Alex is fantastic. She was so good with my pup. She asked questions about his temperament and personality, she listened to my instructions about how to greet him because we’re working with another trainer; the whole nine. She brought my pup back and he whined when she was leaving like watched her car and whined. He was so happy to be with her and he came back so tired!! I will absolutely continue to use Alex and would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and animals since I was a child. At just 11 years old, I got my very own dog and have taken care of her by myself for the past 7 years. I trained her as a puppy to be potty trained, be obedient, and to do over a dozen tricks. I have worked with Rover for about a year and have loved each experience. I have also dog sat for friends and neighbors numerous amounts of times, and have enjoyed every one of them :) I am currently enrolled in online courses for school and have the ability to create my own schedule based on when your fur baby needs assistance. I have a very flexible schedule and can be available any time of the day. I will follow a strict schedule for your pup if needed. This will include providing food and water, regular exercise, playtime, and ensuring a safe environment surrounding your baby. I can take them on long walks and can handle a strong dog on a leash.

About: I am well versed in anything that includes animals. My father has owned a dog business for over 15 years and I have helped him throughout my whole life. I am also very well versed in horses and work for a couple people around their barn! I am a college student, but I have a very flexible schedule. I also work a few jobs but that doesn’t interfere with my scheduling. I have a fenced in yard with my own fur baby to keep your company! My roommate also has her own fur baby who will be happy to mingle with yours.

About: Pet sitting is more than just showing up. It's about making sure your animal feels safe, loved, and at ease even when you're not there. Growing up, animals were always a huge part of my life, from cats and dogs to guinea pigs and turtles. That early experience gave me a huge love for pets of all kinds. Your fur baby will be in caring, attentive hands. You can travel and go about your day knowing your pet is genuinely looked after, not just watched. I recently moved back home to Louisiana from living in Denver, Colorado for the past 5 years. With my schedule being so open and flexible, pet care fits naturally into my day. I am able to give your pet consistent attention, timely walks, and plenty of quality time without it ever feeling rushed. Safety and trust are two things that I will never compromise on. When I'm in a client's home, I treat the space with the same respect and care I would give my own. I want both pets and their owners to feel completely at ease, knowing their home and their animal are in good hands. I take thorough notes on routines, preferences, and any special needs so nothing gets overlooked. I always make sure the environment stays safe, comfortable, and familiar for your pet.

About: I have always had animals in my life. I know each one is different and special. I grew up on a farm so I know having a loving and compassionate person to care for your babies is a necessity when you have animals. I am a stay at home mom so while the kids are at school I have plenty of time to come by and play with your babies. I have a fenced in courtyard area in my home. We also have two dogs that love other dogs. One is a rescue Maltese and is 12 years old. The other is a 2 year old poodle, he is my husband's service dog so usually he is at work with my husband all day.

About: Animals have always been the center of my world, and I truly can’t imagine life without them. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to care for just about every kind of pet, from bouncy puppies and cuddly kittens to gentle seniors who just need a little extra patience and love. I also have experience with training and even dog showing, which taught me the importance of consistency, communication, and building trust with every animal. More than anything, I believe every pet deserves kindness, attention, and to feel like part of the family, so when they’re with me, that’s exactly what they’ll get. I am currently working part time and have some extra time to offer my services that i haven’t been able to recently. I only work a few hours mid day so i can take on just about any animals! My pets are already a huge part of my daily life from feeding, training, walking, enrichment etc. I can offer personalized care for each pets specific enrichment needs! I have a fenced in yard with safety latches for as much safety as possible. I live in a safe calm neighborhood with amazing neighbors. My whole house is designed around animals. About: I have worked with big dogs like Great Pyrenees and , medium dogs like Pit bulls, and small dogs like toy poodles. My most recent dog lived to be 14 years old and so I’ve grown an appreciation and understanding of care for those dogs. My current dog is a fostered young Pit Bull from the shelter. I don’t discriminate on dog breed or age. I also works with snakes so I’ve had my fair share of bites, it’s just something that comes with the job. I haven’t owned a cat of my own but I love cats and am starting to realize I may be a cat person! I’m currently a Grad student at SELU so I’m busy on Mondays and Wednesday’s but have a lot more time over the weekend and during Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I crate trained my current foster dog so I can crate your animals if necessary. I also have a back yard so I’m used to letting animals out on a leash.

About: Hi there amazing pet parents! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Since I was a teenager, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. Professionally, I’ve worked at several kennels, volunteered at Tangi Humane Society & been a foster mom for Cajun Tails Rescue, worked at Hammond Veterinary Services, and I’m currently with Hickory Small Animal Hospital as I am also pursuing veterinary technician license. I’m trained in pet CPR, administering medications and vaccines, and have experience with both energetic puppies and senior pets with special needs. Your pet’s health, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities. I have three friendly fur babies of my own at home who love making new friends. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and providing them with the love and care they deserve! 💕 Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—it’s something I’ve built my schedule around for years. Whether it’s morning walks, mealtime routines, training sessions, or evening playtime, caring for animals is second nature to me. Since I work in a veterinary setting and have pets of my own, I’m constantly engaged in caring for animals both professionally and personally. It’s not just a job for me—it’s a lifestyle I love and live every day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. In my home, pets are treated like family—they have plenty of space to play, relax, and enjoy companionship with my own friendly dogs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, medication, exercise, and any special instructions you provide. When caring for pets in your home, I work to maintain their normal routine to reduce stress while you’re away. I respect your space and make sure everything is clean and tidy when you return. I provide regular updates, photos, and am always just a message away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, snuggles, or specialized care, I tailor each visit to your pet’s individual needs.

About: Growing up I have loved animals and wanted to have a career with animals. Rover is just one way I can do that! Growing up I had a multiple animals that were childhood pets that I’ve adored. I am the type of person that will stop a stranger just to say hello to their furry friends! I enjoy dog sitting and meeting so many unique breeds and animals that I can form a bond with the animal and the owners! I love the experiences and becoming someone trustworthy to have as a repeat client! I currently work 4pm-10pm a few days out of the week. I have a bachelors in human sciences. I myself have threes dog and a cat that are all rescues. They are my spoiled little fur babies that get tons of cuddles, kisses, bark box toys, cat scratchers, etc. They love sleeping on the bed with us under the covers, head on pillow Lol! Overall, pet care fits into my daily routine because I feed, walk, and play with my own animals all day and make sure they are loved on and taken care of just as I would do the same for your own! They have tons of toys that are played with, I let them lay in the bed with me or chill on the couch. I feed them every morning and water them frequently. I walk them every 30mins-1 hour. I will also play with them outside etc. they cuddle and get plenty of belly rubs and scratches while I’m near. I am the type of person who loves seeing your pets and will think about them all the time even if I only watched them once! I love bringing them toys and treats! The phrase I have never met a stranger resonates with me in human and animal aspect! I love meeting new people and animals are always a plus! Pet care is always my top priority. I chose to animal sit over my part time job. I want your pets to have the best care possible. If I ever have work I make sure it’s not longer than a few hours. I want your fur babies to always be attended to and taken care of. I have several pets in my own home that are mine. They are kennel trained and leash trained. I don’t keep my dogs locked up nor would I do that to your pets. I treat your pets like my own. I will give them cuddles and kisses and send you tons of pictures.
