“Thank you for taking care of our cats while we went on vacation. We appreciated it very much and loved getting pictures of out cats daily and texts about how they were doing.”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was a kid but got my very own dog when I turned 18 and have been blessed to have had at least one but usually two wonderful pups by side, including right now! I adore dogs for their unconditional love and feel that looking out for their needs and loving them back is an absolute joy! As a daddy to two dogs of my own I have a daily routine of walks, brushing, and play with both of my dogs Their well being and happiness is my top priority and if chosen to care for your dog, they will enjoy the same level of devotion and care that I give to my own fur babies every day. Though my yard isn’t fenced, I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walking dogs. Both of my dogs are small and well socialized to other dogs and will provide excellent and loving play partners to your dog or dogs! If I am caring for your dog in your home I will be responsible, punctual, and dedicated to assuring you that your fur baby is being cared for with the utmost respect and compassion.

About: I have taken care of/fostered/adopted dogs for the past 5ish years. I am very attentive and would love to take care of your dog while you’re away! I currently work full time Monday-Thursday and half days on Fridays. I am mainly available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday all day. Please send me a request if interested in booking. I live in a home with a fenced yard giving your pet pleanty space for your dog to play. Message with any questions you may have!

“Loralei took good care of my two senior dogs for an extended weekend. She followed the detailed instructions I left and kept me updated after each visit. It was my first-time using a dogsitter who wasn’t a friend or family. So I really appreciated how friendly and patient Loralei was with both me and the dogs. I will definitely reach out to her if I need a dogsitter in the future.”

“Reagan was very attentive, reliable and looked after our fur baby very well. Thank you!”

“Rebecca is great! Our animals loved her. Will definitely be using her again!”

About: I've grown up around dogs and cats, but my professional experience with animals started when I was sixteen. I worked for the Northshore Humane Society until I left to attend LSU, but I continued to regularly volunteer with animal shelters and organizations. I've worked with dogs with behavioral difficulties (ex. anxiety, leash aggression), special-needs cats and dogs (ex. neurological issues, blindness/deafness, dementia), and elderly animals. Any kind of dog older than a nursing puppy and any kind of cat, I've dealt with! But if you have any questions about whether I'll be a good fit for your furry friend, please reach out! I just graduated from LSU and am currently in the job search process. In the meantime, I'm totally free to hang out with your pets! I always keep dogs on-leash or in a fenced backyard. I will also avoid interactions between your pet and animals from outside the home to avoid any tension or stress! I am also familiar with crate training and will crate your animal if needed when they are not under direct supervision.

About: I have been around many different kinds of animals. Family and friends have always been able to rely on me to take care of the animals with my who heart and soul. I work part-time at a restaurant and i work mainly in the mornings and some nights. Usually only to 10-3 or 5-10. So I don’t work a whole lot. Within my clients home their animals will be given the best belly rubs and pets I can give. I will do everything with the best of my ability.

“Another great experience with Maddie! She is always highly responsive, on time for her visits and provides comprehensive recaps. Because of her, I have peace of mind when I’m away. Very much recommended!”

“Sara was so sweet and stayed late for my dogs who were afraid of thunder.”

“The service process was easy and Anna provided great communication and attended our pet's needs perfectly. We will be definitely use this service again and request Anna for her services.”

I have experience with pet care and administering medication when needed.

With this job it’s not only about making money ... it’s about taking care of the four legged friends that are always here for us. I LOVE dogs ! Why not get paid to hang out with some super cute pups ?

About: Growing up on a farm, we have always had a dog growing up, and even many liters of puppies. I even had to bottle feed them throughout the day and night, giving them 24 hour care, and loved it! I am a stay at home mom the one baby girl, and we love to go on walks throughout the day. I am very present 24/7 and love staying active.I have experience working in a boarding facility for both cats and dogs of all ages, all having different needs. In our home we treat the pet as a family member. For example our cat comes in and out as she pleases and likes to sit the the couch with us, or sleep in the bed, and is just my little buddy thought the day.

About: I have worked with all sorts of animals since I was born! I have provided services such as: grooming, overnight stays, in and out feeding/potty, etc.. I also have worked with senior dogs and puppies, as I have had 7 dogs of my own and 15+ fostered/co-watched! Currently I am in college at SELU. I have classes from 11am to 3pm on Monday and Wednesdays. 11am-5pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. I also work part-time at another place Thursday-Sunday, however, I am usually not there all of those days! I can easily offer afternoon, morning, night, and overnight care if needed! For Thursday-Sunday however, I may need a weeks early notice. I usually take care of pets by first getting to know them, their habits, and their personality to ensure a good relationship with them! Trust is a very important factor in animal care, so that always comes first. Other than that, I will usually base my care on your pet and their needs. For example, if your pet is more affectionate/dependent, I will be around them as much as I can to ensure a happy time for them. However, if said dependancy was a problem, I can also work with your pet to try and reduce that dependency through training/ finding out what they may need to fix that! That also works vise-versa!

About: I have had animals my whole life. I have always looked at pets as an extension of my family. They’re my children too! I currently have 4 cats, but I grew up with dogs and have helped family members take care of their fur babies whenever they have needed help. I’m extremely calm and patient. I am a hairstylist so my schedule is extremely flexible! I prefer to take my hair clients around 9am-3pm. Most evenings I’m available as well. I am available to take them on walks around your neighborhood, let them outside in your backyard if needed. I can make sure they’re fed. I can also do clean up if needed. If you have indoor cats I can also make sure they are fed and well taken care of. I also have much knowledge on feeding cats a raw/semi raw diet if you would like to know more on that topic!

18. Sophia G.
“I highly recommend Sophie for any pet sitting needs! She took exceptional care of my 15-year-old cat Boggs, who is quite shy and has several medical issues. I was impressed by how well she managed his medications and special needs, and her patience with his cautious nature was incredible. He’s typically very reserved, but he seemed completely at ease with her, which speaks volumes about her experience and attentiveness. Honestly, I think he was spoiled even more with her care than he is with me! I couldn’t have asked for better peace of mind while I was away—Sophie truly went above and beyond”
