“This was my first time ever needing a dog sitter who wasn't a family member or friend and having my current 6 month old timid velcro puppy means that I had to be extra wary of where I leave her. When Anya and I met Audra during the meet and greet we were able to chat for a while and I felt totally comfortable explaining my own concerns and Anyas needs of patience and time. Audra was able to address them all and the answers she gave made me feel she would be a great fit. Dropping off my puppy was hard but it was easier knowing that someone who seems to really love dogs and was capable of accomodating a more timid dog had her. I was able to get updates throughout her daycare stay and when I picked her up she seemed perfectly fine and elated to see me. Driving home she was plum tuckered out and napped but when she got back home Anya was back to her regularly scheduled trouble. I gave her a look over and saw no issues and behavioral wise Anya acts as if she had never been gone at all. Afterwards I asked Audra some questions about Anya and how she did to follow up with her dog training and received prompt responses that will help me make sure that this timid pup continues to thrive and grow in confidence. If I have to find someone to watch her again or need an overnight boarding I will definitely see if Audra is available first.”

I’m active duty, but currently on med hold with plenty of time to care for your pet(s). I would appreciate a couple days notice if my services are needed in order to schedule around my military obligations. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications or special instructions, potty breaks, walks, and any other needs they may have. I personally have a fenced backyard and allow dogs inside. I also love providing updates and photos while watching your pet(s) so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I became a dog trainer in 2007. I believe in positive reinforcement, crate training, and a family environment. Our dogs are part of the pack and never left outside. We have fostered over 300 dogs for our local rescue, Bandit's Buddies, and have never met a dog that we didn't like! I enjoy walking our dogs in the cool mornings, going to agility, and training fun tricks. Our animals are flea free, moderate energy, friendly with all dogs, and great teachers for puppies. We don’t have carpet so we don't mind helping with potty training. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns! I work from home full-time so the dogs are never left alone. We have a doggy door so they always have access to the large back yard. We have 2 dogs that love to play and cuddle. We have two cats that come and go as they please. Fences are all secured.

About: Hey dog lovers, My name is Alexis. I started walking dogs when I was 12 for the elderly and I loved it because I was helping people who are not able to walk or people who don't have time. Around the same age, I did volunteer work at the SPCA. I don't have the time to have a dog of my own full time (let's face it, they are like kids). I was raised around dogs in my youth and took care of them all my life, so i have plenty of experience. I also have been walking for WAG for 4 years and have a 5 star rating. As well as references and reviews! They will be treated like my own fur babies. I provide a doggy bed and treats. I’m available anytime now. I’m a full time student and this is going to be my priority until I finish schooling. I will have plenty of time for your pup! I have a house that I own in a very great community! The community I live in has a field for dogs and lots of places to walk. I do have a backyard but it has not been fenced in yet.

“Elyssa and her lovely fam were incredible. I was visiting family in the area and left Mac with her for the day while we went boating. Mac clearly had an amazing time hanging out with his new family for the day. Her kids were so sweet with Mac (they even discovered his high fiving trick!) and Mac loved hanging with them. I felt very secure knowing that Elyssa would care for Mac and knew he was safe with her and her family. She understood that we don’t leave Mac alone and assured us someone would be with him all day. She also understood his medical condition and was attentive and ensured he was happy and not anxious. I will definitely leave Mac with Elyssa in the future when I’m in town. There is no access to the front yard everything is secured.
