About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. My dream has always been to open a rescue of my own one day! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Yorkies to Dobermans. I’ve owned my GSP who stays at my moms house, since she was a puppy and house-trained her myself, so I’m experienced with the patience, consistency, and care that puppies require. I also help care for my mom’s 12-year-old dog, which has given me experience caring for older dogs as well. I’m comfortable with dogs of different personalities and energy levels, and I truly treat every pet like family. I am currently in college and not working so i have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am available Mondays and Wednesdays after 10:45 and Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2:15! My weekends are clear! I am very responsible and will make sure that your fur baby is loved, fed, has water, and has plenty of exercise and play time! I love all animals and take very good care of my pets and others!
About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. My father has owned and operated a dog training/boarding business for over 14 years, and I grew up helping him with the daily care and responsibilities that come with working with dogs. I currently work part time as a kennel technician at Hickory Small Animal Hospital in Ponchatoula, where I help care for pets staying in the boarding facility. This experience has made me comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I also have extensive experience with horses and regularly help care for horses and assist with barn responsibilities for several owners. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets. I strive to provide dependable, attentive, and loving care while making sure every animal feels safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to make pet care a priority. I also work part time, but I am able to plan my schedule around bookings and make sure each pet gets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can safely play and get plenty of outside time. I also have a friendly dog of my own who can provide some company and playtime! I am always happy to follow each owner’s preferences and routines to make sure their pet feels as comfortable and at home as possible.

I’ve been trusted continuously year after year by my friends, family, and neighbors as well as other to take care of their babies and ensure they feel loved! I have lived with dogs all my life and u destined how to care for dogs of all ages no matter is they are senior in need of extra care or puppies with lots of energy! I currently work part time which leaves me a lot of time to spend with your babies no matter the time of day! I usually work no longer than 5 hours a day! “Mary is amazing! First time working together snd meeting pups. It was like a 3 ring circus here with the dogs on special diets and the lust of medications they were currently taking. She could have easily run in opposite direction but took us and the girls on last week with a calming presence, grace and humor. She went above and beyond taking great care of the dogs and even meeting chimney service because we had a squirrel squatter. We couldn’t have gotten thru last werk without Mary. After a very long day and travel delays we got home to the most thoughtful letter and surprise. We are so happy and blessed to have met Mary. About: I've always taken in stray dogs or cats growing up , I'm 34, and being with animals is therapeutic for me. I've trained my full grown golden doodle into adult hood although I got busy with dental school and decided it best for her well being to give her to a loving family who would be able to give her more attention because when going through dental hygiene school , I knew before starting I would not be able to give her the full attention that she deserved , me and my son had her for 5 great years and still visit with her and her new family . I am now no longer in dental school although I do work in dentistry and am looking for a part time side hustle , thank you for giving me this opportunity , working with animals is actually I job I enjoy. I do live in Kentwood La - very rural country , I am willing to travel as there is not a lot of business out here thank you for your understanding. I currently work as an expanded dental assistant working Monday - Thursday , the latest I get off is 4:30 and most days earlier than that . I work one Friday out of the month . I can come to you and watch your animals after 4:30 during the week If not earlier than that time , and I'm usually free Friday thru Sundays , I'll work with you and your schedule. I provide attentive and reliable care for pets as if they are my own children. Will keep update with pics/videos. Respect and communication is key.

About: I enjoy watching the dogs play and enjoy spending time with them, I have had multiple cats & dogs at home on multiple occasions including holidays. I’m a retired and stay home a lot and enjoy helping others out with their fur babies.Love to be able to cuddle with all fur babies. If you would rather me come to your house, I love taking long walks and am very used to playing with toys in the house to try to burn all of that energy! This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
