I treat each animal like they’re my own, which means taking the time to understand their personality, routine, and specific needs so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
