I could tell right away that she was going to be attentive to our pet's needs by her interactions with him and the questions she asked. She was punctual to the appointments and communicated to us via text on anything she felt may be good for us to know. I loved receiving the ext messages she went and the pictures of our pup while we were gone and knew he was in good hands. The day prior to the pet sit, she visited for a "meet and greet". That was so helpful, and important, because we were able to cover all the details in his profile, ensuring everything she needed to know was documented and that she could refer to it if needed. And in doing this, I realized I had left out some information that would of been good for her to have. So I was able to get his profile updated with this info before the actual first sit took place. There is no doubt in my mind we WILL be having Macy come again soon and she is now our #1 pet sitter!
