About: I’m a friendly, dependable pet owner who understands just how much pets mean to their people. I am the primary caretaker of my own dog, Freddy, he’s 3 years old with lots of energy, friendly with other dogs and loves people. I regularly care for my sisters dog and 2 cats while she is out of town, maintaining their normal routines and care. I live in a condo in Mandeville which means I have become extremely familiar with the dog parks, walking trails, dog friendly nature areas and state parks. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, I treat every animal as if they are my own while providing photo and text updates so you can feel confident while you’re away!😊 Currently I am the office manager for a primary care clinic in Covington, M-F I am available before work, on my lunch break, and after work for drop ins or dog walking. My weekends are always changing and very flexible. I like caring for pets in their own home because that is where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine and offering attention and companionship. On walks, I focus on your pets safety, energy level, and making sure they are well hydrated.

About: Ever since I was Itty bitty I have always adored animals. I was the kid bringing home strays every chance I got to make sure they found a loving home. In high-school I interned at a vet. This gave me knowledge and experience walking, feeding, administering medication, and understanding the behaviors of the animals around me. I am now an Army veteran and will be a full time student come the fall semester. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give your precious babies the highest quality care so you can feel confident and secure that all of their needs are being met while youre away. I have 1 dog and 5 cats of my own all with their own quirks, personalities, and detailed instructions I give to my own sitters when needed. Rest assured that there is not much your pets could need that I am not up for! I am moving from out of state and starting school in the fall, so during the summer I will have complete availability while settling into our new home! Due to having so many cats, I will not be offering boarding/sitting in my own home. However for house sitting, walking, and drop ins I am happy to follow any and all detailed instructions and will send plenty of photos for your peace of mind!

About: I don’t just “watch” animals — I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for the entire time you’re away. I pay close attention to routines, personalities, and little details because I truly want every pet to receive the best care possible. Your pets will be treated like family, with lots of love, patience, and attention every step of the way. I’m currently working a part-time job Wednesday–Saturday, typically until around 5 PM, which still gives me plenty of time to dedicate to the animals in my care. I make it a priority to ensure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, walks, love, and proper care throughout the day. On my days off, I also have an even more open and flexible schedule to spend quality time with them and accommodate their needs. I am moving into college in mid August to Niceville, Florida so bookings can be from May through early August and I will often be back in Louisiana from time to time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to keep their routine as normal, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own environment, so I make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, walks, meals, and care based on their specific needs and routine. I’m also very respectful, responsible, and attentive while in clients’ homes, and I make communication a priority by providing updates and photos so owners can feel at ease while they’re away.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them goes beyond just “watching dogs” for me! I spent nearly a year working at a doggy daycare, where I gained hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, temperaments, as well as energy levels-from playful 4 month old puppies to sweet senior dogs who just need a little extra patience and care. I grew up around dachshunds and dobermans my whole life, and I now have my own Dalmatian that I rescued from illegal breeding. I understand both high-energy breeds and animals with unique personalities. My experience in pet sitting, dog behavior, proper socialization, and enrichment allows me to provide care that is attentive, structured, and tailored to each dog’s needs and personality. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles, walks, mental stimulation, or simply a calm and restful environment, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for and loved while you are away. As a college student out for the summer, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. Aside from a job commitment one weekend a month, my availability is open for almost anything-walks, drop-ins, and daycare! Your pets comfort and safety are always my #1 priority. I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming home where your dog can feel right at home. I make sure they have both companionship and personal space when needed. I have a room in my home with a tall baby gate dedicated for dogs where they can decompress, and nothing will bother them if they want their own space. I also have a very playful and friendly Dalmatian, Siggy, who loves having company around the house. I will always supervise if Siggy would be around your dog, including a safe and proper introduction of the two dogs and continuously watching them when they would be playing.

About: Hi, I’m Reece! I am a lover of all animals! I have always grown up with many animals (25 of them to be exact). Currently I have a black lab-bordie collie mix with plenty of energy! I am a physical therapy student and have some free time to care for your furbabies! I am used to both high energy and timid personalities. I am very interested in long walks for high energy dogs! I am currently a physical therapy student in LSUHSC, so I have a weird schedule l, but hopefully it fits with you! Right now, I am available all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Monday afternoons. Tuesday-Thursday late afternoon/ night. My schedule will be way more free on 7/30. I offer dog walking, petting sitting, or pet check ins. I prioritize dog walking services as they fit best in my schedule. I am super active, so I am able to walk/ run dogs up to 2 hours at a time if necessary. For pet sitting, I am type A and lovable sitter! I like to follow exact instructions from the owners because as a pet owner myself, I understand all pets have specific routines.

