loving home. In high-school I interned at a vet. This gave me knowledge and experience walking, feeding, administering medication, and understanding the behaviors of the animals around me. I am now an Army veteran and will be a full time student come the fall semester. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give your precious babies the highest quality care so you can feel confident and secure that all of their needs are being met while youre away. I have 1 dog and 5 cats of my own all with their own quirks, personalities, and detailed instructions I give to my own sitters when needed. Rest assured that there is not much your pets could need that I am not up for! I am moving from out of state and starting school in the fall, so during the summer I will have complete availability while settling into our new home! Due to having so many cats, I will not be offering boarding/sitting in my own home. However for house sitting, walking, and drop ins I am happy to follow any and all detailed instructions and will send plenty of photos for your peace of mind!

About: l have volunteered at a homeless animal society for 10 years and had experience owing our own pets for my entire life! I am a full time pet owner and full time Mom! I Can’t wait to love on your fur babies and treat them like my own! My schedule is very flexible and will work around you! I would love to hear all about your pets likes,dislikes, Daily routine, etc! I will stay as close to their normal routine as possible! When I’m around your pet will be treated like they are my own! I will make sure they get everything that they need and will be there to monitor them throughout the stay.

About: Worked with animals in both actual pet businesses and in home services with clients.daycare,walks,medications,food, professional cleaning with pets,documentation of charts and so on since 16 both cats and dogs. Currently a stay at home mom needing to get back to work.but because I homeschool my little boy and have lots of experience with animals,even ones outside of workplaces such as rescuing squirrels,racoons,etc as well as being a go to person that helps with rehoming pets safely,birds,cats,dogs etc for friends and family I figured rover would be perfect since I have so much time of the day free to dedicate to the animals and a big yard that will be fenced at some point (: I always handle the dog walks,baths if ever needed,and dog daycare as I would at any past employment.so the care would be everything unless stated otherwise not needed example morning feeding not needed if you express you feed before you drop off,but in general offer everything from walk,feeding,meds,cleaning the environment around the animals,lots of playtime,laundry if needed for toys,bedding, or whatever belongings dog brings,documentation of the dogs day of basic things,photo and video updates,or anything you would like to request that's doable (:

About: I've grown up with many types of pets throughout my entire life. I love animals and have been a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society since 2020, where I have experience walking, playing with, cleaning after, and even assisting in veterinary care with dogs. I especially love teaching new tricks and playing with them. I also have experience with reptiles and cats. I currently have a 9-year-old border collie and take him on walks and play with him for hours every day. He's a very active dog and I enjoy being active with him, as well as grooming him and interacting with him through any and all means. I love all dogs, but my favorite breed is the doberman! I also have a black cat named Breezepelt (named after my favorite book character), and a mexican black kingsnake named Asclepius! How I care for your pet depends on the specific needs and wants of the pet and what you as the owner would like. If I am house sitting, I am willing to play with, take outside, and walk with your pet as much as is desired. I have both leads and retractable leashes if you would like me to use my own. I am comfortable with crating if so desired. I will be keeping a constant eye on your pet and will ensure their safety to the upmost degree.

About: I don’t just “watch” animals — I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for the entire time you’re away. I pay close attention to routines, personalities, and little details because I truly want every pet to receive the best care possible. Your pets will be treated like family, with lots of love, patience, and attention every step of the way. I’m currently working a part-time job Wednesday–Saturday, typically until around 5 PM, which still gives me plenty of time to dedicate to the animals in my care. I make it a priority to ensure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, walks, love, and proper care throughout the day. On my days off, I also have an even more open and flexible schedule to spend quality time with them and accommodate their needs. I am moving into college in mid August to Niceville, Florida so bookings can be from May through early August and I will often be back in Louisiana from time to time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to keep their routine as normal, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own environment, so I make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, walks, meals, and care based on their specific needs and routine. I’m also very respectful, responsible, and attentive while in clients’ homes, and I make communication a priority by providing updates and photos so owners can feel at ease while they’re away.

“Marisa was amazing! I booked a back to back drop in visit for my golden doodle fur baby Maggie, and Marisa exceeded my expectations. She brought her pup over to play with Maggie for the hour, which she had asked permission about beforehand. It was perfect, because Maggie got to get out of her kennel and play for bit with a friend in our backyard. Marisa sent a ton of pictures and a video of them playing and Maggie looked like she LOVED it. When I got home Maggie was still sleeping like a baby, so I know she got some good exercise. About: Hi, I’m Reece! I am a lover of all animals! I have always grown up with many animals (25 of them to be exact). Currently I have a black lab-bordie collie mix with plenty of energy! I am a physical therapy student and have some free time to care for your furbabies! I am used to both high energy and timid personalities. I am very interested in long walks for high energy dogs! I am currently a physical therapy student in LSUHSC, so I have a weird schedule l, but hopefully it fits with you! Right now, I am available all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Monday afternoons. Tuesday-Thursday late afternoon/ night. My schedule will be way more free on 7/30. I offer dog walking, petting sitting, or pet check ins. I prioritize dog walking services as they fit best in my schedule. I am super active, so I am able to walk/ run dogs up to 2 hours at a time if necessary. For pet sitting, I am type A and lovable sitter! I like to follow exact instructions from the owners because as a pet owner myself, I understand all pets have specific routines.

About: I am an experienced dog watcher, I worked in a vet hospital as a kennel tech and managed puppy playgroups with 50 plus dogs. As well as managed the boarding and grooming stations for almost 2 years. My background is in Biology I got my B.S in 2015 and my Bachelors in Nursing in 2019. I have a large fenced in back yard with a little pool for the dogs. Boarding will be inside. I have an in-home camera system and 4 separate boarding rooms. If you prefer, I can come to you! I have excellent references and can even provide leash training for those excited pups. I volunteer with the SPCA, NOLA and Jefferson Parish. I cant wait to meet your pup or cats, lets not forget the kitties!! Talk soon! I’m currently working from home so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. We’re going to have a great time and will be able to meet any special needs your pet may require to feel comfortable and taken care of while you’re away. About: Hi, I’m Kenzie! 🐶 I am a huge dog lover and actually have a 2 yr old Golden Retriever named Mango who is my best boy. I spend a lot of time outside—walking, playing fetch with Mango, biking, hanging in the backyard, or chillin at the lakefront—and I love bringing other dogs along for the fun. I’ve helped take care of family and friends’ dogs over the years, and I also used to work at an animal hospital, so I’m comfortable with basics like feeding, walks, baths, and nail trims. If you need someone to stop by, give your dog some company and love, or take them on a walk, I’ll make sure they’re cared for and happy while you’re away! 🫶 I work part-time and have a very flexible schedule so it is easy for me to check on them at pretty much anytime of the day! I mainly do drop-in visits and or walks. During drop-in visits I feed them, let them out for fresh air and to potty, and have lots of playtime.
