About: Hi, I'm Zora, and I am 19-year-old student who grew up in Mount Vernon. I am currently taking a gap year in Norway, and I am looking to do some pet care when I return home for the summer. During high school I was a dedicated leadership volunteer and a teacher aide at a preschool. I have a cat and a small dog and I love taking care of pets! I can stay at your house or just drop by when needed, and I can walk smaller dogs or calmer large dogs - I'm just not strong enough to handle super big dogs if they pull a lot when walking. I am very calm and gentle and I volunteered at the NOAH animal shelter for three years with both dogs and cats. I love animals and my goal is to make them feel comfortable and safe when they are in my care. I don’t have my summer schedule solidified yet, but I will prioritize any bookings made here. Once I make a commitment, I stick with it. I do not offer boarding, but I have a small, dog-friendly car so I can take them for a hike or a visit to the park if you are comfortable. I will spend as much time as I can with your pets to ensure they feel loved, comfortable, and happy when they are in my care. I am gentle and patient and will not force affection on animals who aren’t enthusiastic about it.

About: Lover of pets! I’d love to meet your furry (or not so furry) friend. I’m very active, so long walks & even hikes are totally alright by me! I’m here to help you and your pet thrive. Whether that’s walking, playing, feeding, companionship, bathing , etc. I have been caring for pets since I was a youth. Whether that was neighborhood pets, friends pets or family pet. I have experience with a wide range of ages & sizes. I used to live out on a farm for several years and care for kittens, chickens, goats, pigs, and dogs. I helped take care of newborn kittens, feed and foster trust with them. Regularly cleaning the chicken coop, feeding them, collecting eggs and just hanging out with them. I would feed, brush and hang out with the goats also clean out pen. I raised a pig for 4H feeding, caring, and spending lots of quality time with him. And then of course dogs, I spent a good amount of years caring for two labs. Running them, washing them, cleaning up their dog house, feeding them. Snuggles and cuddles of course. I have notoriously always had an orange cat in my life; however living on the farm had about 6-7 cats I cared for. Them being farm cats mostly wanting to be fed and hung out with me in the grass or came by for pets. Neighborhood cats would get pregnant leading me to foster relationships with their kittens, a lot of times rescuing them, cleaning them up and bringing them back to wellness then re-homing them. Overall, I’d love to play & care for your pet as you see fit! Ideally I’d prefer a meet & greet prior to care. I have a very open and flexible schedule; morning's, afternoons and most evenings I should be around. My work schedule is currently evenings Sunday through Tuesday. I make sure pets are fed on time always have water and are let out whenever needed. I also make sure cat’s litter boxes are well maintained.

About: I grew up with cats my whole life. I currently have a 13 year old tabby named Charlie. I have watched several cats, dogs, and even chicken over the last 10 years. I am very passionate about animal advocacy. I previously worked at NOAH Animal Shelter and Brigadoon Service Dogs. I recently watched six goats for the first time and had a blast! They have a lot of personality and love affection. So I am also available to watch small farm animals. I'm currently available full time for pet sitting which means I have a very flexible schedule. I am happy to check on your pet daily as well as other house sitting chores if requested. My husband and I are renting so unfortunately we can't host pets at our home. I'm more than happy to check in on your animals at your residence. I will leave it cleaner than I found it.

About: I still have few spots available in May, June and part of July, so book your pet sitting now! Sedro-Woolley, Bellingham and Mount Vernon! As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when looking at a sitter for your pets! The school year ends June 12th and I am available until mid-July. Afterwards, I am taking time off for my own motorcycle travels (this time to Colorado) and then spend August in Europe :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. If this is something that will work for you and your pet family, please reach out! I usually do a greet & meet before to make sure that everyone is comfortable! I will follow the directions you give me, be it giving medication to your pets, putting it in the crate at night or when away and any other rules that you may have.

About: I am an experienced pet sitter and have worked in Animal Shelters and know how to compassionately take care of pets with all manners of needs. I have also taken dog training courses at Colorado State University and have loved my own dog Bandit for 3 years. I am currently watching others furry family members full time and have open availability for all your needs! No matter you and your pets schedule I can be there. I am adaptable to care for pets in any home environment and can quickly figure out your equipment and routine to keep things as “normal” for your fur baby as possible.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, and I am a responsible cat owner. I work at home and will be available to give your pet the care they deserve :) I work from home, so I am very flexible. I can come to your place, your pet can be housed at mine, or I can come walk your dog at odd hours of the day. I have a 2-bedroom apartment to myself, and I currently have a sweet cat named Trufflepig who is 3 and gets along with both dogs and cats. She can easily be separated if your pup or kitty doesn’t like other animals. I live in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly with a park close by and a fenced in yard a block away where your dog can run.

About: I've had dogs my entire life and love them more than anything! I have lots of experience, 20+ years and have been doing Rover on and off for 12 years now and have also been pet sitting for multiple different repeat clients for the past 15 years. I have taken care of many pets with special needs as well, including cats. We have the sweetest 4 year old 14lb Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves making doggy friends of all sizes. They will never be left alone for a long period of time and will have lots of outside time if they enjoy that! We have a large fenced in yard. I'm available for overnight stays in my home, day care and also available for daily drop ins or to take your pup for walks. I'd love to take care of your animal any age and whatever needs he or she may have! I'm currently home full time so I have lots of time with your pup and they won't be left along for long periods of time. I have a large fully fenced in grass yard for pups to play or relax. I constantly keep an eye on all of my visitors inside and outside.

While the initial booking may still show as $60, I will manually adjust the rate on my end and send it to you for approval before confirming. This helps ensure you're only paying for the time you need, and your pets still receive high-quality, attentive care. Additionally, please note that for extended visits, I can provide early morning and late night drop ins, but will stay in my own home as I have my own fur babies to care for ☺️ Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. About: **Due to a new furry addition, I am currently unable to board dogs in my home. As soon as we get this little guy potty trained, i will once again be doing dog boarding!**My pets are my everything. I bake homemade pet treats, talk to my animals like people and constantly try to teach them new skills. If you look up dog mom in the dictionary, my photo is there. (I am somewhat dog centric but I have one very spoiled cat as well) Lol. I believe socialization is the key to responsible pet ownership. There are no bad dogs, only bad people.
