About: Hello there, my name is Avery! I love all types of animals, both common and exotic pets! I have the most experience with cats, birds, dogs and some small animals (guinea pigs and rabbits). My experience with fish and reptiles is more limited, but I have no problem with caring for either of those as well when given proper instructions and their routines. My only limitations for these pets is that I am only comfortable with handling non-venomous/poisonous types. Pets like snakes, arachnids and rats often get a bad rep, so it is important to me that I can be someone who offers that option of care. These kinds of babies deserve just as much love and respect as common pets too! I intend to keep your home and pets well cared for, and ensure your loving pets are treated as if they were my own while I watch and visit them. I love any and all breeds, whether it’s dogs, cats, birds, or any other unique pets! I only have some slight limitations for very large/giant breeds of dogs depending on the temperament of your pup. If you have a gentle giant who is leash trained well, I have no issue with that! However if you have a giant pup who is sweet but may be a bit intense/pulls frequently during walks, physically it is a bit too much for me to handle at the moment. I am still absolutely open to drop ins and/or house sitting for these cases if you have a fenced yard to potty and play with your babies! I am an organized, clean individual with a sociable, outgoing personality, so I can give your pets the most exciting playtime and walks they can experience! Setting up meet and greets before confirming bookings are highly preferred, as it allows the opportunity for both you and your pets to decide if you feel I am a good fit! It also helps me to be informed of any extra care instructions or quirks your pet may have while still having someone they are familiar with around beforehand. If you have any questions or concerns, I accept both texts and phone calls, and if a call is missed I promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you so much for showing interest! Currently I am only available for daily walks and check ins starting from Fridays up to Mondays, as I also have an on site part-time job Tuesdays - Thursdays. I am available for house sitting anytime of the week if you are simply requiring someone to watch your empty home, or if you have a low maintenance pet that does not require daily walks (such as any indoor-only pets). However if you are looking for a house+pet sitter with any babies that do require any walks or time outside during my stay, then Fridays-Mondays are applicable to this! I am vigilant in providing the upmost care towards owner's homes and pets and any needs that are communicated with me during my stay. Cleanliness and respect of personal property and boundaries as well as maintaining a pet's routine to help minimize as much stress for them as possible is just as important to me as it is for my clients. If there are ever any additional things in regards to your pet or home that I can do for you (ex. bringing mail in, taking out trash/recycling, plant care etc.) please absolutely let me know!

About: I’ve started at an early age training blue heelers. I retired my service dog two years ago. She is personally trained of off leash hiking. I have two cats. One loves hiking and biking with me. The other enjoys home activities and cuddles. No matter what your fur babies enjoy I can adapt. They enjoy walks and hikes, or they enjoy a good nap with some good home play I don’t mind. I will send the cutest pics and videos if you enjoy updates. I work Monday through Friday. Six am to two pm. I can take off lunch for potty and play time. Before work we can walk/eat/potty same with after. What ever the diet, exercise, or routine is I will continue them as requested. I understand how important diet, medication and routine is for our fur babies.

About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I am happy to care for your fuzzy friends and family any time of day or night, their set schedule becomes my own! :3 I really believe every pet is different and taking into account their personality, energy, as well as their history or needs is very important. I like to give pets loads of attention if they are the type that likes attention, or I'm happy to just sit and read a book with them if they are more the sleepy type. I don't believe in leaving dogs in yards unattended, and I am a very communicative person-- I am not afraid to ask questions or clarify things I may not be sure of.

About: Hi, my name is Kim and I am prior military. I have worked in veterinary clinics in the past for 6 years before I changed careers and would really love the chance to take care of your baby while you’re away! If you have any questions in particular please feel free to contact me! I am available most days of the week and weekends. I have worked with dogs for over 10 years and can read them very well. I have patience with puppies and I also have experience with senior and special needs dogs to include administering medications by mouth or subcutaneously. I have pets of my own, I let them out every morning and we play while outside with my kids. If I can, or if requested, I will walk them after work. Dogs will not be left in the yard unattended and the neighborhood is great for walking around. I temperament check all dogs I pet sit before booking.

About: I have owned pets all my life and along the way I’ve picked up a few tricks that I can use. I am also currently learning to become a veterinarian so I have knowledge that can be useful in an emergency. I am doing a summer course that's online so I have lots of free time to keep your pet(s) safe. I have a couple camping trips planned but they are mostly on weekends. My schedule is only open until the 24th of September, after that I’m back in college. I don’t have a fenced in back yard but I can always hook up your pet to a leash. I currently own two dogs who are both crate trained so if they don’t get along my dogs can be crated.

About: I’ve cared for both farm and house pets for most of my life. My dream is to have a homestead with as many animals as I can ethically care for. I’ve taught both dogs and my cat different commands and would love to learn more things to work on training in the future. I believe mental enrichment is so important to keep animals living a happy life. I’m currently a stay-at-home pet parent so my routine is quite flexible. I try not to be away from home for too long so my dog doesn’t have to be crated for prolonged periods. I am very attentive to my pets behaviors and I will be with yours too. They can’t always tell us what they are thinking or feeling so body language is very important.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and am very comfortable caring for pets of different sizes and personalities. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely love spending time with animals. As a student-athlete, I’m also very active, so I enjoy long walks, playtime, and making sure dogs get plenty of attention and exercise. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule. This gives me plenty of availability throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, and check-ins. I’m able to plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get consistent attention, care, and companionship. Because my schedule is flexible, I can also accommodate different routines and spend quality time making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, medications, playtime, walks, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, comfort, and supervision while keeping their environment clean and safe.

About: I grew up taking care of the 2 dogs in my household, as well as my grandmother and neighbor's pets while they were away from home. I've been caring for dogs at all stages of their life, from puppies all the way up to senior dogs. (My girl is now 7, and I had a senior dog that recently passed away.) My grandmother and dad also had many cats, so I’m also very comfortable with them and love them to death. I would often volunteer at the animal shelter back home on the weekends and I have had a lot of experience working with not only with smaller pets, but with larger animals as well. I spent a summer volunteering at a barn taking care of the horses there. I'm in the Navy and work evenings, so I have a bunch of free-time in the morning on weekdays and all day during weekends to take care of your pets. Hours sometimes get switched around, but I’ll always be able to make time for your furry friend(s). I'm very attentive to a pet's needs, and will provide them top-notch care. I can follow directions well, and won't just give them the bare minimum when it comes to your beloved family member. Id treat them as if they were my own.

My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.
