About: I have grown up around dogs since I was a kid. I am accommodating to your animals needs and schedule. I’ve helped 10+ other families prior to this app. I have dog sat for most 2.5 weeks straight. I go by your feeding schedule and potty breaks are often! I have summer clinic Monday-Thursday until June 26th so I will be out of the house for roughly 6 hours. I am done with clinic in July so I will just be working. The longest your fur baby will be alone would be about 6 hours and that’s only on Wednesdays and Thursdays! My husband and I will be home all day on the weekends other than the occasional leaving for groceries or church. I have a pretty big fenced in backyard, so plenty of area for them to enjoy and get their energy out! We don’t have any pets in our house so they will get all the attention. We have a 1 story house, no stairs, for those with older dogs. Our neighborhood is very walkable so they can get adequate exercise.

About: I’m a friendly, dependable pet owner who understands just how much pets mean to their people. I am the primary caretaker of my own dog, Freddy, he’s 3 years old with lots of energy, friendly with other dogs and loves people. I regularly care for my sisters dog and 2 cats while she is out of town, maintaining their normal routines and care. I live in a condo in Mandeville which means I have become extremely familiar with the dog parks, walking trails, dog friendly nature areas and state parks. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, I treat every animal as if they are my own while providing photo and text updates so you can feel confident while you’re away!😊 Currently I am the office manager for a primary care clinic in Covington, M-F I am available before work, on my lunch break, and after work for drop ins or dog walking. My weekends are always changing and very flexible. I like caring for pets in their own home because that is where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine and offering attention and companionship. On walks, I focus on your pets safety, energy level, and making sure they are well hydrated.

She was genuinely sweet and so loving with my dogs and cat while I was away and being able to come home to happy and tired pups from their visits and playtime was the best!! She made sure to check the weather and take extra care of one dog with weather phobia and gave his medicine and offered lots of pictures which was great!! About: I don’t just “watch” animals — I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for the entire time you’re away. I pay close attention to routines, personalities, and little details because I truly want every pet to receive the best care possible. Your pets will be treated like family, with lots of love, patience, and attention every step of the way. I’m currently working 2 part-time jobs Monday-Friday, which both give me plenty of time to dedicate to the animals in my care. I make it a priority to ensure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, walks, love, and proper care throughout the day. On my days off, I also have an even more open and flexible schedule to spend quality time with them and accommodate their needs. I will be attending Southeastern Louisiana University in the Fall to pursue my dream of becoming a NICU nurse! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to keep their routine as normal, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own environment, so I make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, walks, meals, and care based on their specific needs and routine. I’m also very respectful, responsible, and attentive while in clients’ homes, and I make communication a priority by providing updates and photos so owners can feel at ease while they’re away.

About: Large or small,dogs are my specialty. I have 3 special needs dogs, so I understand the all important "rescue" breed! I have had dogs my entire life. My dogs: Charley, black lab, Remy,(mix), and Jax (Daschund mix). I am also a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society, Exercise relieves anxiety for your pet while you are on vacation or having a late work day. I will come to your home to feed, play , throw the ball, and snuggle with your dog if you cannot be there. I know your dogs are like your children and I will treat them as such. They are important members of your family, and I will treat them as if they are mine, as well. No more worrying while you are on vacation if they are okay. I will send multiple pics and text messages during drop ins to keep you notified about your babies. Hope to meet yall soon! I work part time, but I have an empty nest, so I have time for visits and playtime for your furry family members. Vacations are great for your family bonding, but can be stressful boarding for your dogs when u r away. I hope to be able to help them be less stressed in their own home. I will Be able to visit up to three times a day. Walks are an extra 16.00 charge, but playtime and hugs are always free!

About: I've grown up with many types of pets throughout my entire life. I love animals and have been a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society since 2020, where I have experience walking, playing with, cleaning after, and even assisting in veterinary care with dogs. I especially love teaching new tricks and playing with them. I also have experience with reptiles and cats. I currently have a 9-year-old border collie and take him on walks and play with him for hours every day. He's a very active dog and I enjoy being active with him, as well as grooming him and interacting with him through any and all means. I love all dogs, but my favorite breed is the doberman! I also have a black cat named Breezepelt (named after my favorite book character), and a mexican black kingsnake named Asclepius! How I care for your pet depends on the specific needs and wants of the pet and what you as the owner would like. If I am house sitting, I am willing to play with, take outside, and walk with your pet as much as is desired. I have both leads and retractable leashes if you would like me to use my own. I am comfortable with crating if so desired. I will be keeping a constant eye on your pet and will ensure their safety to the upmost degree.

About: I have been raising and caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. From birthing puppies to senior dog care. Who doesn’t love a furry friend! I am a teacher who is off for summer break and would love to fill my summer free time helping your special furry family members! About: I am an animal science student at LSU (geaux tigers). I have both personal and clinical experience with many pet species and have a deep understanding of their needs and will ensure they are properly cared for. I have plenty of time during the weekends! In addition, I am available early mornings 6-8 am and afternoon/ evenings 3-8pm. These time ranges ensure I’m available during feedings and safe walking temperatures. As an animal science student and personal dog parent, I understand the importance of animals needing to feel loved and safe. I am knowledgeable on proper walking practices as well as common commands for trained dogs in order to keep both the pet and I safe.

I Can’t wait to love on your fur babies and treat them like my own! My schedule is very flexible and will work around you! I would love to hear all about your pets likes,dislikes, Daily routine, etc! I will stay as close to their normal routine as possible! When I’m around your pet will be treated like they are my own!