“Marisa was amazing! I booked a back to back drop in visit for my golden doodle fur baby Maggie, and Marisa exceeded my expectations. She brought her pup over to play with Maggie for the hour, which she had asked permission about beforehand. It was perfect, because Maggie got to get out of her kennel and play for bit with a friend in our backyard. Marisa sent a ton of pictures and a video of them playing and Maggie looked like she LOVED it. When I got home Maggie was still sleeping like a baby, so I know she got some good exercise. About: I’ve been a vegetarian almost half my life, loving animals since I was born! Elderly, small, or big I’ve taken care of many animals my whole life. In fact I almost went to school to be a vet tech… I’ve had bunny’s, birds, dogs, cats &kittens, hamsters, snails, frogs, lizards, and more. My soul mate dog passed at 19. She chose me when I was 5. I’ve never grieved more than loosing her.. with that I can say I’m very experienced in elderly dog care. I’m currently a stay at home mom, I am very available! My 19 month old baby naps at 10, and is up around 12:30 but we’re easy and times can always be rearranged depending on what your family needs! (Yes we see animals as our family members in our home) I have a fenced yard, and a pool. I have two cats, one is in/ outdoor.. and one that stays inside they’re both very mellow and depending on what you need maybe a sweet friend can sleep over or have a play date! I have a 11 year old daughter and a 19 month old daughter, they adore animals as much as me!!

About: Hi, I’m Kenzie! 🐶 I am a huge dog lover and actually have a 2 yr old Golden Retriever named Mango who is my best boy. I spend a lot of time outside—walking, playing fetch with Mango, biking, hanging in the backyard, or chillin at the lakefront—and I love bringing other dogs along for the fun. I’ve helped take care of family and friends’ dogs over the years, and I also used to work at an animal hospital, so I’m comfortable with basics like feeding, walks, baths, and nail trims. If you need someone to stop by, give your dog some company and love, or take them on a walk, I’ll make sure they’re cared for and happy while you’re away! 🫶 I work part-time and have a very flexible schedule so it is easy for me to check on them at pretty much anytime of the day! I mainly do drop-in visits and or walks. During drop-in visits I feed them, let them out for fresh air and to potty, and have lots of playtime.

About: Large or small,dogs are my specialty. I have 3 special needs dogs, so I understand the all important "rescue" breed! I have had dogs my entire life. My dogs: Charley, black lab, Remy,(mix), and Jax (Daschund mix). I am also a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society, Exercise relieves anxiety for your pet while you are on vacation or having a late work day. I will come to your home to feed, play , throw the ball, and snuggle with your dog if you cannot be there. I know your dogs are like your children and I will treat them as such. They are important members of your family, and I will treat them as if they are mine, as well. No more worrying while you are on vacation if they are okay. I will send multiple pics and text messages during drop ins to keep you notified about your babies. Hope to meet yall soon! I work part time, but I have an empty nest, so I have time for visits and playtime for your furry family members. Vacations are great for your family bonding, but can be stressful boarding for your dogs when u r away. I hope to be able to help them be less stressed in their own home. I will Be able to visit up to three times a day. Walks are an extra 16.00 charge, but playtime and hugs are always free!

About: l have volunteered at a homeless animal society for 10 years and had experience owing our own pets for my entire life! I am a full time pet owner and full time Mom! I Can’t wait to love on your fur babies and treat them like my own! My schedule is very flexible and will work around you! I would love to hear all about your pets likes,dislikes, Daily routine, etc! I will stay as close to their normal routine as possible! When I’m around your pet will be treated like they are my own! I will make sure they get everything that they need and will be there to monitor them throughout the stay.

About: I began dog sitting just from loving on dogs at my other job while at clients homes. My clients saw how well I treated their dogs while there and knew I would do the same if I sat for them while they were away. I love my dogs and treat the ones I sit for just like my own. They are allowed to sleep in my room on a pet bed just not in the bed. They will get walked and loved on all day! I will give dogs medication if needed and make sure they get adequate exercise. My husband works from home four days and week and my schedule is flexible so your dog won't be left home all day. We also have lots of kids in the neighborhood who will love on your dog I work part time as a tutor. My husband works from home four days a week as well so your pet is never left for more than a couple of hours. Sunday they will be left the longest as we have commitments at our church my husband is Pastor of. Even then it's just four to five hours I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep them company. All dogs are fed separately to avoid any food aggression. I only crate dogs if owner requests them to be.
