About: I was born into a pet loving family, growing up we always had lots of pets; dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles... the list goes on. I love all animals and I understand how important they are to us humans. Growing up I had 4 little mut rescues and I’ve taken care of them since the day we brought them home. Now, I have a year old lab mix who I’ve trained and loved since he was 9 weeks old. Recently we had someone on Rover board my 17 year old dogs and it inspired me to make this profile and give it a shot. We were nervous to leave our dogs in the hands of someone else so I understand how difficult it can be. I am willing and happy to FaceTime during visiting, send lots of pictures and videos and do anything to put your mind more at ease. I also understand that every animal is different and I’m willing to accommodate. I will never have my dog, any other dog, animals or people around your dog while I’m watching them. I’d love to be your go to pet helper :) I am a student and I’m home full time so I’m flexible. So, I’m willing to work around you and your pets schedule/ regular routine. I am happy to come to your home to help feed, potty breaks, walks, exercise or just check on animals if owners aren’t home for long periods of time. Due to the fact that I have my own dog I can not watch other animals at my house.

About: I have a chiwennie dog who loves swimming and going on walks with me. I love being active while giving unconditional love to my pup. I am a gymnastics coach, who has a very flexible schedule. Walking dogs will be a great way to fill my time while being outside of the gym. I give my dog lots of attention and love daily. I frequently give her baths and take her on walks. We also spend time together in the pool and at parks. As for my cats I love spending time with, cuddling, and caring for, which has given me experience with a variety of pet personalities and needs.

About: I have been house and pet sitting consistently for 6 years now. Friends and family members have made me their go-to pet sitter when they’re away from home to walk, feed play, and give any necessary supplements and medications to their furry friends. I am avale to provide whatever you already do at home with your pet as well as any further requests! As a college student and soon-to-be graduate, I am fortunate to have a flexible schedule that allows me to take time during the week and weekends to house and pet sit. I work a fully-remote job that also gives me the freedom to do additional jobs such as this. I have grown up with all kinds of animals from cats to dogs to fish to hamsters! About: Hey dog lovers, My name is Alexis. I started walking dogs when I was 12 for the elderly and I loved it because I was helping people who are not able to walk or people who don't have time. Around the same age, I did volunteer work at the SPCA. I don't have the time to have a dog of my own full time (let's face it, they are like kids). I was raised around dogs in my youth and took care of them all my life, so i have plenty of experience. I also have been walking for WAG for 4 years and have a 5 star rating. As well as references and reviews! They will be treated like my own fur babies. I provide a doggy bed and treats. I’m available anytime now. I’m a full time student and this is going to be my priority until I finish schooling. I will have plenty of time for your pup! I have a house that I own in a very great community! The community I live in has a field for dogs and lots of places to walk. I do have a backyard but it has not been fenced in yet.

I have an open schedule, and I try to be as accommodating as possible. I grew up with what I feel is almost every type of animal imaginable, so nothing gets past me. I have also grown up around many litters of puppies, so I have experience bottle-feeding and attending to needs. I also have dealt with animals diagnosed with dementia and other health problems they just need a little extra love and time is all! I also have handled disabled pets including missing appendages and paralysis. I love being able to give pets the attention and time they need and deserve while the owners can be worry-free. Dog breeds I cannot watch in my home are pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, chow chows, and wolf hybrids. This is just part of the navy’s housing policies. Pet care is my priority! I currently don’t have a job since I just moved to this area a couple of months ago so I am completely available to give furry friends the attention they need. Since I am not in a position to take pets into my own home I try to be my absolute best wherever I am! I am a big advocate for respect not only to others but their property as well so when working with clients and their homes I hold myself to a standard of leaving everything as it was unless specifically told otherwise. Doing this can also help me build trust with the pet simply as an acknowledgment that I understand that it is their territory and I am in their space.

About: My work with animals started when I was just 10 years old, volunteering at a family friend’s dog daycare. What began as a childhood passion turned into over 15 years of hands-on experience working with animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and temperaments! Over the years, I’ve worked at several dog daycares, volunteered with shelters and rescue organizations, completed an internship at a nonprofit feline shelter and spay/neuter clinic, and worked as an Animal Control Officer. I also have experience in animal behavior and training, with a particular interest in behavioral rehabilitation, socialization, and working with dogs who need a little extra patience or understanding. I remain heavily involved in animal rescue, particularly with Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds, and regularly help foster, evaluate, and rehabilitate dogs in need. At home, my husband and I have quite the little zoo! Our family includes five large dogs (four Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd), five cats, and some exotic pets. Having such a diverse household has given me extensive experience with different species, personalities, care requirements, and the importance of safely managing a multi-animal home. I’m also trained in pet CPR and first aid, have experience with pet nutrition, and offer basic grooming care, including bathing, nail trims, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior animals, and accommodating pets with special needs or behavioral quirks. I understand that every animal is an individual. Some want to spend the day playing, exploring, and staying active, while others would much rather curl up on the couch and enjoy some company. I work on-call, after-hours shifts in healthcare, which allows me to remain home for the majority of my workday. Occasionally, I need to step out briefly to see a patient, but these visits are typically short, and pets are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to spend plenty of time with the animals in my care, providing regular potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, playtime, and lots of attention. Caring for animals is already a huge part of my everyday life, so welcoming a few extra furry friends fits naturally into our routine! Safety is always my number one priority when caring for animals! With my background in Animal Control, animal behavior, training, and rescue, I’ve learned just how important it is to provide a safe, structured, and comfortable environment for every pet, regardless of their personality or needs. Our home has a fully fenced yard with plenty of room to run, play, and explore. We also have spare bedrooms, extra crates and kennels, baby gates, and designated spaces that allow us to accommodate different personalities, routines, and comfort levels. Whether your pet enjoys socializing with other animals or would prefer their own quiet space, we’re happy to make accommodations! We’re very intentional about preventing accidents. Food, medications, cleaning supplies, and other potentially hazardous items are kept securely stored to prevent accidental ingestion. Pets are supervised during outdoor activities and interactions with other animals, and we never force introductions or allow unsupervised interactions between resident pets and guests. Our own dogs are crate-trained, which allows us to safely separate everyone whenever necessary. One of the biggest benefits of our household is that someone is almost always home! On the rare occasion we both need to step out, we make sure every animal is safely secured in an appropriate space. I’m also happy to accommodate crate routines, feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions your pet may have. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I take the same approach while respecting their established routines and environment. I make sure doors and gates are secured, food and medications are handled appropriately, and pets receive the attention, exercise, and supervision they’re accustomed to. I understand that trusting someone with your pets is a big deal. As someone with a houseful of animals myself, I know how much peace of mind comes from knowing they’re safe. My goal is to provide the same level of care, patience, and attention to detail that I expect for my own animals, while keeping you updated with photos and messages along the way!

About: I grew up in a big family with a bunch of pets. We had dogs, cats, chickens, even bunnies. I’ve taken care of fur babies up until they were grown 🐕 Your babies are safe with me🐶 I have had way too much free time lately, I thought what better way to occupy it than with a fur baby by my side I live in a gated apartment neighborhood. I can provide frequent potty breaks, walks, as well as time outside if preferred. I do have a safe and minimalist home with everything your fur baby would need. Extra bowls, toys, etc.
