About: I’m a friendly, dependable pet owner who understands just how much pets mean to their people. I am the primary caretaker of my own dog, Freddy, he’s 3 years old with lots of energy, friendly with other dogs and loves people. I regularly care for my sisters dog and 2 cats while she is out of town, maintaining their normal routines and care. I live in a condo in Mandeville which means I have become extremely familiar with the dog parks, walking trails, dog friendly nature areas and state parks. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, I treat every animal as if they are my own while providing photo and text updates so you can feel confident while you’re away!😊 Currently I am the office manager for a primary care clinic in Covington, M-F I am available before work, on my lunch break, and after work for drop ins or dog walking. My weekends are always changing and very flexible. I like caring for pets in their own home because that is where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine and offering attention and companionship. About: Ever since I was Itty bitty I have always adored animals. I was the kid bringing home strays every chance I got to make sure they found a loving home. In high-school I interned at a vet. This gave me knowledge and experience walking, feeding, administering medication, and understanding the behaviors of the animals around me. I am now an Army veteran and will be a full time student come the fall semester. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give your precious babies the highest quality care so you can feel confident and secure that all of their needs are being met while youre away. I have 1 dog and 5 cats of my own all with their own quirks, personalities, and detailed instructions I give to my own sitters when needed. Rest assured that there is not much your pets could need that I am not up for! I am moving from out of state and starting school in the fall, so during the summer I will have complete availability while settling into our new home! Due to having so many cats, I will not be offering boarding/sitting in my own home. However for house sitting, walking, and drop ins I am happy to follow any and all detailed instructions and will send plenty of photos for your peace of mind!

I pay close attention to routines, personalities, and little details because I truly want every pet to receive the best care possible. About: I've grown up with many types of pets throughout my entire life. I love animals and have been a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society since 2020, where I have experience walking, playing with, cleaning after, and even assisting in veterinary care with dogs. I especially love teaching new tricks and playing with them. I also have experience with reptiles and cats. I currently have a 9-year-old border collie and take him on walks and play with him for hours every day. He's a very active dog and I enjoy being active with him, as well as grooming him and interacting with him through any and all means. I love all dogs, but my favorite breed is the doberman! I also have a black cat named Breezepelt (named after my favorite book character), and a mexican black kingsnake named Asclepius! How I care for your pet depends on the specific needs and wants of the pet and what you as the owner would like. If I am house sitting, I am willing to play with, take outside, and walk with your pet as much as is desired. I have both leads and retractable leashes if you would like me to use my own. I am comfortable with crating if so desired. I will be keeping a constant eye on your pet and will ensure their safety to the upmost degree.
