My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)

About: I love animals!! I have a 9 year old golden doodle and she loves new friends! We are very active so your pet will get plenty of play time and exercise with us. I am home frequently and can accommodate dogs of many needs. I have used rover many times myself and I aim to provide the same high-quality love and care that my dog has received. Dogs can expect to have lots of walks and play time. I love to take them to new trails and parks. They’re allowed on furniture to get extra cozy and have free roam of my dog-friendly home. :) Please let me know your animals exercise, feeding, sleeping, and cuddling routine so we can make them feel as at home as possible! I currently work part time and I am in school where I do most of my studies from home. I take frequent walks around the neighborhood and love to explore places in nature with the dogs as well. I spend lots of time at home, ensuring your pet has the time and attention they deserve. I love taking care of animals and treating them like they are my own babies! Our days consist of a long morning walk, lots of play time with toys we provide inside and out in our backyard. I never leave them alone in the yard and make sure doors are locked properly when exiting. Yummy foods are never left out because I know they can be sneaky counter surfers! If your pet needs extra energy expenditure, we will spend more time out at the dog park until they’re properly tired out. I love to watch them play!!

About: I’ve taken care of pets for the last 4 years. I’m new on rover after just moving to WA. I’ve watched family, friends and neighbors pets and I really enjoy getting to know other pets. I have a full time job working until about 4pm on weekdays and off weekends. I’m free after 4pm everyday and all day on weekends. I also have a dog of my own. About: Hi! My name is Martina :) I’m 25, currently located in Bellingham, and have a 2 year old spunky German Shepherd named Mabel, and two kitties Mira + Maggie! I’ve cared for many friends’ and family’s pets over the years, volunteered in various animal assistance programs, spent many hours on farms, and grew up with a yellow lab named Max and a cat named Ella! The three of us were inseparable, and they taught me a lot about how to care for, train, and become attuned with animals. Speaking their language is key :) Familiar with K-9 CPR/First Aid. Our day to day consists of big breakfasts, beach walks, snacks, running wild in the woods, more snacks, dank dinners and playing with other puppy friends. Animals mean the world to me! Mabel and the kitties are spoiled, and I would of course treat your animals like my own. Keeping their environments safe and stimulating is essential!

About: I’ve been around pets my whole childhood and my neighbors dog was twice my size and walking him was no issue. I’ve had cats my whole life and am somewhat of a whisperer. I’ve taken care of rodents as well when I had a pet rat. I am always available for any pet sitting needs. I currently don’t have a job or school lined up so I am all yours anytime of the week. About: Hi, I'm Trisha! I have been married for a little over 5 years to my husband Shawn. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) Drop off and pick up are as followed: Drop Offs: before 6:30am are an additional $10.00 Pick ups: after 8pm will be an additional $1.00 per minute unless prior arrangements have been made with Shawn or myself.
